Barack Obama not disclosing an extraterrestrial presence during 2009 is the top extraterrestrial-related story of 2009. Obama ended 2009 with non-disclosure after numerous reports of ‘imminent disclosure’ of an extraterrestrial presence including prediction of a specific disclosure date, November 27, 2009.  Independent sources have reportedly confirmed the U.S. military leaking its meetings in 2009 with Reptilian, Grey, and a silicon-based civilization named the “Conformers” in an effort to move Obama, the military’s commander-in-chief, to disclosure.

The top 10 ET/UFO-related stories of 2009 were chosen for a combination of their short-term public impact and long-term impact on relations between humanity and other intelligent civilizations. Every story involving humanity and other intelligent civilizations is important, particularly at this juncture in our human development, more than six decades into an extraterrestrial truth embargo.  
 

#10 – Latin American UFO activity

Mexico, Central and South America are perennial arenas for mass sightings of UFOs.  In 2009, one notable example was the Salta Mothership:

Province Of Salta -- The VISION OVNI group disclosed that the community of Joaquin V. González was shaken by the presence – in broad daylight – of a metallic cigar-shaped object that crossed the skies on Tuesday, December 15th at 17:00 hours. A mysterious interruption of cell phone service was reported while the phenomenon occurred. “The phenomenon was seen by a considerable segment of the population, which followed the strange device’s maneuvers in astonishment,” said Silvia Pérez Simondini, director of the VISION OVNI group. Witnesses interviewed by researcher Tony Galvagno stated, “This craft was identical to the one seen days earlier, but this time without lights.” Computers, cell phones, and utilities were inoperative and there is no technical explanation offered for the event, increasing the mystery of the strange phenomenon.” (Translation (c) 2009, S. #9 – Chinese scientists film UFO at Purple Mountain Observatory and will take 1 year to analyze data

This story is ranked because it illustrates of the high degree of scientific participation and openness that Chinese media and participating scientific establishment gave this case.

According to one report, “The clear, daylight sighting occurred over Deqing in Guangdong Province. Dozens of students claimed to have seen the object sailing through the air during a rooftop observation of the July 22, 2009 solar eclipse. At least nine of the students photographed it, producing such incredible images as those here. The UFO was also seen to change colour and shape, with the students claiming it initially appeared to be a glowing blue colour, but later darkened.”

Purple Mountain Observatory and Chinese Academy of Sciences stated: “China had discovered near the sun, by observation staff, an unidentified object. Its physical nature remains to be further studied. Currently manpower is being organised to deal with this data, complete the data analysis and reveal the scientific results. This will take at least one year's time to finalise.  Chinese Academy of Sciences Fellow Ji Hai-sheng said at present it is impossible to speculate what the unidentified object is. However research has started.”

#8 - NASA Oct. 9, 2009 moon bombing violated space law & could have caused conflict with lunar ET/UFO civilizations

This story is remarkable because it vividly illustrates the dividing line between the how space law should function in our populated solar system, and the view held by the U.S. black budget space complex which feels entitled to colonize all celestial bodies in our solar system irrespective of their being inhabited and of what space law requires.

One view of the LCROSS mission was that: “The October 9, 2009 bombing of the moon by a NASA orbiter that will bomb the moon with a 2-ton kinetic weapon as an alleged water-seeking and lunar colonization experiment, is contrary to space law prohibiting environmental modification of celestial bodies.  The NASA moon bombing, a component of the LCROSS mission, may also trigger conflict with known extraterrestrial civilizations on the moon as reported on the moon in witnessed statements by U.S. astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong, and in witnessed statements to NSA (National Security Agency) photos and documents regarding an extraterrestrial base on the dark side of the moon.

“If the true intent of the LCROSS mission moon bombing is a hostile act by NASA against known extraterrestrial civilizations and settlements on the moon, then NASA and by extension the U.S. government are guilty of aggressive war which is the most serious of war crimes under the U.N. Charter and the Geneva Conventions, to which the U.S. is subject.  The U.N. Outer Space Treaty, which the U.S. has ratified, requires that ‘ The moon and other celestial bodies shall be used by all States Parties to the Treaty exclusively for peaceful purposes. The establishment of military bases, installations and fortifications, the testing of any type of weapons and the conduct of military manoeuvres on celestial bodies shall be forbidden.’  98 nations have ratified and 125 nations have signed the U.N. Outer Space Treaty.”

