Two whistleblowers, both formerly involved in secret research and development projects undertaken by US defense agencies, have independently verified their secret teleportation to US bases on Mars, and to meeting intelligent Martian extraterrestrial life. Their accounts are now available on the Internet, and can be seen below in this article.
One of the whistleblowers, Arthur Neumann, who until recently referred to himself as Henry Deacon, was formerly associated with a U.S. government agency,
On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona, Mr. Neumann publicly stated, “There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I have been there.” The following day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot documentary interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a base on Mars and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities under the surface of Mars.
The other whistleblower, lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, is a former child participant in a secret time travel project launched by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). In a six-hour interview released August 31, 2009, Mr. Basiago “relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus during the period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to past and future events that he took via teleportation and chronovision during the early days of time-space exploration by the US government.
“He [Mr. Basiago] confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars for decades and recounts the awe-inspiring and terrifying trips that he took to Mars in 1981 after he was tapped to go there because he had teleported as a child participant in Project Pegasus.”
Mr. Basiago has also publicly confirmed that in 1970, in the company of his late father, Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who worked on classified aerospace projects, he met three Martian astronauts at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility in Wood Ridge, New Jersey while the Martians were there on a liaison mission to Earth and meeting with US defense-technical personnel.

During his presentation, Robert Dean showed satellite images of an apparent city under the surface of Mars, as well as an apparent base on the surface of Mars.

Mr. Basiago was recently featured in “A Conversation with Andrew D. Basiago,” a six-hour interview posted by Jessica Schab on YouTube.
In the 39-part interview, he relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus as one of America’s early time-space explorers during the period 1969-72 and narrates the seven episodes over 40 years in which the CIA, in possession of a “quantum access” capability since 1967-68, briefed him about his destiny as a public figure who would one day be principally associated with the discovery of life on Mars.
Ms. Schab writes that in this “six-hour interview, American lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, 47, narrates the hidden history of his discovery of life on Mars in 2008 and reveals the fact that by 1968 the US intelligence community was already aware of aspects of his later Mars work.
“Andy tells the phenomenal story of seven briefings over 40 years in which he was shown evidence of his destiny involving the discovery of life on Mars, and explains how the emergence of time travel and this epochal future event were interlinked.
“According to Andy, by 1968, the CIA was already teleporting individuals to the past and future to retrieve artifacts there and bring them back, while propagating holograms of past and future events with devices called chronovisors to also gather intelligence.
“Incredibly, as a result of this quantum access, Andy was given a copy of his landmark paper The Discovery of Life on Mars in 1971 and asked to read and remember it, so that when, in 2008, he wrote it, it would contain as much data about Mars as possible!”

Ms. Schab continues, “During his lecture, Andy shared numerous photographic images evidencing his discovery of life on Mars, including many photos of humanoid beings, different animal species, carved statues and built structures on Mars that put him at the forefront of Mars research.
“Throughout the weekend, Andy lectured at his table to small groups of conference-goers, who came and sat in rapt attention as he shared stories about his experiences as a child in Project Pegasus, the secret US research program in which time travel was the focus.
“I know that, like me, everybody who took part in those impromptu seminars was certain that Andy is, as Bill Ryan of Project Camelot stated recently, the real deal -- a truth-teller with significant new information to share about the real Philadelphia Experiment.”

