Wilbur “Will” Allen, a former White House employee and Air Force One engineer under U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton, has stated that Everett Bellamy (Senior Assistant Dean of Georgetown Law Center), on behalf of John Podesta, who is a full-time faculty member at Georgetown Law Center, a former White House chief of staff under President Bill Clinton (1998-2001) and Co-chair of the Obama Transition Team (2008-9), told Mr. Allen that the frequent UFO and extraterrestrial over flights and landings on the U.S. Capitol that Mr. Allen is able to document photographically using state of the art high definition equipment could, if made widely public, “destabilize society,” and urged Mr. Allen to cease his activity documenting these UFO/ET over fights and landings.
Ironically, at a November 14, 2007 press conference at the National Press Club, John Podesta himself called for public examination of the UFO phenomenon, stating, “It was the law.”
Mr. Allen is a professional photographer who was trained in photography and photographic analysis at a CIA film laboratory and has produced photography for major motion picture companies such as Warner Brothers and record labels such as DefJam.
Mr. Allen’s declarations are made in a wide-ranging exclusive radio interview with reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre on ExopoliticsRadio.org.
Mr. Allen’s photographs of UFOs flying over and landing on the roof of the U.S. Capitol on July 16, 2002 were taken 50 years from July 16, 1952, when UFOs were photographed over the U.S. Capitol. In his in-depth Exopolitics Radio interview (available to Examiner.com readers in the article below), Mr. Allen, who grew up on U.S. military bases and now resides in Washington, DC, reveals that at age five he was visited by a group of “four to five grey extraterrestrials in silver spacesuits” who implanted him with a device.
That implant device went undetected during all the years of his military and White House service, and now signals him to go to specific locations in Washington, DC where he is instructed to photograph extraterrestrial craft and personnel that enter P-51 restricted Capitol Hill airpace through hyperdimensional Star gates at extremely high speeds. Mr. Allen, who has reported some of these UFO/ET landings to the U.S. Capitol Police, states that the police have told him his photographs confirm ET/UFO landings their officers are also encountering.
Mr. Allen believes that his photographs, which are forensic in quality, document that the same intelligent hyperdimensional civilization was behind the July 16, 1952 and the July 16, 2002 flyovers of the U.S. Capitol. According to Mr. Allen’s photo-analysis, each of the UFO/ET phenomena mentioned above was capable of dimensional shift into a self-generated Star gate phenomenon. In the interview, Mr. Allen states that advanced photo-analysis has led him to conclude that this specific UFO/ET phenomena 1942 to present world-wide and on the Apollo 16 Moon mission appear to be the product of the same hyperdimensional extraterrestrial grey and human-hybrid civilization that is signaling to him to document their increasing hypervelocity manifestations in Washington, DC.

