AVATAR, the 3-D fusion camera system film by Canadian Oscar winning director and writer James Cameron now nominated for 4 Golden Globe awards, is a virtual experience of extraterrestrial disclosure and the harsh exopolitical reality of Earth’s military-industrial complex and permanent war economy ongoing secret colonization and exploitation of our solar system and beyond.

AVATAR is not only a future morality play about the destruction of a spiritually-advanced animist race of extraterrestrials for mining rights, corporate greed and the survival of a denuded Earth in a distant future. It is all of these, and more. AVATAR offers you the viewer a close-to-virtual experience of a case study of what may be occurring right now in our own solar system as the black budget war-mentality of Earth’s expands it dualistic, exploitative and militaristic policies into outer space behind a screen of official secrecy and constitutional rogue.

The astropolitical reality base of AVATAR

AVATAR is set on a gas giant planet’s habitable and verdant moon symbolically named “Pandora” (more about that later).  NASA’s Kepler mission makes the existence of Pandora a scientific plausibility at Alpha Centauri A, the system featured in Avatar.

One report states, “a new paper by Smithsonian astronomer Lisa Kaltenegger shows that the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) will be able to study their atmospheres and detect key gases like carbon dioxide, oxygen, and water vapor.

"’If Pandora existed, we potentially could detect it and study its atmosphere in the next decade,’ said Lisa Kaltenegger of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (CfA). Kaltenegger calculated what conditions are best for examining the atmospheres of alien moons. She found that Alpha Centauri A, the system featured in Avatar, would be an excellent target.

"’Alpha Centauri A is a bright, nearby star very similar to our Sun, so it gives us a strong signal’ Kaltenegger explained. ‘You would only need a handful of transits to find water, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and methane on an Earth-like moon such as Pandora. If the Avatar movie is right in its vision, we could characterize that moon with James Webb Space Telescope in the near future," she added.

The exopolitical reality base of AVATAR

Exopolitics is the science of relations between intelligent civilizations. Our own moon and our nearest planetary neighbor, Mars, provide realistic examples of the application of the same exploitative and colonial ethic that the corporate miners and their mercenary strike force exhibit in their drive to secure a valuable anti-gravity mineral by destroying the dimensional ecology of Pandora’s sacred energy vortices and committing genocide on an advanced aboriginal race.

AVATAR & Earth’s Moon

The Moon Treaty (1979) “is a failed treaty since it has not been ratified by any nation which engages in self-launched manned space exploration or has plans to do so (e.g. the United States, European Union, Russian Federation, People's Republic of China, Japan, and India) since its creation in 1979”

The reason the Moon Treaty is a failed treaty is that it establishes safeguards which would prohibit exactly the same sort of exploitative corporate mining and military strike forces and bases as occurred in the almost-destruction of AVATAR’s Pandora moon. 

Moreover, the Moon Treaty was to have applied to all celestial bodies in our solar system, thereby protecting all solar system resources against undue exploitation and all solar system populations against colonization by Earth’s military-industrial complex.

By causing the Moon Treaty to fail, the military-industrial complex and the permanent war economy has essentially declared open season on the planets, moons, resources, eco-systems, and peoples of the solar system.

The Moon Treaty, which the military-industrial complex and its banker-corporate rulers have defeated, provides the following safeguards for all celestial bodies in our solar system:

    “* Bans any military use of celestial bodies, including weapon testing or as military bases.
    “* Bans all exploration and uses of celestial bodies without the approval or benefit of other states under the common heritage of mankind principle (article 11).
    “* Requires that the Secretary-General must be notified of all celestial activities (and discoveries developed thanks to those activities).
    “* Declares all states have an equal right to conduct research on celestial bodies.
    “ Declares that for any samples obtained during research activities, the state that obtained them must consider making part of it available to all countries/scientific communities for research.
    “* Bans altering the environment of celestial bodies and requires that states must take measures to prevent accidental contamination.
    “* Bans any state from claiming sovereignty over any territory of celestial bodies.
    “* Bans any ownership of any extraterrestrial property by any organization or person, unless that organization is international and governmental.
    “* Requires all resource extraction and allocation be made by an international regime.”