#7 – ET/UFO researcher Gary McKinnon’s continued battle against extradition to the U.S.

The issue of the possible extradition of Gary McKinnon to the U.S. is a central issue of social justice in the U.K., and in progressive circles around the world.  Gary McKinnon, whose computer hacking was originally not prosecuted by U.K. authorities, now is at jeopardy of 60 years in U.S. jails because of the intervention of military-intelligence authorities in the U.S.  One source states, “McKinnon has denied causing any damage, arguing that he accessed open, unsecured machines, and disputes the financial loss claimed by the US as concocted in order to create a dollar amount justifying an extraditable offence.”  McKinnon reportedly located lists of non-terrestrial officers and ships, presumably of U.S. or shadow government space fleet.   These officers and ships are funded by black budget, unconstitutional sources, and are hence illegal under U.S. law.  It is McKinnon’s prosecutors within the military-intelligence world which should be prosecuted and not Gary McKinnon.  

As this list goes to press, Gary McKinnon’s lawyers have filed an appeal with the High Court in the UK from the Home Secretary’s decision not to block McKinnon’s extradition on the grounds that it violates the European Convention on Human Rights.  Eight senior members of the U.K. Parliament attended a public demonstration in London, following an urgent question debate in the House of Commons on McKinnon’s extradition to the U.S.

#6 – The Vatican opens a window to extraterrestrial life

Theology (and conversion) may still be the prime motor behind the Vatican’s interest in extraterrestrial life.   Father Jose Gabriel Funes director of the Vatican Observatory in a May 2008 interview lay the foundation for the theological approach to extraterrestrial life.

“Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can't put limits on God's creative freedom… "Why can't we speak of a 'brother extraterrestrial'? It would still be part of creation…”

The Vatican’s November 2009 conference on extraterrestrial life appears to be in support of its policy of openness toward the extraterrestrial presence, reportedly initially adopted at series of secret United Nations meetings on policy towards extraterrestrials starting in February 2008.  

The UN secret meetings have led to an agreement among 30 nations participating of a new policy of openness in 2009.  According to one account of the UN secret meetings, “Britain’s Permanent representative at the time, Sir John Sawers. Sawers was later appointed to head Britain’s prestigious foreign intelligence service MI6. The appointment of a diplomat to head an intelligence service was highly unusual. According to a BBC report: “giving the job to someone more recently associated with diplomatic service was regarded as a break from the tradition.”

Seen in the context of the February UN meetings, perhaps MI6 was acknowledging the need for greater diplomacy in dealing with problems posed by a new openness policy on UFOs, and eventual disclosure of extraterrestrial life.”

The briefing summaries from these secret UN meetings stated they were prompted by recent prominent UFO sightings such as the Jan. 8, 2008 Stephensville, TX sighting of a 524 ft wide UFO that flew unopposed over the Crawford Texas White House.   

Official state ET disclosure: Whether or not the Stephensville craft was extraterrestrial, or part of the shadow government “non-terrestrial fleet” identified by Gary McKinnon is an open question.  Even if “extraterrestrials” were piloting the Stephensville craft, the January 8, 2008 Texas White House overfly scenario could very well be part of a strategic deception operation or common plan in concert with cooperative extraterrestrials (see story #1) to “force” disclosure by a well-orchestrated diplomatic plan involving the main parties to official state disclosure diplomacy: the Vatican, the U.K., the U.S., the United Nations, NATO countries, etc.

CAVEAT: If official state disclosure is to occur around specific species of extraterrestrial civilizations such as the Reptilians and the Greys that have been in secret agreements against the public interest with the U.S. government for decades, then any Vatican association with such a disclosure plan is suspect as well.

#5 – U.K. Ministry of Defense closes its UFO desk after 50 years

On November 1, 2009, the U.K. Ministry of Defence closed its UFO desk, where members of the public had been able to report ET and UFO incidents for the last 50 years with this statement:

“The MOD has no opinion on the existence or otherwise of extra-terrestrial life.  However, in over fifty years, no UFO report has revealed any evidence of a potential threat to the United Kingdom.  The MOD has no specific capability for identifying the nature of such sightings.  There is no Defence benefit in such investigation and it would be an inappropriate use of defence resources.  Accordingly, and in order to make best use of Defence resources, we have decided that from the 1 December 2009 the … MOD will no longer respond to reported UFO sightings or investigate them.”

