AP: Nov. 9, 09 spiral light at Tromso, Norway
Following a cross-volley of interpretations of the Dec. 9, 2009 blue-green light vortex over Norway on the eve of Barack Obama’s Nobel Prize acceptance speech (Russian missile; ETs destroying Russian missile), two researchers have independently posited that HAARP, a space-based weapon of mass destruction one of whose antenna fields is close to the site of the Norwegian spiral light.
According to one of the researchers, David Wilcock (see below), one of his confidential sources stated the Norway spiral light was part of Project Blue Beam. Mr. Wilcock's interview appears on the Project Camelot Radio show with Kerry Cassidy.
One of the alleged purposes of Project Blue Beam is the use of advanced electromagnetic imaging such as that produced by HAARP and exhibited in the Norway spiral light as a psychological mass conditioning device in aid of the implementation of a global corporate new world order.
If this analysis is accurate, the Norwegian light may have been a HAARP-induced effect attempting to anchor an extraterrestrial-like or “transcendent” aura around U.S. President Barack Obama’s Nobel Prize acceptance speech in Oslo the following day, Nov. 10.

HAARP and the Norwegian spiral light
According to Mr. Wilcock, the Dec. 9, 09 Norway spiral light is similar to other spiral lights in Russia in 2006, and in China (first seen in April 2009) that may be attributed to the HAARP technology.
Mr. Wilcock states that the plasma effects exhibited by the Norway light were too dense to have been produced by a failed Russian missile. He reiterates that HAARP is most probably the cause of the spiral lights.
Researcher Richard Hoagland notes that “just over the hill from Tromso [where the spiral light appeared], lies a high-tech Norwegian ‘HAARP antenna farm’ -- the EISCAT Ramfjordmoen facility -- specifically designed to broadcast powerful beams of microwave energy high into space ... thereby also creating blatant HD/torsion side-effects in the Earth's highly-electrified upper "plasma" atmosphere (ionosphere)? The facility is officially supported by Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan ... China ... the United Kingdom ... and Germany.”
Although Mr. Hoagland in his analysis implies that the Norway light may have been a warning to President Barack Obama by the controllers of HAARP, the more likely scenario is that Mr. Obama now works in collaboration with the controllers of HAARP to use HAARP in the service of the implementation of a corporate new world order worldwide.

HAARP as a space-based weapon of mass destruction
HAARP is an exotic weapons system that is part of the weaponization of space, using "scalar wave interferometry" - a technology first discovered by scientist Nicola Tesla in the early 1900's. Two or more longitudinal, ultra-low frequency waves are “aimed” at an intersecting point, at which time they interact in a very unique way, “tapping” into the limitless plenum of energy surrounding the planet, and weaponizing this scalar energy.
HAARP has 3 major weapons-system components:

HAARP is a space-based weapon of mass destruction. The death toll of two recent probable Environmental Warfare attacks by HAARP is on the scale of Hiroshima. The estimated death toll of the May 3, 2008 Weather Warfare Myanmar Cyclone is 78,000 dead + 56,000 missing as of May 29, 2008. The death toll of the May 12, 2008 Tectonic Warfare China Earthquake is 68,000 as of May 29, 2008, and expected to rise to 80,000. Official Japanese figures at the time put the Hiroshima death toll at 118661 civilians. But later estimates suggest the final toll was about 140,000.

Hoagland's page photos show an intricate white spiral forming a black hole-like (simply dark) disk after the initial blue column of light appeared. That's exactly what happened in reported use of HAARP-like technology in western Australia (near Pine Gap) when a loud fireball that looked like it was tucking into a black hole was seen by multiple witnesses. It sounded like a loud truck and it passed over a line of mountains, then, like the photo above, a column of blue light appeared, followed by an earth tremor. In Norway they didn't do a tremor, at least.
HAARP isn't all that complex. It converges light waves in a location so that they cancel out, then pulse-amplifies that energy (which is looking for an outlet) so that it resonates both down into and through atoms' nuclei (the black hole-like aspect) while resonating far out into space at the same time. It's called electrogravity, which is a kind of artificial gravity that pulls energy out of empty space. Also called scalar e.m.

