WHAT IS THE FIREBALL RUN
2010 DATE(S): SEPTEMBER 23RD - OCTOBER 2ND
The Fireball Run is “Amazing Race meets Motorsports” adults only but family friendly event. The action packed adventurally features a 75 team, 8 day race challenge. The total 3500 mile adventurally is unequivocally America’s most challenging motoring event.
It's not just about speed for completion, however -- so competitors don't be fooled into thinking you can just drive fast and win it. The event hosts say, "Teams use more brain power than horse power to solve clues and accomplish missions needed in order to score points and reach their final destination!"
Exotic cars do participate in the rally -- but so do sports cars, luxury cars, classic cars, vintage cars, vans, mini-vans, rental cars, rented exotics, trucks, semi truck (tractor trailers), RVs, green cars, hybrids, electrics, you name it! And just so everyone knows -- women drivers, couples, retirees, military personnel, and corporate sponsored or non-profit racing teams are WELCOME -- but you have to have a good driving record and be age 25 and up... as this is an adults only event.
Surprise professional race car drivers competing will be announced in the coming weeks and months!
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE FIREBALL RUN
When it comes time to register for the event -- and yes, the registration deadline is coming near, simply use the invitation code "Kae Davis" to log in -- and yes, spelling and capitalization rules matter so be sure to type clear!