In many ways, this story may be the most significant ET/UFO story of 2009, as it represents the closing of an important official window for the public reports on the record of UFO and ET-related activity in the U.K.  The cover story – that the approximately $70,000 saved are being spent in Barack Obama’s Afghan war – is implausible.

There are alternative theories as to why the UFO desk may have been shut down at this crucial juncture in the official “disclosure” process.

One theory holds that “the MOD announcement to close its UFO office represents the efforts of a minimalist disclosure faction within official circles, seeking to counter a more maximalist pro-disclosure faction working through the Obama administration and the U.N. to reveal the truth about intelligent extraterrestrial life associated with the UFO phenomenon. A compromise between the minimalist and maximalist disclosure factions, given the MOD decision, would ensure that any impending official announcement of extraterrestrial life would be minimal in scope. Such an announcement would likely be firmly framed as a scientific discussion over proof of primitive extraterrestrial life forms ‘recently discovered’ by NASA or other national space agencies. While such a minimalist announcement will be a disappointment to many in the UFO movement, it will open the door to further scientific debate over the implications of extraterrestrial life. This will legitimize emerging scientific disciplines such as astrobiology/exobiology, and exopolitics/astropolitics whereby the truth eventually emerges about extraterrestrial life.”

An alternative theory has to do with the true nature of “official ET disclosure.”  The closing of the U.K. official MOD UFO desk may be a deliberate shutting down of any official avenue that is not a controlled channel of a official “openness” policy agreed upon at the UN meetings which started in February 2008, and in which the U.K.’s new spy chief and head of MI6, Sir John Sawers, reportedly participated.  

If “official ET disclosure” is to be scripted and to involve specific civilizations, then the existence of an official channel open to public UFO reports such as the U.K. MOD UFO desk might prove an embarrassment.  Public reports of UFO and extraterrestrial encounters might continue to pour in after official “disclosure” which would be contrary to the parameters of official disclosure.

#4 – Norway light spiral/Moscow pyramid and Obama Nobel Prize connection?

This story may in reality be a component of the #1 ET/UFO story, Barack Obama’s non-disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence. U.S. President Barack Obama is once again the perceived fulcrum of multi-dimensional meaning in this convergence of events that occurred around Obama’s Nobel Prize speech in Oslo, Norway on Dec. 10, 2009.  Several different domains of perception claim the story as their own.  

Conventional scientific analysts claim that a failed Russian “missile was most likely yet another failed test launch of a Bulava missile from the Typhoon submarine ‘Dmitri Donskoy’ in the White Sea area” on the night of Dec. 9, 2009, causing the spiral lights over Tromso Norway.  

Public interest researchers claim that the Norway spiral lights were in fact caused by a nearby HAARP facility HAARP turns the earth’s ionosphere into a space-based electromagnetic weapons system, and this analysis claims the plasma light configuration was part of a psyops known as Project Blue Beam for mass psychological conditioning of a political new world order. Alternative theories involved CERN or the opening of a wormhole phenomenon.

Exopolitical analysts (as well as inter-dimensional channelers) claim that extraterrestrial civilizations caused the Dec. 9, 2009 malfunction of the Russian rocket over Norway, as well as a Dec. 9, 2009 mile-wide pyramid UFO over the Kremlin in Red Square, Moscow (the site of Russian executive power) on the eve of Barack Obama’s Nobel Prize speech as a context communication to Russian political and military authorities to cease development of nuclear weapons and intercontinental missiles. 

Whatever the ultimate cause – coincidence, synchronistic, extraterrestrial, interdimensional - of this convergence, the outcome seems to be a positive increase in awareness along many dimensions – nuclear abolition, extraterrestrial presence, interdimensional reality, shadow government’s use of the HAARP space-based weapon of mass destruction.

This story does seem to be drive disclosure forward.  If the extraterrestrial, inter-dimensional forces were the prime movers, then this story fulfills premonitions of a large-scale disclosure event happening in 2009.  The story emphasizes the positive role of extraterrestrial and inter-dimensional forces in preventing nuclear war.

If the prime causes of the Norway light and Kremlin UFO pyramid were HAARP (or CERN) and Project Blue Beam-type psychological warfare artifacts, there is a positive side as well.  Public interest analysts have exposed this throughout the Internet and alternative media, and increasing numbers of the population are aware of these psyops-type plans.

