Second whistleblower emerges to confirm reality of time travel

  • December 31st, 2009 11:33 am PT

Anderson Inst: Time Control Methods & Technologies

A second whistle-blower, this one a physicist, has emerged to confirm the existence of U.S. government development of time travel technology and emphasize the importance of the real-world application of such technology for achieving planetary sustainability.

Dr. David Lewis Anderson, director of the Anderson Institute, emerged publicly in a two-hour interview on December 23, 2009 to give an extensive account of his time control research for the U.S. Air Force, which he later continued at his Time Travel Research Institute and other organizations.

Dr. Anderson's public revelations regarding time travel follow disclosures made in August and November by Andrew D. Basiago in interviews concerning his experiences in time travel experiments undertaken by DARPA’s Project Pegasus in the early 1970s.

A Sept. 15, 2009 report derived from the Web Bot predicted that a “planetary whistleblower” would emerge from the current period of U.S. financial collapse.  Clif High, the genius behind the Web Bot, determined that the individual was “very likely” Mr. Basiago, a lawyer from Washington State who is leading a truth campaign to establish that the U.S. defense community achieved teleportation in the late 1960s.

The report also stated that Mr. Basiago’s crusade would spark a movement, as other whistle-blowers shared with the public previously secret information.

In fulfillment of the scenario predicted by the Web Bot, both Mr. Basiago and Dr. Anderson are whistleblowers who have emerged during the latter months of 2009 to affirm secret time travel advancements by the U.S. government and private industry that may articulate a way out of the current depression via investment in a 21st century infrastructure that would include teleportation and other new energy applications.

Dr. David L. Anderson

The ALTA-Web-Bot report predicts planetary whistleblowers

The Web Bot project uses software to “search the Internet for about 300,000 keywords with emotional context and record the preceding and following words to create a ‘snapshot.’  Through this, the technology is claimed to be able to examine the collective unconscious of the world as a whole.  The data collected by the Web Bot is then analyzed via Asymmetric Language Trend Analysis (or ALTA) to discern future trends.

In the unusual terminology employed by ALTA, a September 15, 2009 report using data collected by the Web Bot stated:

“It is very likely that the ‘whistleblower’ who had been described in previous ALTA reports (see 1309) as emerging out of the period of the [coagulation] of the [government/officialdom of the USofA due to financial structure collapse] is a person by the name of [Andrew D. Basiago].”

In the ALTA report published in September, Clif High, the administrator of the Web Bot, predicted that the truth campaign of American lawyer Andrew D. Basiago will raise Mr. Basiago’s public profile “to a very high level within the mainstream media and that such presence in the media will climb over the next 9/nine months to a planetary level.”

He also stated that this person would make “a planetary impact of such magnitude that a second wave of other whistle-blowers of all kinds would be drawn into… public view.”

Dr. David L. Anderson and time control research

Since the September report, those following the Web Bot project by reading the ALTA reports have speculated as to who the next whistleblower to follow Mr. Basiago might be.  One candidate is Dr. Anderson.

According to the physicist, he was employed at a young age by the U.S. Air Force conducting advanced research and development at the Air Force Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base in the Mojave Desert.

During that time, he laid the foundations for what would be known as “time-warp field theory,” an approach that models and describes how to use the natural forces of inertial frame dragging to create contained and controllable fields of closed time-like curves.

At his Time Travel Research Center in Long Island, Dr. Anderson further developed time-warp field theory, as well as a third generation time warp generator.

Dr. Anderson sets out 10 types of time control technologies and methods, along with a feasibility analysis of each method.  Among these time control technologies are quantum tunneling, time-warp fields, and wormholes.

Readers can listen to Dr. Anderson’s two-hour interview with Sandra Sabatini by clicking here.

