Rain Blanken is a former preschool teacher and mother of three. She is the founder of a non-profit organization that encourages families to learn about art and culture together at music festivals across the country. As a life-long Dayton resident and mother of three, Rain has grown up enjoying all that the Miami Valley has to offer. Over the years she has established many tricks for big entertainment on a low budget.