And if this "pulse-amplified energy" went through an Atoms nuclei would there not be some king of Element shifting or Isotope creation with Neutrons being pushed from the Nuclei...??? Or if there were sub-nulear particles "energized" wouldn't there be gamma rays from the subsequent particles in the nuclei "falling" back to their original stable energy configuration?

That artifical gravity (also known as s electrogravity) ISN'T just something done by machines and weapons. Like Alfred said, it converges and cancels out of waveform. It isn't just tech; it's a simple pulsed resonance in which canceled out light waves (known as a standing wave) are looking for a place to go. forgot to mention: think inverted event horizon but in a larger kind of orb-like BIG space. So, all across and within that inverted event horizon are FRACTIONAL wave fluctuations. Because they're fractional they whip across the entire, larger space faster-than-light. That's why you don't see them as hot, local waveform. They cycle far across space, hyper-fast, in what is essentially hyperspace: a kind of half-state in which black holes and exotic energy fluctuations occur. Because those fractional waveforms tie big scale, cosmic parameters (gravity) to tiny, sub-quantum parameters they are hyper-fast, essentially smeared out into a slightly deeper kind of space (hyperspace) that you don't see so visibly, but you can certainly sense it. Your brain is easily capable of such. Remote sensing is a well-known subject, and that's how it occurs.
If this were a HAARP project, wouldn't they have an excellent explanation for the public about this on que? If they had the time and money to develop something like the Norway Spiral, wouldn't they have a better explanation then a "missile"? Everything about this event tells me it was a surprise. The timing, the location, and the response.

OK, So no hot gammas because no "direct" particulate interaction. I assume the term hyperspace refers to the 11 or so (26 in some versions) dimensions which pop up in some versions of Super string theory. Not the Hyperspace assoc. with Math. Theory.But, Because there seems to be a relation between our world of 4-Space as classical Einstein Gravity would say(General Relativity) and the "world " of entwined dimensions that we can't see....because of this connection, some form of conservation of mass/energy would have to be evident. Does this wave of "cancelled light" travelling post-C (speed of light) reconcile this conservation with a momentum in 4-spce that is evident upon a Mass. Or is it transfered back into light? It must show up somewhere if it has an inception at this HAARP site as people call it. Where does the energy end up?
Both daytime and luminous Night Trails created by the spherical "chemtrail objects" (or aircraft) may be the culprit here..as they release material and replicate a plethora of objects from nano/micro-sized particles. (see tracers.8m.com)
A multitude of photos and videos show these objects spinning, spiraling, corkscrewing as they release self-assembling, self-replicating materials across the world's skies.

Very good, jaime. The conservation is preserved by what Bearden calls delta t, a slight speeding and/or slowing of time. In order to pull so much energy out of empty space via such resonance, it slows the flow of time in the focus of electrogravity (the black hole-seeming effect) while speeding the flow of time in the surrounding space. Bob Lazar read about and commented on this, also.

Deta T. So as Space-Time is thought of as a Manifold upon Which General Relativity (Gravitation) works say by a Mass Stretching or warping it so that other Masses are drawn in towrds it. HERE SpaceTime, as in Quantum Electrodynamics and Wheeler's Gen Relativity SpaceTime Foam, gives up energy (Generated by HAARP). And the Time part of SpaceTime contracts or expands based on the dynamics of the particular interaction. In this HAARP Physics SpaceTime is thought of as a "Thing", which when separated has an effect on the part "left behind". In this case the Time part. The quantum pairing of particles in the spacetime backround as in the Feynman diagrams which show Energy from the backround (Some call it Zero-Point Energy) spacetime where a gamma can be released as a positron and electron split as long as once the energy is "reabsorbed" the particles pair again. This HAARP energy/Delta T is different?

This is just the beginning of amazing things to be seen. HAARP and it's sisters around the world are using the debris (alum/barium...) in the CHEMTRAILS to change, not control, the weather and more, already. Now those weird cloud formations seen because of HAARP will be altered even more by using satellites to play, on the backside of the alum/barium screen, pictures for "everyone" to see.