#3 - Denver ET ballot initiative places next step in extraterrestrial disclosure on August 2010 vote

This story is the sleeper of 2009 and 2010.  It has the potential of creating legal status for the extraterrestrial presence, albeit under Colorado municipal law.  That is a result that national governments the interests behind the extraterrestrial embargo have sought to avoid for decades.

Using the initiative power, Denver exopolitical activist Jeff Peckman and 10,000 residents of Denver who signed petitions have created an August 2010 municipal election where the citizens of Denver, Colo. will go to the voting booths and do something that no other earthly civilization in mainstream recorded history has done – vote on establishing an official commission to “create a responsible, responsive, common sense strategy for dealing with issues related to the presence of extraterrestrial intelligent beings on Earth.” 

Reached for comment by this reporter, Eric M. Brown, communications director for Denver’s Mayor John W. Hickenlooper, honored the extraterrestrial issue by stating “We respect the process we have for citizens to put initiatives on the ballot and let voters decide whether to approve them.”

What is dynamic about the Denver ET initiative is that it relies on a mechanism of democratic participation – initiative and elections.  Conversely, given an apathetic U.S. electorate, the ET initiative will be challenging one.   Jeff Peckman writes in a powerful Dec. 31, 2009 Open Letter to Barack Obama, “We, the People, welcome change and openness; for we believe that freedom and security go together, that the acknowledgement of our extraterrestrial brothers and sisters can only strengthen the cause of world peace. There is one sign the United States government can make that would be unmistakable, that would advance dramatically the cause of freedom and peace. President Obama, if you seek peace, if you seek prosperity for the United States and the world, if you seek truth, come here to this historic opportunity. Mr. President, open the files on UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors. Mr. President, ‘tear down this wall’ of UFO secrecy.”

Our present estimate is that the voters may well approve the Denver ET initiative, though August 2010 is a long time in the political future.

#2 – Time travel and teleportation are confirmed by independent whistleblowers

2009 marks that year that independent whistleblowers came forward to confirm the reality of two technologies that will transform the future of our reality on Earth – time travel and teleportation.

One factor that distinguishes this story from the #1 2009 ET/UFO story is that it is driven by citizen whistleblowers who are, with great personal sacrifice and jeopardy, making public knowledge and information to which they are privy, but which the national security state continues to withhold contrary to the public interest.

Teleportation and time travel seem to involve similar, Tesla-based quantum access technologies that will be crucial in achieving planetary sustainability in our future.

One fascinating dynamic in these revelations is the promise of more revelations to come in 2010 and succeeding years, as predicted by the Web-Bot’s ALTA reports.  

A Sept. 15, 2009 report derived from the Web Bot predicted that a “planetary whistleblower” would emerge from the current period of U.S. financial collapse.  Clif High, the genius behind the Web Bot, determined that the individual was “very likely” Mr. Andrew D. Basiago, a lawyer from Washington State who is leading a truth campaign to establish that the U.S. defense community achieved teleportation in the late 1960s.  The report also stated that Mr. Basiago’s crusade would spark a movement, as other whistle-blowers shared with the public previously secret information.

In fulfillment of the scenario predicted by the Web Bot, both Mr. Basiago and Dr. David L. Anderson are whistleblowers who have emerged during the latter months of 2009 to affirm secret time travel advancements by the U.S. government and private industry that may articulate a way out of the current depression via investment in a 21st century infrastructure that would include teleportation and other new energy applications.

Teleportation

The initial 2009 revelations concerning U.S. government teleportation involved its use in  extraterrestrial-related  projects. According to the Examiner.com article breaking the story, “Two whistleblowers, both formerly involved in secret research and development projects undertaken by U.S. defense agencies, have independently verified their secret teleportation to U.S. bases on Mars, and to meeting intelligent Martian extraterrestrial life....

“One of the whistleblowers, Arthur Neumann, who until recently referred to himself as Henry Deacon, was formerly associated with a U.S. government agency.   On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in Barcelona, Mr. Neumann publicly stated, ‘There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I have been there.’   The following day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot documentary interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a base on Mars and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities under the surface of Mars.“

The other whistleblower, lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, is a former child participant in a secret time travel project launched by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).  In a six-hour interview released August 31, 2009, Mr. Basiago relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus during the period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to past and future events that he took via teleportation and chronovision during the early days of time-space exploration by the US government.