In his ExopoliticsRadio interview, Mr. Allen notes the some of the differences in the U.S. government reaction to the UFO/ET over flight of the U.S. Capitol in July 1952 and 50 years later in July 2002. According to one source, “The 1952 Washington D.C. UFO incident, also known as the Washington flap or the Washington National Airport Sightings, was a series of unidentified flying object reports from July 13 to July 29, 1952, over Washington D.C. The most publicized sightings took place on consecutive weekends, July 19–20 and July 26–27, 1952.” Photographs of the UFO/ET over flights over the U.S. Capitol in 1952 were featured on the front page of newspapers throughout the U.S. On July 26, 1952, two fighter jets were scrambled to Washington, DC from a US Air Force base in Delaware. The description of events is consistent with Mr. Allen’s description of UFO/ET phenomena which have dimensional and self-generating Star gate capability: “[On July 26, 1952] Capt. John McHugo, the flight leader, was vectored towards the radar pips but saw nothing, despite repeated attempts. However, his wingman, Lt. William Patterson, did see four white ‘glows’ and chased them. Suddenly, the ‘glows’ turned and surrounded his fighter. Patterson asked the control tower at National Airport what he should do; according to Chop, the tower's answer was ‘stunned silence’. The four objects then sped away from Patterson's jet and disappeared.” At least two major developments seem to have occurred between 1952 and 2002, affecting U.S. government and public reaction to the UFO/ET phenomena over flying the U.S. Capitol and Washington, DC area. 1. 1953 CIA Robertson Panel – The CIA 1953 Robertson Panel imposed a virtual truth embargo on the UFFO/ET presence, prohibiting public discourse on UFO/ET in government, media, academia, education, science and mandating ridicule and social oppression of UFO/ET proponents. One source states, “The extremely high numbers of UFO reports in 1952 disturbed both the Air Force and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Both groups felt that an enemy nation could deliberately flood the U.S. with false UFO reports, causing mass panic and allowing them to launch a sneak attack. On September 24, 1952, the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI) issued a memorandum to Walter B. Smith, the CIA's director. The memo stated that ‘the flying saucer situation . . . have national security implications . . . [in] the public concern with the phenomena . . . lies the potential for the touching-off of mass hysteria and panic’.” 2. Hyperdimensional high-velocity UFO/ET over flights – By 2002, in Mr. Allen’s opinion, with some specific exceptions, the ET/UFO over flights over the U.S. Capitol were occurring at hyper-velocity. Mr. Allen, who in turn is signaled through the implant device to be at a specific location and time to photograph the ET/UFO dimensional over flight and landing, documents these UFO/ET over flights. The Washington Post report of two U.S. F-16 jet fighters scrambling after the same type of UFO/ET phenomenon on July 26, 2002 is almost identical to the July 26, 1952 UFO/ET chase scenes described above. It was what he thinks he saw when he headed outside to look early yesterday that floored him. "It was this object, this light-blue object, traveling at a phenomenal rate of speed," Rogers said. "This Air Force jet was right behind it, chasing it, but the object was just leaving him in the dust. I told my neighbor, 'I think those jets are chasing a UFO.' " Military officials confirm that two F-16 jets from Andrews Air Force Base were scrambled early yesterday after radar detected an unknown aircraft in area airspace. But they scoff at the idea that the jets were chasing a strange and speedy, blue unidentified flying object. "We had a track of interest, so we sent up some aircraft," said Maj. Douglas Martin, a spokesman for the North American Aerospace Defense Command in Colorado, which has responsibility for defending U.S. airspace. "Everything was fine in the sky, so they returned home." At the same time, military officials say they do not know just what the jets were chasing, because whatever it was disappeared. "There are any number of scenarios, but we don't know what it was," said Maj. Barry Venable, another spokesman for NORAD. Radar detected a low, slow-flying aircraft about 1 a.m. yesterday, according to a military official. Controllers were unable to establish radio communication with the unidentified aircraft, and NORAD was notified. When the F-16s carrying air- to-air missiles were launched from Andrews, the unidentified aircraft's track faded from the radar, the military official said, speaking on condition of anonymity. Pilots with the D.C. Air National Guard's 113th Air Wing, which flew the F-16s from Andrews, reported nothing out of the ordinary, NORAD officials said. "It was a routine launch," said Lt. Col. Steve Chase, a senior officer with the wing, which keeps pilots and armed jets on 24- hour alert at Andrews to respond to incidents as part of an air defense system protecting Washington after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Rogers remains convinced that what he saw was not routine. "It looked like a shooting star with no trailing mist," he said. "I've never seen anything like it." What are the intentions of the grey and human-hybrid hyperdimensional ET/UFO civilization behind these UFO/ET phenomena? 1. U.S. Capitol Police – Mr. Allen has reported his documented UFO/ET landings to the U.S. Capitol Police. Mr. Allen stated that the U.S. Capitol Police have indicated to him that its officers are aware of the UFO/ET over flights and landings. It is U.S. Capitol Police policy to take no action, as “no crimes have been committed” by the UFO/ET over flights and the landings. Obama adviser John Podesta and the Obama White House – John Podesta, Co-chair of the Obama transition team and a public champion of declassification of the UFO phenomenon, is a friend on Mr. Allen’s. Mr. Allen reports that John Podesta has stated he believes Mr. Allen’s work could “destabilize society.” Mr. Allen responded in the ExopoliticsRadio interview by saying that society appears to be destabilizing itself with systems that are designed to fail. Mr. Allen states he is documenting an important UFO/ET presence that should be publicly examined. As Examiner.com has reported in Obama team covers up citizen extraterrestrial disclosure input on White House website, although declassification of the UFO/ET issue ranked high on the Obama transition team public agenda which Mr. Podesta was ultimately responsible for, all mention of the UFO/ET issue was deleted from the Obama White House website once the Obama administration took office. It now appears that Mr. Podesta has been intimately aware of Mr. Allen’s documentation of ongoing UFO/ET hypervelocity flyovers over the U.S. Capitol in P-51 protected airspace. At the same time, Mr. Podesta has directly stated to Mr. Allen that he believes Mr. Allen’s documentation of these UFO/ET flyovers and landings. One can legitimately ask on what basis did the Obama team intervene to cover up citizen extraterrestrial disclosure input on the Obama White House website. Was this White House cover-up in any way connected to Mr. Podesta’s expressed opinions about the documented UFO/ET flyovers and landings that Mr. Allen is documenting? As Examiner.com has reported in “White House Press Association, press secretary Robert Gibbs block ET, UFO press questions to Obama”, “the White House press corps, and the White House press secretary have constructed an elaborate self-censorship scheme operating on peer pressure and invisible editor gate keeping to ensure that no question regarding the extraterrestrial and UFO question will be asked of the Presidential press secretary or the U.S. President in the press briefing room or in any Presidential press conference.” John Podesta is a high-ranking Obama transition team White House adviser, and among the most knowledgeable about the UFO/ET presence. One can reasonably ask on what basis was this policy instituted of no press questions to the Obama White House? Is this policy of no White House press questions on UFO/ET in any way connected to Mr. Podesta’s expressed opinions about the documented UFO/ET flyovers and landings that Mr. Allen is documenting? 3. The “grey and human-hybrid extraterrestrials” – Mr. Allen indicates in the ExopoliticsRadio interview that he believes the extraterrestrial civilization behind the UFO/ET over flights and landings on the U.S. Capitol is “grey and human-hybrid extraterrestrials.” Mr. Allen states that during a recent abduction by this civilization he was surrounded by grey and human-hybrid extraterrestrials. If Mr. Allen’s documentation, photo-analysis and conclusions are correct, then extraterrestrial civilization behind the UFO/ET phenomenon including the 1944 Foo fighters, the July 1952 U.S. Capitol flap, the July 2002 and July 2008 Washington DC UFO flap, and UFOs in the 1972 Apollo 16 Moon landing have been hyperdimensional “grey and human-hybrid extraterrestrials.” The intentions of the hyperdimensional “grey and human-hybrid extraterrestrials” toward humanity have not been definitely established. Mr. Allen states that the UFO/ET presence may be signaling a 2012 connection, and seems to be accelerating its interaction in the run-up to the year 2012. I have myself witnessed incredibly similar seamingly erratical movements of 3 or 4 back and forth and topsy turvy fleeting "saucers" in a different country. They turned out to be some spotlights pointing upwards and producing this bright shine on thin damp or clouds in the night-sky over a city. I guess from a luna park.