Corporate mining on the moon

Let us examine some of the publicly available evidence that there are large-scale bases and mining activity taking place on Earth’s moon. For example, Sgt. Karl Wolfe, a Disclosure Project witness, testified as to being informally briefed in 1965 at NSA and seeing NSA photographs of a large base on the far side of the moon.   However, what if Sgt. Wolfe or the NSA official were mistaken or the briefing of Sgt Wolfe by an NSA official was in fact a psyops to implant a false public story that the NSA-photographed bases on the far side of the moon were extraterrestrial and not “shadow government-corporate.”  These alternatives are certainly within the realm of possibility. 

Independent military witnesses like “Milton Cooper, a Naval Intelligence Officer tells us that not only does the Alien Moon Base exist but the U.S. Naval Intelligence Community refers to the Alien Moon Base as ‘Luna,’ that there is a huge mining operation going on there, and that is where the aliens keep their huge mother ships while the trips to Earth are made in smaller ‘flying saucers’. LUNA: The Alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by the Apollo astronauts. A base, a mining operation using very large machines, and the very large alien craft described in sighting reports as mother ships exist there. -Milton Cooper.”  

This evidence was originally interpreted as signifying that the bases, UFO craft, and mining activity were “extraterrestrial” in origin.  However those interpretations did not take into account ET/UFO researcher Gary McKinnon’s findings that the U.S. operates a “non-terrestrial” fleet.”  Hence it is plausible that the bases, mining operations, and spacecraft shuttling back and forth between the earth and its moon are in fact part of a secret military-industrial complex moon settlement and mining operation.

AVATAR & Mars

The colonial destruction of the delicate ecology of the moon Pandora and if its indigenous, animistic intelligent extraterrestrial species by the military-industrial complex of Earth as portrayed in AVATAR has a mirror image closer to home that Alpha Centauri A.

There is independent whistleblower evidence from both Project Camelot whistleblower Arthur Neumann and Project Pegasus whistleblower Andrew D. Basiago that the military-industrial complex of earth has secret military and project bases on Mars, serviced through two-way teleportation mechanisms between Earth and Mars.

Command Sgt. Major (USAF retired) Robert Dean has shown Soviet satellite infrared images of an apparent extraterrestrial city under the surface of Mars.

Surface life on Mars has been identified through extraction of images from composite photos of large sections of the Martian surface made by NASA rovers Spirit.  Whistleblower Andrew D. Basiago made the initial discovery of these images. As of January 2010, it has been over a year since it was demonstrated that the surface of Mars is characterized by a fragile, post-collapse ecology.  It has been over a year since it has been demonstrated that several numerous living species, both humanoid and animal, exist on the fragile surface, post collapse ecology of Mars.  This Martian surface is littered not only with ancient monuments and statuary (pre-dating a 9500 B.C. solar system catastrophe), but with modern public statuary and works of art of a modern Martian civilization.

As the U.S. bases on Mars are secret, there is no public record of their official or covert mission statement.

It is plausible that the U.S. bases on Mars are forward strategic bases for the occupation of the solar system on behalf of banking and capital interests of Earth seeking to exploit the resources of the solar system and occupy, colonize and subjugate its indigenous populations wherever feasible.  This after all was the European colonial model from the 16th century forward, the U.S. model in the occupation and genocide of the American aboriginals.  

The colonization model is policy in the U.S. Air Force document “Vision for 2020” where the U.S. armed forces are described as essential to the pacification of the Native American tribes in the American West so that Wall Street investment capital could make its profit on the railroads, mines, cattle, etc.  Vision for 2020 goes on to describe the role of military force in outer space as no different from the pacification of the American West – conquest and exploitation of resources (and genocide of indigenous inhabitants).

Meanwhile, Earth’s “civilian” space-faring entities are driven by the consensual trance of the extraterrestrial embargo and are preparing missions to the moon and Mars, including NASA, India, Japan, Russia, and European Space Agency.  Officially they are clueless as to the existence of the U.S. bases on Mars, bases or mining on the moon, or intelligent civilizations on Mars.

Avatar and Pandora on film and in extraterrestrial disclosure

Key archetypes – Avatar and Pandora – are played in the film and in our planetary and solar system reality.   Avatar is a term from classic Hinduism. “In Hinduism, Avatar or Avat?ra (Devanagari, Sanskrit for ‘descent’ [viz., from heaven to earth]) refers to a deliberate descent of a deity from heaven to earth, and is mostly translated into English as ‘incarnation’, but more accurately as ‘appearance’ or ‘manifestation’.”

