Obama team covers up citizen extraterrestrial disclosure input on White House website

White House: Obama mounting Air Force One

Part VII of a series of investigative articles on the Obama administration, the United Nations, and unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrial life

The Obama transition team set up a special website at www.change.gov and requested public input regarding priorities for Obama administration policies.  Although extraterrestrial disclosure ranked as one of the highest single public priorities, there is no public reference on the Obama White House website to extraterrestrial disclosure, in violation of the Obama transition team’s public rules of engagement.  The www.change.gov website has been discontinued, and researchers are referred to www.whitehouse.gov for information on citizen input into Obama administration public policies.

The extraterrestrial coverup and the 1953 CIA Robertson Panel

The issue of the extraterrestrial presence on earth has been the subject of a sustained cover-up by the U.S. government, codified in official government policy since the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency's Robertson panel of 1953 decreed that media professionals had to ridicule issues dealing with extraterrestrials at the expense of being fired.  Citizens who reported extraterrestrial contact were to be harrassed and stigmatized, according to the policies of the Robertson Panel.

Robertson Panel policies were still in force following the sighting of a 524 to 1048 foot space craft over Stephenville, Texas on January 8, 2008.  Reporter Angelia Joiner was reportedly harassed by superiors and fired from her position at the Stephenville Empire Tribune.  Likewise, civilian witnesses of the spacecraft, were reportedly harassed by telephone calls and helicopters.  The spacecraft that overflew Stephenville, TX on January 8, 2008 went on to overly the then Texas White House unopposed, according to a radar report released by the FAA.

Despite citizen input into the Obama transition team showing that extraterrestrial disclosure was a high priority, the Obama White House has apparently chosen to continue the anti-extraterrestrial policies decreed by the 1953 Robertson Panel

Outer space issues negligible on the White House website

With regard to outer space issues, the only substantive mention on the White House website of outer space issues is in regard to military policy, and a relative continuation of militaristic policies regarding the weaponization of space.

Obama administration agenda on space weaponization (From the White House website)

"* National Missile Defense: The Obama-Biden Administration will support missile defense, but ensure that it is developed in a way that is pragmatic and cost-effective; and, most importantly, does not divert resources from other national security priorities until we are positive the technology will protect the American public.
"* Ensure Freedom of Space: The Obama-Biden Administration will restore American leadership on space issues, seeking a worldwide ban on weapons that interfere with military and commercial satellites. They will thoroughly assess possible threats to U.S. space assets and the best options, military and diplomatic, for countering them, establishing contingency plans to ensure that U.S. forces can maintain or duplicate access to information from space assets and accelerating programs to harden U.S. satellites against attack."

Source:  http://www.whitehouse.gov/agenda/defense/

This approach continues the weaponization of space.  The Obama administration has taken no steps to address space-based weapons of mass destruction such as HAARP, an electromagnetic weapons system whose space-based component weaponizes the ionosphere.  There is solid research showing that HAARP is a weapons system responsible for tectonic warfare and weather warfare, including triggering the May 3, 2008 cyclone in Myanmar which killed up to 150,000 persons, and the May 12, 2008 earthquake in China which killed up to 80,000 persons.  Skeptics of this information are welcome to listen to a 7 part radio series on HAARP by independent scientist Leuren Moret.  The Space Preservation Treaty bans space-based weapons systems like HAARP which weaponize natural systems like the ionosphere.

Obama White House obeys 1953 CIA ban on extraterrestrial disclosure

The entire citizen effort at input into White House policy that took place during the Obama transition period with regard to extraterrestrial disclosure has for functional purposes been disregarded and covered up, as evidenced by the public policy agenda laid out on the Obama White House website. The 1953 Robertson Panel policy is continuing in force, and there is no immediate change in U.S. policy towards extraterrestrial disclosure.

Honolulu Exopolitics Examiner Dr. Michael Salla has provided insights into the valuable potential for release of anti-gravitic technology by centralization of energy issues under the Obama's Administration's National Security Council.  The release of anti-gravitic technology into the civilian market place will begin to erode the monopoly of petroleum and nuclear power, which now provide 90% of energy needs.

