Grab you magic wand and head to MagiQuest in Yorktown Mall for an enchanting party and special giveaway.
Radio Disney AM 1300 will be hosting an exciting party at MagiQuest on Saturday, September 4. From 11:30 till 12:30 will be on-site to rev up the crowd with music, games and prizes.
One lucky party-goer will receive a "magical" trip for two to Los Angeles, California to attend a live taping of the Emmy Award-winning Disney Channel series "Wizards of Waverly Place," starring Selena Gomez. Until 12:15 p.m., any kid ages 8-16 can enter the drawing for a chance to win a trip of a lifetime. The child must be a resident of Illinois, Indiana or Wisconsin.
In addition to the great prizes from Radio Disney, there is a free play offer at MagiQuest all day on Saturday. Anyone who purchases a magic want or topper will receive a free hour of game time.
MaqiQuest is a live, interactive role-playing, where players go on quests and adventures while uses their magic wands to solve the mysteries of the game. Players battle Charlock, the red dragon, duel the Goblin King or assist the pixie fly again.
To play MagiQuest, each player must purchase a magic wand. Each wand is registered with the game and is yours to keep. Players use their wand to unlock all mysteries of the game. Wands cost $16.95 and come in a variety of styles.
MagiQuest is located at Yorktown Shopping Center, 106 Yorktown Center Lombard, IL 60148. Game time costs $4.95 for a half an hour of game time. Non-game players can purchase a guide pass to accompany younger players at a cost of $2.95.