“‘He [Mr. Basiago] confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars for decades and recounts the awe-inspiring and terrifying trips that he took to Mars in 1981 after he was tapped to go there because he had teleported as a child participant in Project Pegasus.’”  

Time Travel

On August 31, 2009, in a six-hour interview by Jessica Schab that has become a YouTube classic, Mr. Basiago disclosed the existence of a secret US time travel program called Project Pegasus. In the interview, Basiago states that the US government’s “quantum access” capability was so advanced 40 years ago that in 1971, he was asked to read a copy of his paper The Discovery of Life on Mars that had been retrieved from the future, so that when he wrote it, in 2008, it would contain as much data about Mars as possible. This interview, in which Mr. Basiago explains the connections between his childhood involvement in Project Pegasus and later Mars findings, can be viewed here.

Project Pegasus was a classified, defense-related research and development program launched by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in the late 1960’s.  In the You Tube interview with Ms. Schab, Mr. Basiago “relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus during the period 1969 to 1972, and describes probes to past and future events that he took via teleportation and chronovision during the early days of time-space exploration by the US government.”

According to Mr. Basiago, the US government already had a fully operational teleportation capability in 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was actively training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of “chrononauts” or time-space explorers.
This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt.  Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA.  The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny pertaining to publicly establishing the fact that Mars is an inhabited planet and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience its conditions first-hand.

Mr. Basiago’s involvement in advanced US time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a career CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to Project Pegasus. Remote sensing in the time-space continuum.  Mr. Basiago has revealed that between 1969 and 1972, as a child participant in Project Pegasus, he both viewed past and future events through a device known as a chronovisor and teleported back and forth across the country in vortal tunnels opened in time-space via Tesla-based teleporters located at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility in Wood Ridge, NJ and the Sandia National Laboratory in Sandia, NM. 

DARPA had, he explains, five reasons for involving American school children in such new, dangerous, and experimental activities.  First, the Department of Defense wanted to test the mental and physical effects of teleportation on children.  Second, Project Pegasus needed to use children because the holograms created by the chronovisors would collapse when adults stood within them.  Third, the children were tabula rasa and would tend to see things during the time probes that adults would tend to miss.  Fourth, the children were trainees who upon growing up would serve in a covert time-space program under DARPA that would operate in tandem with the overt space program under NASA.  Lastly, the program sponsors found that after moving between time lines, adult time travelers were often becoming insane, and it was hoped that by working with gifted and talented children from childhood, the US government might create an adult cadre of “chrononauts” capable of dealing with the psychological effects of time travel.

In one time probe to the future undertaken by Project Pegasus from a chronovisor device located at ITT Defense Communications in Nutley, NJ, Mr. Basiago viewed the US Supreme Court building in Washington, DC as it would be in the year 2013.  During this probe, he found that the Supreme Court building was under 100 feet of stagnant water and reported this to the Lieutenant Commander from the Office of Naval Intelligence who debriefed him after the probe to the future was completed.  He hastens to add that because the chronovisors did not identify absolute, deterministic futures but rather alternate futures in the “multi-verse,” this catastrophic vision of Washington, DC might be from an alternative time line that does not materialize on our time line. In contrast to the chronovisor probes, in which a form of virtual time travel was achieved, the teleporters developed by Project Pegasus allowed for physical teleportation to distant locations, sometimes with an adjustment forward or backward in time of days, weeks, months, or years. 

According to Mr. Basiago, by 1972, the US government was using “quantum displacement” of this kind to both send people forward in time several years to store sensitive military secrets in the future and backward in time several years to provide the government current intelligence about future events. Societal impact of chronovision and teleportation. Andrew D. Basiago’s Pegasus revelations establish that a secret, advanced US time-space program emerged 40 years ago.  For four decades, this program has used esoteric technologies involving chronovision and teleportation to perform “remote sensing in time” of past and future events.  For the past three decades, teleportation has also been used to send individuals from Earth to strategic US bases on Mars.  He is adamant that these technologies be revealed so that their positive and negative aspects can be debated and their positive aspects used to advantage humanity.

Chronovision, he said, could be used to create an international network of virtual museums in which images from the past would be shown to enlighten and educate the public.  Misapplied, such technology could also be used to create a Fascist society based on 24-hour surveillance of individuals by government, which may have been portended by the DARPA project called “Total Information Awareness” that President George W. Bush established and placed under Admiral John Poindexter. 