How to evaluate the significance of the Mars testimony of Arthur Neumann and Andrew D. Basiago
Arthur Neumann and Andrew D. Basiago are each intelligent, credible professionals with histories as former participants in top secret projects sponsored by US government agencies, including DARPA. Their separate and independent revelations that each has secretly teleported to bases on Mars provide strong corroborative evidence for the existence of a permanent teleportation mechanism linking Earth and Mars, and for the existence of functioning bases of the US government on Mars.
According to Mr. Basiago, the US government has had a fully operational teleportation capability since 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was already training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of “chrononauts” or time-space explorers.
This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt. Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA. The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny as the discoverer of life on Mars and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience it first-hand.
Mr. Basiago’s involvement in US time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to DARPA’s Project Pegasus.
Arthur Neumann has stated that he teleported to Mars in order to participate in an project meeting there at which Martian extraterrestrials were present. Mr. Basiago has publicly stated that he and his father briefly met three Martian astronauts at a US defense contractor location while the Martians were there on a liaison visit from Mars.
These independent whistleblower statements, in turn, provide a threshold of corroborative evidence that an intelligent civilization lives under the surface of Mars, and that this civilization is involved in on-going secret liaison programs with agencies of the US government, including the CIA.
There were seven times in his life when the CIA informed Mr. Basiago about some aspect of his future Mars work.
Five of the episodes were informational briefings in which aspects of his future landmark paper The Discovery of Life on Mars (2008), establishing the existence of life forms on the ecologically fragile surface of Mars, were revealed to him.
The other two episodes – the meeting with the Martian astronauts at Curtiss-Wright in 1970 and his two trips to Mars in 1981 – were practical exercises in which Mr. Basiago’s future role in making public the existence of a strategic relationship between the US government and the Martian civilization seems to have been the purpose.
The seven briefings apparently resulted from a finding by the CIA, made some time around 1967-68, that Mr. Basiago’s future Mars writings were of international security significance. According to Basiago, when the CIA asked him to teleport to Mars in 1981, he was told that he had to go to Mars but not told why he had to go.
Mr. Basiago told the Examiner:
“When I asked Courtney M. Hunt why I had to teleport to Mars, he said, ‘Because the survival of the human race depends on it.’ At this point, we can only guess at what my CIA contact knew. I wish I knew.
“Clearly, I was qualified to teleport to Mars because I had teleported back and forth between New Jersey and New Mexico as one of the children attached to Project Pegasus. But the broader reason why I had to teleport to Mars remains a mystery.
“Maybe it involved the normalization of relations between Earth and Mars pertaining to an extraterrestrial defense posture that was then being established. Maybe it was something as basic as the fact that they knew that my discovery of life on Mars would inspire the next generation of Americans to become astronauts and space scientists.
“All I know is that it was a journey to Mars that the CIA had determined that I absolutely had to make and that I could not decline. Today, I’m glad that I went to Mars, because it gave me an understanding of what Mars is like, and this understanding informs the works of natural history that I am currently writing about life on Mars.”

When so fantastic a story comes out, we have to look hard to see if it could be true, or if it’s laced with improbabilities. Lt. Col. Steven Wilson told Richard Boylan that the US first achieved wobbly but reliable reverse-engineered flight in 1971, during the Nixon presidency. Yes, there could be some alien outstations on Mars---who knows which aliens they might be, but Mars wouldn’t likely have any residual aliens from some previous inhabited phase on a global scale. We’d see all kinds of indications of previous civilization if such were the case (it apparently isn’t), and there is no air suitable for life on a large scale. Any aliens there now would be mere campers, possibly placed there as part of an alien intervention on this planet. It would be the ultimate Disneyland-like experience for humans who didn’t know much about aliens in the universe---merely take a few military types there, promise to reward them with goodies for keeping mum, then lead them on as though those aliens have a real right to be there, in the first place. Mars is for human uses in the future, NOT alien interlopers who (possibly) abduct, or are involved with alien who abduct humans.
I have little doubt that, given alien appearances in our skies, an uncensored study of Mars’ surface might show some small, relatively minor installation or two, but there’s little prospect of a native-evolved intelligent lifeform there, now. Robert Dean is a good, honest man with much to say, but his claims aren’t nearly as divergent as are Basagio’s. Basagio’s story doesn’t match what other whistleblowers say about US technological capacities. To me it sounds a lot like SERPO: CIA and intel sourcing, a fanastic otherworldly interaction years before people knew about it, and it has people like Jean Maria (a CIA asset) who seems suspicious. Again, Jean Maria was used to discredit her own sister’s more important allegations. But the investigative world seems to have believed Sue Arrigo, rather than Jean Maria.