In the film AVATAR, former U.S. marine Jake Sully plays a psyops-type spy role by cybernetically controlling the consciousness of a human-extraterrestrial hybrid designed to lure the indigenous extraterrestrials into surrendering their supranatural planet and culture to the greed and exploitation of Earth’s military-industrial complex.  In the end, Sully does mimic the extraterrestrials’ historic Avatar, and then transforms into an extraterrestrial himself.

As we have seen in the Dec. 9, 2009 Norway light, the jury is still out as to whether the phenomenon around Dec. 10 Nobel Prize winner Barack Obama’s war-like speech was Avatar-like extraterrestrial approval or Project Bluebeam psyops.

Like the moon Pandora in AVATAR, Pandora in extraterrestrial disclosure may relate to “ discovering the source of evil in the world”.  We are told that “In Greek mythology, Pandora (ancient Greek, "gift", thus "giver of all", "all-endowed") was the first woman…. According to the myth, Pandora opened a jar (pithos), in modern accounts referred to as "Pandora's box", releasing all the evils of mankind— although the particular evils, aside from plagues and diseases, leaving only Hope inside once she had closed it again. She opened the jar out of simple curiosity and not as a malicious act.  The myth of Pandora is ancient, appears in several distinct Greek versions, and has been interpreted in many ways. In all literary versions, however, the myth is a kind of theodicy, addressing the question of why there is evil in the world.”

To put it bluntly, it may be that with unfettered extraterrestrial disclosure, humanity will discover the source of the ills and evil in this planet.  True disclosure will expose the oppression and exploitation of humanity and the solar system under Earth’s military-industrial complex and permanent war economy – perhaps with help from secret agreements with certain species of unethical extraterrestrials.

AVATAR, Obama – does life imitate art?

Barack Obama and his family and a group of friends saw a 3-D version of AVATAR at a private 9:30 AM screening at a cine complex in Hawaii on New Year’s Eve (The Secret Service had vacated the theater before public screenings for security and privacy reasons).

There are parallels between Barack Obama and Jake Sully-Avatar in the film.  Like Jake Sully, Barack Obama starts off his term as U.S. President playing a double role.  Much as Jake Tully secretly reports back to his military control Col. Miles Quaritch while manipulating the extraterrestrial Na’vi into revealing the secrets of their cosmology and homestead, Obama reports back to his controllers who by the evidence identified and trained him to be President since the early 1980s at Columbia University. Publicly, Obama is a folk-hero transformer for the human populace (Avatar).  There is evidence for detailing the extent and sophistication of the quantum-access control of Barack Obama in the Project Pegasus first-hand revelations of whistleblower Andrew D. Basiago.

The great question for Barack Obama’s Presidency and for the future of humanity is whether he will have a true AVATAR moment and become one with humanity’s aspirations, identifying with humanity’s interests regarding the core, hidden issue driving the military industrial complex – true extraterrestrial disclosure and protection of the solar system from corporate greed and colonization.

Barack Obama must sign the Moon Treaty

The Moon Treaty applies to the entire solar system, and applies its protections to every planet and moon in the solar system. By signing the Moon Treaty and using his bully pulpit to bring the space-faring community of nations to the Moon Treaty, Obama will end the policy of ecological exploitation and colonization that Earth’s military-industrial complex has secretly agreed upon for the solar system.

Obama can become that Avatar through one decisive executive act – sign the Moon Treaty and send it to the U.S. Senate for signature. Obama can mount a campaign amongst space-faring nations to also sign the Moon Treaty.  With U.S. leadership, the Outer Space Treaty now has 125 nation signatories and 98 nation ratifiers.

This is a first condition to true extraterrestrial disclosure. Once the profit motive is eliminated from colonization of the solar system, the Earth’s military-industrial complex and permanent war economy will reevaluate their exploit-and-colonize policy and allow extraterrestrial disclosure on the moon, Mars, and the rest of the solar system.

In many ways, the leaks by U.S. Naval intelligence as to U.S. relations with exotic and hyperdimensional species like Reptilians and Greys, and distant species like “Conformers” and “Controllers” may be displacements - diversionary psyops -  to distract popular attention from the core extraterrestrial exploitation and colonization that is occurring here on our moon, Mars and in our solar system.

True extraterrestrial disclosure is about what is occurring on our own moon, on our planetary neighbor Mars and in our solar system.

Will Barack Obama (like Jake Sully) let go of his controllers on the Moon Treaty and solar system extraterrestrial disclosure and become the Avatar, a champion of the planets, moons, and peoples of our solar system?