Andrew D. Basiago

Andrew D. Basiago’s time travel revelations

Mr. Basiago made his public revelations about U.S. governmental involvement in time travel initially in an August 31st interview by Jessica Schab posted on YouTube and then again during a November 11th interview on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory.  His revelations on Coast to Coast AM are summarized as follows:

“Andrew D. Basiago discussed his experiences within a secret DARPA program “Project Pegasus” and what he claimed to be the true history of U.S. time travel research and teleportation technology... from the years 1969 to 1972.

“He described being teleported from… Wood Ridge, NJ to Santa Fe, NM via a device derived from Tesla technology.  A ‘chasm’ opens up in the fabric of time-space that is wrapped around the “teleportees” as they are repositioned to a new location…

“During this time frame, he said he witnessed an accident in which a boy's feet were sheared off after he was teleported.

“He also talked about how the teleportation technology could be used for time travel, and the development of ‘chronovisors’ which allowed holographic recordings to be made of historically significant events…

“Time travel technology enabled the U.S. to win the Cold War, as the government teleported military secrets into the future, to store for safekeeping, he detailed.

“The technology was also used to brief U.S. Presidents like Clinton, the Bushes, and Obama about their destinies, years before they became President, Basiago claimed.

“He also asserted that Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Governor Bill Richardson both served in Project Pegasus, and he invited them to come forward with the truth.”

Readers can listen to the audio archive of the Coast to Coast AM radio program of Mr. Basiago being interviewed by host George Noory by clicking here:

Time control research and time travel

This reporter asked Mr. Basiago whether Dr. Anderson’s time control research validates his time travel experiences with the Tesla-based technology used by Project Pegasus.

He responded by stating that he thinks that it does, in the sense that it provides corroborating evidence that advanced applications in quantum physics can have truly revolutionary effects on the quantum environment, including the propagation of “vortal tunnels” by which people can travel between distant locations in time-space.

“It is not the same technology, but it shows similar effects,” he stated.  “In the 21st century, the quantum environment will be shaped to suit human ends, and human beings will be freed from the constraints of time-space that today we take for granted.”

Time travel technology and a positive human future

Both whistleblowers – Andrew D. Basiago and Dr. David L. Anderson – independently emphasize the connection between creating a positive human future and public disclosure of the time travel and time control capabilities that they say the U.S. government has developed but kept secret, thereby depriving the world of the potential life-advantaging benefits of technologies that manipulate the quantum environment.

Mr. Basiago stated that teleportation could be used to move people and goods more efficiently around the globe, without the pollution caused by planes, trains, and automobiles or the negative effects upon land use of airports, railroads, and highways.

Dr. Anderson stated that time control technology will solve the global energy crisis, with diverse applications in both new energy production and medical research.  In support of Mr. Basiago’s call for disclosure by the U.S. government of its time travel technologies, Dr. Anderson stated that “these new developments need to be made public.”

    Dear Dr. Webre,

What I am going to ask you might strike you as "odd," but I am asking this question with utter sincerity. In the last two years, I began to notice that there were relatively unknown people being mentioned as celebrities in "Distraction" magazines like "People" and the "National Inquirer." Many of these people appeared to be related to important business people, politicians and banksters. I don't know why, but I began feeling like history was being manipulated. People were being inserted into reality shows, movie roles etc. who weren't in the original coverage. I cannot explain my perception any better than stories that I was following suddenly changed with new people being substituted. Is this possible?

If time travel were truely possible we would have won every war ever by simply sending information back to ourselves everytime we screw up with the reasons why we screwed up. I don't think time travel is real, sure it may be possible to go into "other dimensions" but whats done is done

Teleportation has only recently been achieved on the molecular level and its well known by every scientific community...

How I wish this were true, only time will tell (pun intended)

"Whistleblower" is the wrong word for guys like Anderson and Basiago. See, what a whistleblower does is provide evidence of wrongdoing by the corporation or government in question. The key word being "evidence". The claims of these conspiracy theorists are all just a lot of hot air and fanciful tales. They have not provided a shred of evidence, not a single fact that I can check for myself, and not a single line of argument that doesn't require us to unquestioningly take them at their word.

