This here is day 1 of a two day split strength training routine. Day 1 focuses on legs, chest, biceps and abs. Check back next week for day 2 when the routine focuses on triceps, back and shoulders.
To do this workout, start with a 10-15 light warm-up on your cardio machine of your choice. Then start with rotation 1. Do each exercise for 15-20 reps and then move on to the next move with little to no rest. Once you have completed all three moves, go back to the top and repeat set two more times. Once you have completed 3 sets, move on to rotation 2. Do the same thing as you did for rotation 1 and finish off with two sets of each ab exercise.
Rotation 1
Smith Machine Squats
Bench Press
Bicep Curls
Rotation 2
Walking Lunges with Dumbbells
Incline Bench Press
Reverse Curl
Rotation 3
Physio Ball Torso Twist
Slings
Reverse Incline Crunches

I think promoting programs and workouts that promise losing 100% body fat is irresponsible. Americans have gotten the message that fat is bad. What they are not hearing is that small amounts of fat are good. And, it is highly unlikely that the average person could actually lose 100% of their body fat. None of the respected fitness organizations promote losing all fat. The American College of Sports Medicine does not recommend having less than 5% body fat. Extreme concepts like these promote unhealthy attitudes.
Hi Sara Lewis - I am not advocating losing fat beyond 15% for a female. If you watched the video or followed my progress you would know that my final achievement was 15% body fat, a goal that I reached and have no plans to go below that. I agree with your stance, as it is in unison with what I preach. The video title is "How I lost 100% of my excess body fat" not total body fat.
Sarah, actually, under the picture you say "I lost 100% of my body fat using this strength training routine!"... when I ready it, my first thought was "that is stupid!". Then I read further, and later somewhere you say 100% of the excess body fat... But those readers who don't read further, they get the first sentence in their mind, and I agree with Sara that it sounds very drastic, and actually impossible. The leanest bodybuilder women are not below 5-6% and it is not healthy at all. Maybe just rewrite your wording?

The wording is problematic. The photo caption say "100% body fat." That's impossible and inaccurate. I immediately assume you have no idea what you're talking about and I'm certainly not going to waste time watching a video. Later.
Hey Sarah! U pretty much say- do these 2 days of routines and it'll work wonders, but then I figured that to get ur crazy toned body (!!!) it can't possibly just that. so then i read that u also did 3 day of 50 min cardio!! 2 days of yoga!!! and not 2 days of these routines but 4!!! girl, anybody who trains this hard can get a work hard body, but here u make it seem like just 2 days and ur done- so I think it's kinda missleading, sorry, unless u'll prove me wrong!
