My goal is to write about fitness for real people with real lives that seem too full of work and personal responsiblities to devote time to their personal fitness. Fitness and health are attainable when you are diligent with your exercise plan. Success in personal fitness is achieved by using the same methods you would use to attain any career or personal goal: be prepared, have a plan and take the steps to execute your plan. In addition, be sure to have a little fun every once in a while.