The term you're looking for is "bullshitter", or possibly "conman".

    Dear Alfred,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this article. It comes at great time, following up on our Other World Radio interviews with Dr. David Anderson and Andrew Basiago.

I also truly enjoyed reading this article being that it's from a fellow Examiner such as yourself. On behalf of myself and my co-host at Other World Radio, keep plugging away at the subject Time Travel technology!

    Happy New Year.

Uhhh....where's the evidence? I can accept that theoretically,l its possible, but I need more than the word of some guy I've never heard of. Give us evidence!
Tell ya what-in the interest of scientific truth and knowledge, I volunteer my future self to come back in time and hand me the winning Powerball numbers for tomorrow night. Since someone very close to me just won the lottery, the odds are against me winning without help. If I win tomorrow, its all true. I'll let y'all know, lmao....

Wow, I've never heard so many narrow-minded comments in one spot ever! How sad for these people, obviously they aren't informed & haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary with those attitudes. I can't think of more miserable fate than to be a skeptic demanding evidence before considering a possibility. I rather live in a cage and have the freedom of an open mind than be free, ignorant and blind. Where would all of the great inventions of our world have come from w/ that kind of closed thinking. If you don't believe something is possible you won't acknowledge the evidence even if it's in your face. I hope I never have to attend a party with these boring poopooers. I've experienced time travel, parallel realities, OBE's, ETs, angels, communicated w/ deceased family members, and many other amazing things. People with such miopic views will never experience anything exceptional or contribute anything special. They probably don't love, because where is the evidence for love?

  • by Mary 8 months ago

    Hi Darcel,

I'm with you, everyone wants evidence so isn't that what this article is about, they are asking for the government to go public with this information.

I think this is interesting, but operations like Cointelpro were know for disinformation stories. Here is a quote from a link I found.

"So, the “whistle blower” gambit may deflect people’s attention from more serious matters by rendering people into passive observers of dramas that others stage for them to observe, as opposed to concretely, personally organizing their own direct social activity in policy areas that concern them. That is what, of course, the alphabet soup agencies absolutely do not want, because then people are no longer their passive, unquestioningly obedient, ignorant, compliant, dumbed-down, 1040 revenue-producing slave units."

I believe time travel is possible, I believe in teleportation, but don't know if these sources can be trusted, or if they are disinfo.

I can confirm some of this is indeed true. I'm not sure about the agencies and locations involved, but there has definitely been time manipulation happening at some point somewhere.

There has actually been a time war raging for quite some time now, though, with this technology, time doesn't have much meaning. Our history is actually backwards, and most people don't realise it because it's all we've ever known. There are many very subtle and coded bits of information in our history if you know what to look for.

I'll be writing a new text on this soon going into more detail. Until then, you can read what's already there on our site. Good stuff, for the expanded mind.

What constitutes evidence? A certified government document supporting their claims? An artifact brought from the past or future? A demonstration of a viewmaster historiogram, or whateverthehellitwas? How could we possibly verify such things? Especially from in here? Other than firsthand experience, all ANY of us have as a working knowledge base is the word, call it witness, or testimony, of someone else. We don't veryify every bit of information we take for granted. Somewhere along the line there's always somebody, somewhere, whose "word" -- whose personal testimony, or expertise -- is the "last" word. I repeat the speed of light like I "know," but frankly, I never measured it. I'm taking the "word," nothing else, of qualified scientists using properly calibrated measuring instruments. For the time being, the "evidence" for time-travel is the testimony of two qualified scientists telling the world it's true. Disinfo for what purpose? What have they to gain? Or lose?

