The next season of Project Runway is just around the corner, airing on July 29th on Lifetime and the final cast was just recently revealed. San Francisco yet again has a local to watch Christopher Collins will appear on the eighth season of Project Runway, which returns July 29 on Lifetime.
Collins has had already seen his fair share of success and has his line being carried in small retailers and boutiques within in California and New York. You can see his Fall 2010 collection here and there are several items I am already coveting, especially the blue dress featured in this post.
According to his website, when asked about his design philosophy, Christopher Collins simply answers with a smile, “To make someone feel beautiful, fresh, natural and new.” He also cites his favorite designers as being Lanvin and Dior. I love him already and will be keeping an eye out for all that he produces on Project Runway.