Teleportation is a second quantum access technology developed with public funds that the public is being denied the full benefits of.  Teleportation could be used, Basiago said, to move people and goods more quickly and efficiently around the globe, without the pollution caused by planes, trains, and automobiles or the negative land use effects from airports, railroad tracks, and highways.  Yet, if it is not declassified, teleportation will remain what it has been for 40 years, that is, a weapon for use only by the US military, to have the option to put troops precisely where they are needed on battlefields.

In December 2009, a second time travel whistle-blower in addition to Andrew D. Basiago emerged to confirm the existence of U.S. government development of time travel technology and emphasize the importance of the real-world application of such technology for achieving planetary sustainability. Dr. David Lewis Anderson, director of the Anderson Institute, emerged publicly in a two-hour interview on December 23, 2009 to give an extensive account of his time control research for the U.S. Air Force, which he later continued at his Time Travel Research Institute and other organizations.  Dr. Lewis’ public revelations regarding time travel follow disclosures made in August and November by Andrew D. Basiago in interviews concerning his experiences in time travel experiments undertaken by DARPA’s Project Pegasus in the early 1970s.

Both whistleblowers – Andrew D. Basiago and Dr. David L. Anderson – independently emphasize the connection between creating a positive human future and public disclosure of the time travel and time control capabilities that they say the U.S. government has developed but kept secret, thereby depriving the world of the potential life-advantaging benefits of technologies that manipulate the quantum environment. Mr. Basiago stated that teleportation could be used to move people and goods more efficiently around the globe, without the pollution caused by planes, trains, and automobiles or the negative effects upon land use of airports, railroads, and highways. Dr. Anderson stated that time control technology will solve the global energy crisis, with diverse applications in both new energy production and medical research.  In support of Mr. Basiago’s call for disclosure by the U.S. government of its time travel technologies, Dr. Anderson stated that “these new developments need to be made public.”

#1 - Barack Obama not disclosing extraterrestrial presence is top ET/UFO story of 2009

Is this the mother of all exopolitics stories of 2009?   The gist of this story is that official state extraterrestrial disclosure by the U.S. commander in chief did not take place in 2009, despite numerous pressures within his own administration and military-establishment to disclose.  

We need first to evaluate the roots of the story.  We also need to evaluate the implications of the story, from the revelations to date.

The current phase of “official state disclosure” began with a series of high profile public UFO sightings such as the January 8, 2008 Stephensville, TX overflight of a 524 foot wide UFO which went on to overfly the Crawford, TX White House unopposed by U.S. military air craft, despite that being restricted airspace and there being over numerous U.S. military bases in nearby area.  The FAA later released a radar report with over 2 million radar returns on the mysterious UFO craft.  

It is still unknown what the provenance of this UFO craft is, whether it is extraterrestrial in origin, if extraterrestrial whether it is a “cooperating” civilization like the Reptilians or the Greys, or whether it is a black budget U.S. military space craft.

Following this spate of prominent UFO sightings, a report surfaced of a series of secret meetings starting February 12, 2008 at the United Nations with leading U.N. officials and delegates who were being briefed by U.S. military officials regarding the extraterrestrial presence.   A summary of the secret UN briefings reported that the participating nations adopted a new policy of “openness” to public knowledge of the extraterrestrial presence, provided the extraterrestrials did not engage in overt aggressive behavior.  

A U.S. Naval intelligence officer identified as Source A came forth to confirm details of the secret U.N. meetings, which were said to be carried out on behalf of elements within the U.S. intelligence community who were concerned by the increased power of international corporate elements over extraterrestrial relations, and the marginalization of the constitutional governments regarding extraterrestrial affairs.

In late 2009, it was reported that, “Independent sources have claimed an on-going set of face-to-face meetings between U.S. military officials and extraterrestrial life. The sources reveal that senior U.S. Navy officers have played a leading role in an inter-services working group responsible for the meetings, and that different extraterrestrial groups are allegedly involved. One source claims that the contact involves extraterrestrial groups known as Reptilians, and a silicon based life form dubbed ‘the Conformers’. Another source claims that the extraterrestrials are called Ebens from the Zeta Reticuli star system, but known colloquially as the Grays. A third source claims that human looking extraterrestrials representing an association of star nations are liaising with military officials.”