Like every new discovery, when theexcitement dies you start to notice there are two sides, the +'s and also a few possible -'s. Quantum Disruptor's are one of the few negatives. A fine example was painted on a cave wall (Uzpekistan) ,giving slight details on how holographics works.
There painting does have its controversies (mainly the time it was created), not to mention the endless interpretations on what the picture is actually describing. (Note; its a 4 step description on how the hologram is produced using a "transpolymizer" pro-biconvex-sody, {extra note, no I donot belong to any lame-ass startrek or starwars fan club} and the actually projection (story) it is describing.) I can tell you that most have gotten it wrong. Its not a face you see within the sphere, and the figure in the story is not standing on a checker-board, its standing on the remains of a city that was destroyed. And satanists beware (Avatar) the involute mirage you live for will fail.

You gotta be kidding me. Come on this is a joke for Christs sake. Do you have any idea the level of technology that must be mastered for faster than light travel? Has anyone heard of the uncertainty principal? (in regard to teleportation) My God, READ A BOOK, take a class!!! There is absolutely NO Proof that any of these wild claims are true. I read these article for fun. For Gods sake I don't believe them.

  • by sober 8 months ago

One more thing, Sherwood Shwartz the 1960's TV producer stated that the studio would receieve letters from viewers wondering why the US Navy etc were not alerted to the situation of the crew and passengers of the SS Minnow. That's right, People watching TV actually believed Gilligan, the skipper etc were stranded on an island and their misadventures were being broadcast weekly. Anyone who even remotely believes this time travel, teleportation foolishness are like those mildly retarded viewers back in the 60's.

  • by MrB 8 months ago

    Sober --

Yes, I think some of us are aware enough to realize the level of technology that would have to be involved. Are you an insider privvy to the latest military technological advancements? No. You're not. No one is saying you can buy this stuff at Walmart, genius. No one is even saying the testimony of two qualified scientists asserting time-travel is real is "proof" of anything. Expert testimony is, however, "evidence" in a court of law.

Your reference to Gilligan's Island was very, very helpful. Obviously time-travel can't be possible if people are dumb enough to think the USS Minnow was real. Did you figure that out all by yourself? Disinfo is always a problem in getting the truth out. But not as much of a problem as overcoming the blissful ignorance of a closed mind.

Whenever educated people think, exo-ufoistic publishers and cult leaders couldn't further increase their degree of insanity, they are wrong: They can. They benefit from the widespread scientific illiterism, superstition and miseducation. Hard fact is, exo-ufositic believers are typically positioned at the lower end of the human scale of intelligence and education (the corner of beliefs), so they can't make a distinction between real science and pseudeoscience. History teached, us this is the case, when a culture is in its decaying phase. Rome (aka the WTC) has had alreaedy burnt down - spoken in historical terms.

He then goes from time travel to teleportation. Two different things.

Only problem I have with time travel is this.

How can you go to a point in space where the planet was in the past or where it will be in the future? The planet is for one no longer at that point in past space/time or has yet to get there in future space/time.

This rock is not just setting stationary rotating around the sun in space. It is traveling at a high rate of speed through space.

In our reality there is only the present on this rock we live on.

The rest is just people smoking dope.

Time travel is the same thing as deep space travel. When travel among the stars becomes possible, travel through time becomes possible.
One of the basic truths of quantum mechanics is that testing a condition creates the expectations of that inquiry. In the quantum world, you can wish for strawberry ice cream, hold out your cone and it will be filled with strawberry ice cream. A "time traveler" would experience a world, but that world might not be the one on the same timeline with our experience. No prediction of the future nor interpretation of the past would necessarily be valid if it was the recounted experience of the time traveler.

Many think this type of thing of time travel is perposterous yet we have the Airforce, DARPA and other unknown umbrella corporations that are studying it closely. I believe CERN is within this project whatever they have named it. They compartmentalize it so much it gets rather tiring to find the real information. Most just poo poo this stuff away as Conspiracy Theory nonsense which is good for the scientists and the men who are wanting the technology. Their work goes uninterrupted because its outrageous.
