Where Does Energy Come From?

Throughout our lives we pick up negative forms of Energy, such as Fear, Doubt, Anger, Judgment, Criticism, Blame and others. Any techniques we find that enable us to let go of these patterns will help to move us toward peace and happiness.
There are many ways to balance your Energy. One approach is A: to become the most complete and loving being you can be. The loving Energy will naturally dissolve the parts of you that are keeping you unbalanced.
Another way of balancing your Energy is through B: 1.Recognition—recognizing the problem. 2. Surrender and Release—putting trust in the highest power, letting go of trying to control how your life will manifest. It is releasing how we think things should be, and knowing that he Divine Source will take control.
If you combine both paths of A: Love and B: the path of Release, you will have the fastest way possible to a balanced, healed state of being.

Good one. The visualization begins around 5:20min, for those who want tor replay again and again.
Joe uses the basic "highest white light of unconditional love" meditation here....but his wordsmithing is quite good and gets out of the way.....allows one to receive deeper and deeper penetration.

I enjoyed your reiki session. I am a second degree practitioner and felt an uplifting of my spirit and felt relaxed at the same time. I also felt resentments leave which I had been holding onto for a long time. Thanks!

Hi Joe & Alfred -- A couple of comments. I did this 3-4 times a day for 2 days and found that, upon turning out the lights to go to sleep (total blackout in room) that my INNER white light was so bright -- eyes closed OR open, I found it distracting!
I had 2 days of dreams that guided me, at least, to use GOLDEN (soft) white light (not bright WHITE WHITE light) as it is more harmonious to the body.
I have also found myself guided to use VIOLET FLAME light, which also transmutes.
This could be personal to me, but over the years I have found the BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT to be too harsh to use, except on the outer, protective perimeter -- bordered with electric blue. I DO use it there.
But in the body/aura, I am being reaffirmed that golden white and/or combination with violet light transmutes AND harmonizes with the body.
I offer this for your consideration.... All blessings to you. I DO appreciate your wording, in every other aspect. I find it very penetrating and thorough....