If the National Security Council chooses to continue the 1953 Robertson Panel policy of banning the extraterrestrial public policy issue (as the White House website has already done), then the centralization of energy and other issues in the National Security Council is not a good development for extraterrestrial disclosure, whatever its impact on energy policy might be.

The cover-up of important civilian input in the transition phase of  Obama administration priorities does not bode well for overturning the pernicious mandate of the CIA 1953 Robertson Panel.  By continuing the cover-up at the White House level of the issue of the extraterrestrial presence as a legitimate subject of discourse, the Obama administration has sent a powerful signal to the war economy that it will continue the policy of an extraterrestrial embargo, support the information war against ethical extraterrestrials, and support the planned colonization of inhabited planets such as Mars.

There can be no extraterrestrial visitors - Special relativity demonstrates that no one could get here in a reasonable time frame, and therefore there is no reason to be out and about. By the way, the black helicopters are over your house!

We are at a turning point....Either release the truth or destroy ourselves..for petty global control....as for me either one will be amazing to experience in my lifetime.

    Mr. Webre:

As frustrating as it is to hear, the fact remains that there are more important things for our president to be doing than dealing with the issue of disclosure.

In regard to UFOs and aliens, I'm in the same realm as yourself. I find it important to tell you that early in this comment so you'll not ignore the rest of the comment. I blog on UFOs and aliens all day long (5 blogs) but, I honestly do not find disclosure an important issue and here's why.

We already know what we know so what's the big deal in knowing more than we already know. What will it buy you? What kind of outcome did you expect with a disclosure?

The only thing I can visualize is that after disclosure and in a matter of weeks after such - mainstream media would settle down and it's back to business as usual. That's all that happened in France, Canada, the UK and Denmark so what more do you think would happen here in the U.S.? None of those countries produced anything earth shattering anyway and what they did offer up we already had previous knowledge to.

You already know that our president could easily stand up to a microphone and say that the government hasn't keep the books on UFOs since Project Bluebook so there isn't anything to offer up. That of course would be the kind of statement he would make based on whoever it was that advised him on the subject, which would have been military because Obama doesn't have a clue.

Even if there was any kind of disclosure, I also visualize our government (military) treating it the same way as the UK in making sure we only get the stories we either already knew about, are questionable based on a lack of information or benign. In other words, and somewhat hypothetically speaking, if Obama were to state that all items of a UFO origin are to be brought to the attention of the American public, do you really think you're going to see a UFO that's been hiding out at Wright-Patterson for 61 plus years. Nope, not going to happen. Besides that, I'm sure that in the realm of the White House we're all written off as nuts anyway.

Instead, my thoughts are that if there is ever going to be any kind of notable disclosure, I find that it would be world-wide and not national. When such disclosure takes place it will affect the masses and not just the U.S. It will be a result of the actions of the visitors and not that of our own. It will be their disclosure not ours.

I listened to Obama's comments on cleaning up the FOIA issue and I think that was his message to you and yours in exo-politics that this was all you were going to get, which is why you do not see it as an issue in those websites.

I personally find his comments to be sufficient considering the times and our economical problems currently in the U.S., which are by far more important.

time is an illusion Shipwrecksam. We on earth are already starting to move molecules through time and space through our own science.. even though science is also a religion lol

I personally feel that this is a very important issue that needs to be addressed to the public. For reasons like this... money creates power. what if someone told you that money wasn't an issue, all this global economic crap is based on money. THE WORLD DOESN'T NEED MONEY!!! if human soceity wasn't greedy then there would be no need for money. but humans are A-holes. it's not about money it's about loving one another and helping those in need. not greed. if disclosure was brought upon the world, people would finally wake the F up and realize these things and then do you think there would be problems like this Obama needs to deal with that are more important?

My optimism for disclosure I'm afraid is fading. When you think about it, if Obama & Co were to announce to the world that we are not alone in this Universe, the consciousness of the people would be elevated over night, setting the wheels in motion so to speak to start seeking for answers. This is exactly what they don't want people to do and have been trying to suppress for thousands of years.

I announced already in the last November in a Post to Michael Salle, that President Obama won't release something extraordinary to the public.