As a Senior Space Research Analyst who has studied Mars for the past decade, I can tell you with 99.99999% certainty that there are no underground cities on Mars. An underground city would give off a thermal signature that couldn't possibly be missed. Sorry.

I've been teleporting to cleveland since the '60's in search of intelligent life there. I haven't found any yet,but for sure I'm not going to find any on this site either. These are the types of reports that make every real ufologist cringe. Very embarrassing!

Bob Dean lost me when he showed those dodgy moon UFO pictures at the Barcelona conference. One particular pic looked like a ship but when you turn the gain right down it's obviously just one of the stages from that particular Apollo mission. What it was doing superimposed on a picture of the moon's surface I can't say. Cassidy is a failed "Science Fiction" producer and now she's supposedly in the UFO community. She's not discerning at all, she'll take on all takers when it comes to a good story.
UFO pics are passe, their presence is well and truly established, now is the time for Disclosure and exopolitics not pictures of hub caps in the sky.

I suggest that everyone should examine and evaluate their claims and come to their own conclusions. As more and more long term government employees in secret programs emerge, their stories tend to be mutually verifiable!
While there might be incorrect facts here and there, by and large, I believe the majority of the information they release is legitimate! They are doing NASA and us a tremendous favor by letting us know what's going on!
Project Camelot is an excellent site and the information and interviews are presented in an intelligible, organized manner. No attempt is made to persuade the reader of their validity. The information is presented and it's up to each individual to evaluate it and decide whether or not it is valid! I think most of it is!

But of course, how are you supposed to know this?
Initially, from the 1930s to the 1950s, when the secret space program and R&D was emerging, the government had legitimate reasons for withholding information about these activities from the public.
But, those reasons have expired long ago! It's past time for the government to tell the public the truth! That, we are not alone!
That, the universe is a vast expanse teeming with life! That, we are more technologically advanced than is commonly known!
It would be better to tell the public about the ET/space phenomenon and garner their support now, than wait and tell us later when it's absolutely necessary the government have it, and then have the public refuse to give it!

People are hollering that they want proof that it exists. If they don't see it they wont believe it. These people arent creating wild stories out of the blue. Not all of them. Clifford stone, an ex-military sergeant says he recovered alien bodies alive and dead, and that while in the army they catalogued at least 57 different species. the proof that people want isn't easily given. Some are getting killed because they want it to be known. The gov't or cia wont tell us any of this freely. I'm glad that there are those that are sick to death of this secret. No one could hope this story true more than me...but REALLY! We are to belive that teleportation was achived before 1970 without the help of modern computers? Dean's photos are of no value. My little boy can draw better cities and mars ports than what Mr. Dean has ever presented. What a load of rubbish and a total waste of time, our ticket and air travel money and the rest.

I am stunned at the lack of critical thinking in a great deal of the populace. As I said before I am the first to want this story to be true. But please consider how incredibly complex teleportation would be. It would require the computational capabilities that are almost astronomical. We are talking BILLIONS of TERRABITES just to program the structure of the human body not to mention the ambiguous question of what happens to all that you have learned, memories etc. All that crap about "absence of evidence etc" is great for lemmings, I'm not a blind follower, I do ask for just a BIT of PROOF. Then I will be the first to shout it from the rooftops.
Funny how open mind & hearts also evolve their perceptions & options in life and the lesser ones devolve. Either way and like all reality, all truth is never ending & ever changing.

Are we, as a race, really technologically advanced, or is it only a select few who are? If nearly six billion people have no idea certain governments have this technology, then we are not advanced, as a whole, compared to other civilizations in the universe who claim to be far superior to the human race as a whole not only in technology, but in spirituality, peace and government.
i guess if you want to be technical, we are not advanced. Governments are. Select people within the governments are. But even these select people cannot be advanced because they don't use it to benefit our world. Until they share this technology with us, explain to us how it functions, and let us create things to benefit humanity, we'll never be technologically advanced.
i'm not arguing or saying i'm right. But, to me, it makes sense to say we aren't advanced compared to other societies.