Sorry, pal, you blew your credibility right there. Yes, Apollo 16 landed on the moon on April 21st 1972... but Buzz Aldrin wasn't in it. Nor was he in the orbiting CSM. Because he was the second person to walk on the moon, on July 20th 1969, during the Apollo 11 mission. However, some of the photos *are* from the Apollo 11 missions.
So many holes in this. Here's a roadmap for your brain. you need to answer each question in turn.
(1) in the photo with the fireworks, why is it that that they appear as lines of light rather than points of light? Why does the monument appear so bright?
(2) In the time it would take for the fireworks to scribe that distance, how far would an aircraft travel across the sky?
(3) Do aircraft have a combination of static and pulsing lights?
(4) With a delayed exposure how do you think that would look (here's a clue - it's exactly like in the photo).
Prof. Weird is reading out of the government debunking handbook. There are plenty of scientists that take the subject seriously. They do it despite being ridiculed and threatened to loose their jobs or their government funding for their research. Prof. Weird - I mostly agree with you however I do believe there are quite a few inexplicable events. Crop circles are like this too. Some are easily explained and some not so much. In fact they are even getting more complex. There is a physics reason why a saucer would wobble in the atmosphere (bad aerodynamics and guidance system trying to keep up) so just because a saucer wobbles, doesn't mean it's being held with a string. The point is there are things we can't explain - we can't even believe our own eyes.

I just friggin' told you where they are for the most part they are under your feet. I can tell you what they look like. The first time I was taken it was by 2 tall blue grays. The next I encountered was a reptilian and they hate us! If you want to know what they do to some people I'll tell you they eat them. They are the controllers. Rewekidding; I know that it is not only the torment underground as even from a very small child I saw, sensed and felt things others seemed to be oblivious to. In a sense that included me. I never knew who I was but as I wrote my life down on paper I watch as our Most High brought it all together. It was so painful, people do not realize how once they have marked you all the events throughout your life are designed to destroy you. these avenues are through some we hold most dear. Ah my esteemed colleague. You may be unaware that we have in fact proven in the lab that 'evidence' and 'proof' are in fact a waste products from the now limited seal trade. As we slowly phase this out of production we will slowly eradiciate the need for these products and live in happy bliss. I have written a helpful pamphlet on this phenomenon.
We have also discovered through evidence based studies and photo enhancement that a vast number of degrees that would normally involve years of dedicated research and study to attain, can now be usurped by 2 hours surfing on the internet.

