Monika Mira is a long-time Hawaii resident, mom, conservationist and outdoor enthusiast. She has been writing articles and technical papers on conservation and wildlife since 2002. Mira is also an award winning author and illustrator of The Complete Hawaiian Reef Fish Coloring Book. She holds a B.A. in marine science from the University of Hawaii Hilo.