    Hear his own statement:

    www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gLFiX_FmiQ

Despite this fact, Michael Salla deleted my post with the claim, I conducted a ad hominem attack against him. (In fact I critized his style of jumping on quick conclusions, based on pure claims) Meanwhile, I think, even the most fiery alien/UFO-idiolator and conspiracy-enthusiast recognizes, my statement was correct. So I feel, it's time to ask some 'what if' questions:

What if, all the assumptions UFOlogy is based on (US government would cover-up all aliens) is wrong. Remember, most western countries have already released their entire archives of UFO-files into the public domain. All these files consistently show, governments do not know more about UFOs (in the sense of unidentifiable airborne objects) as all cititzens do: Nothing. However, there is one exempt: Many US residents indeed tend to buy into UFOlogy as a religion and expect salvation, doom (or both) from alleged extraterrestrial beings. Further, very sad things happen regularly in US (e.g. the Heavens-Gate mass suicide, or people are killed on a daily basis by misguided alien/UFO-crazies, who believe, their neighbour would be a reptilian, etc.) So the disclosure-process in US is conducted in a very cautious manner, and had been delayed.

What if, aliens visited earth and all governments of our planet would keep these incidents away from the public?

This scenario is very unlikely, since it were statistically impossible to supress all tangible proofs for decades. Remember, one single incident, that could be proved by a tangible piece of evidence would circumvent all secrecy. So I don't think governments are even in the power to decide about disclosure.
It were the (alleged) aliens themselves, who decided, if they accepted us as socios inter pares. In this case, they showed up in an open and unambigous manner. Since that haven't happend yet, either, there are no ET visitors, or we are far not ready for an open contact. If we evaluate the classical type 0-3 civilisation classification scheme, we can easily recognize, we are still a type 0 species. Until all prerequisites are present, I guess, we have to wait for a couple of centuries, until we will have learned to use natural resources in a sustainable manner, overcome poverty, wars, greed, crime, overpopulation, etc.

As one of the 20 top secret military witnesses that testified at the National Press Club in 2001 representing over 500 military and intelligence witnesses total. Not that I have access to any special knowledge than the average citizen that can examine the hundreds of testimonies that collectively paint a clear picture of illegal government operations (not overseen by our legal government) that took control back in 1954. For those who believe these operations can't keep these unacknowledged operation secret, they are mistaken. We have truly reached a critical time where the truth needs to be revealed to the people. Seems that an effective way to get this to the public is to relentlessly expose alternative energy technology readiness, the history of those who have been suppressed/killed for their inventions, etc. Consumer-programmed humans process based on money, and alternative energy right now is looking much more attractive to many who wouldn't have given it a thought 10 years ago, or maybe even 5 years ago. We need to think relevance, and base the level of info on what people can take in and use. The "so what" argument for national disclosure has some validity, as does Mr. Webre's point about the Obama administration withholding reference to people's desires to have disclosure. Hell, the same ones of us would like to see disclosure on lots of things, some of which are happening on a daily basis! And please remember, there WAS a disclosure already, at Grant Park. Refer to the extraordinary photos revealing masses of luminosities captured by several photographers (on Exopolitics website). Interesting that Alf. hasn't mentioned that in the context of this article...

    Dear Atrueoriginall
The conclusion I have come to is that the politics of this world and industry are influenced by the extraterrestrial presence.
Infact they may be running the show so to speak, and it becomes more obvious day by day. And as you say when disclosure happens it will be on there say so, not ours.
    Yours Sincerely Peter

Atrueorinall, with disclosure comes the reality for those that do not believe unless it comes down upon their head. If they do disclose slowly the masses has time to digest. If this does come out in one felt swoop. for instance, a landing at the W/house "panic" like no one has ever seen would develop and would be catastrophic. govt's need to slowly let people develop a security within their own minds. It seems to me that sightings and such have been happening with some regularity in recent times but, for those with blinders on and imo that is a vast majority. sure, people say that they believe in other lifes but most do not research on the subject so I put them in the majority that would have a hissy fit if such a landing would occur. this is not a B/slap wake up call for them. sky scrapers would imo be very crowded with jumpers because the truth is cemented in their own minds.when and if a mile long ship comes to a town near you! disclosure for those in the know and those notis needed