I wonder if either of you have families? Children? The next time you find your self looking at the photos of missing people on a billboard, the back of the news ad, whatever avenue. Check the dates and see how long some have been gone. Then think about that commercial you watch on your propaganda box where they show caged, abandoned, starved, abused, and tortured animals; as horrible as that is put a human face to it. Maybe visualize the face of one of your loved ones. What would you do if tomorrow they went missing/ would you stop looking for them? I can give you a list of many places they use for their warped experiments. I can tell you many things, but then I believe you two may very well be 'tools' or is the word fools who don't mind using human beings to accomplish an agenda. You will be the first to go.

Hans; If you are serious; I am more than willing to tell my story. I have as of this time about 675 pgs. of it written in rough draft. If you are not serious then why is it those of you who don't know certain things come so against those of us who do? I don't know who to trust that is how serious this is. I won't leave my phone # the last time I did thinking a man from MUFON wanted to help my computer was crashed. If you think you are going to be told a story that is easy to hear again you are wrong. My very life could be in danger only I have no fear concerning that for I know whose shadow I rest under. For myself and others who have suffered this and there are many I must at whatever cost do this one good thing in my life. have you heard of the penis envy? Tell me about your mother. 675 pages is alot of writing. I wonder if anything real needs that much writing. I'm sure you felt it needed writing though. As a man of science I would suggest you get someone with an objective stance to read through it and accept then with and open mind and without expectation or criticism what their view on it is.
On a lighter note, we have been studying things alot recently. We have yet to find proof of aliens, the loch ness monster, the boogy man (of the under the bed variety), sandman or the australian bunyip.
As for children, I suspect it is my own business and I fail to see any scientific relivance. I did once breed a very intelligent rat (not persoanlly you understand!) who still drops me a line now and then 9they do grow up so fast don't they!).

Oh yes most assuredly Hans (and Rebekah). Studies have found that in fact penis envy is not about penis at all. It's gender neutral and has got something to do with those toes people have that are sort of bent over, but we have yet to learn what.

I do read my Bible but there are hidden mysteries many never see because they are taught by other men. I am not! Fact is I could not have told you how many books there were in the Bible before 2006. One of the other commenters mentioned having an editor look to your 675 pgs. I think ( all kidding aside) that is a good idea. Have friends read through it, rewrite the awkward sections , then have a professional editor look through it. Even if you have to pay for it. All writers (no I am not a writer) great and small NEED editorial advise. Look up Thomas Wolfe, American Writer who had a close working relationship with M. Perkins (I believe). Perkins helped make Wolfes novels what they are.
I say this because I think you need to take the next step. For yourself and for the message you seem to want to convey. Indeed at 675 pgs you might have material for two books. A clear and factual direction to one of these underground entrances would go a long way towards credability.
By the way, as you may already know, It is possible to have both a penis and the matching cajones without having constitutional fortitude.

Getting back to the topic of the article. There is a too little known UFO event that occurred in Washington, DC on January 1, 2000. It occurred between 12:45 and 1:30 AM, near and after the end of the "America's Millennium" celebration. The UFOs were seen in a few locations in and near downtown (but not on the national mall), in particular the George Washington University campus and Foggy Bottom metro station. Many reports were made shortly after this, but "the powers that be" deleted all of them. The only reports that are online today were made well after the event. If they had not been deleted, it would have led to a media frenzy that would make the Phoenix Lights look like a joke.
I suspect one of the reasons the current WH admin omitted UFO content is because their energy technology refutes dark age "drill baby drill" technology.
Mathematics simply states that it is highly probable their are other life forms and various militaries, pilots and politicians have concluded there are indeed ET beings. I have not witnessed them myself but am a firm believer they exist and since contact was established with them so long ago they must be friendly or trying to help. That being said, if I were president I'm not sure I would go public with the information either has it would most certainly destabilize society too quickly. Many wars have been fought and are being fought due to various religious ideologies. Giving with the world concrete evidence of ET presence would not only ruin the current world economy but cause more conflict than is necessary. I'm not sure what the best way to come out in the open with it. If you're like me and do not have a farm and depend on grocery stores for food and municipal water then I seriously do not want the current system disturbed too much. If you site the governments response to Katrina and the inability to provide proper shelter, food and water supplies to a limited # of people then it is reasonable to assume that wide-spread panic or a wide-spread breakdown in our current society would be utter chaos and many people would perish as current systems began to fail.