The report continues, “One source claiming to have participated in face-to-face meetings is a serving U.S. Navy officer that in February 2008 revealed the existence of a confidential set of meetings at the UN where UFOs and extraterrestrial life were discussed. Known as Source A, the Navy officer claims that he was sanctioned by a working group comprising a number of admirals to disclose the UN talks without revealing his identity. In June 2008, Source A claims he was assigned to another project that involved direct meetings with two groups of extraterrestrials in a covert project where he was sanctioned to board their spacecraft on three different occasions. One group is a Reptilian looking species, and another is a silicon based life form he dubbed the ‘Conformers’.”  

The “Controllers”

Below is an extract from one of the first summaries released through Source A from the Tuesday February 12 2008 secret meeting at the U.N.  In the summary by Source A, it appears that the “Controllers” – an extraterrestrial civilization – were a central part of the secret U.N. briefing on the disclosure process.   Whether or not there is any relations between the extraterrestrial civilization Source A calls the “Controllers” and the extraterrestrial civilization he calls the “Conformers” is unknown, but the closeness of the terminology is interesting in itself, even if only a coincidence.

“9) Source [A] said the 2013 date of official contact is wrong. That is the date when things heat up. The real date of contact is 2017. It is on this date when very large craft will appear above cities and sit. There will be NO use of force; they will just sit there. Source stated the "Independence Day" film was close, but their ships are not that big and, again, no use of force will occur. Our source cannot reveal his source for the 2017 date. His source is very high up in the government/military/intelligence structure.

“10) Source [A] stated that it is our choice how we embrace this contact.

“11) The ET's who will arrive on 2017 are referred to as ‘The Controllers.’ They are a ‘galactic federation’ type group; however, ‘galactic federation’ is not the real name for their group--it is hypothetical name used as a reference.

“12) The controllers have a keen sense of freedom and free will. They will not intervene and help humanity if humanity does not show them we want their help. If some entropic event happens (nuclear war), the controllers will not make contact. "This is something they will not tolerate," our source stated.

“13) The controllers will not give us technology to expand our ability to feed ourselves if we do not recognize the necessity to stabilize our population growth. They don't want our planet's population to double because of a technological innovation seeded by them. Our source used India as an example, ‘India has over 1 billion people. It is clearly a country out of balance in terms of its population size.’”

The Reptilian-looking species

Source A recently confirms he has participated in face-to-face meetings with a “Reptilian-looking species” as part of a covert military-intelligence project where he boarded their spacecraft.  

We are left guessing as to the exopolitical identity, origin, and agenda of that species.  Are they a species that has a pre-existing secret treaty with the U.S. government?  

ET contactee Jim Sparks speaks about his 18+ year experience with Greys and Reptilians who are under contract with the U.S. military.  In the course of his role as a “keeper” or leader of human abductees during abductions by the Greys, Jim Sparks relates episodes where the Greys teleport him to abduction-related facilities on a U.S. military base.  Jim Sparks also states he met with Reptilians and Greys who informed him they had secret treaties with the U.S. government, which were not honored by the U.S.  The Reptilians and Greys state the U.S. misused technology which was meant for the protection of the earth’s environment and instead applied it to weapons systems.

If the Reptilian species that Source A met with are exopolitically aligned with the Reptilian species that Jim Sparks worked with, then some problematic questions arise regarding the U.S. military and the Obama administration’s extraterrestrial diplomacy and disclosure strategy.

Is the Obama administration’s covert ET diplomacy and disclosure strategy in the best interests of the American and human population?

Whether or not the U.S. government as a whole (including Obama and U.S. military-intelliegence) is conducting diplomacy and disclosure strategy in the public interest is a legitimate public policy question.  Barack Obama is the commander in chief of the U.S. military-intelligence establishment and he is constitutionally responsible for all U.S. government covert operations including covert operations with the “Reptilian” and “Controller” extraterrestrials.

If the headline of a Barack Obama disclosure speech is: “We are liaising with the same Reptilian and Grey extraterrestrials with whom we had secret agreements for decades,” that is a speech that opens the issue of potential liability by the U.S. government for acts committed both by the government and by the extraterrestrials during the period of these secret agreements.

Moreover, the scenario painted by Source A for a 2017 “Independence Day” mass sighting over cities by the “Controllers” appears to set humanity up for failure.

If the "Controllers" will only appear if humanity shows them it wants to, and if U.S. military-intelligence cannot (or will not) persuade Obama in the Oval Office to go public or go public with its information in an authoritative way, then how is humanity going to ever demonstrate that it wants the “Controllers” to make their presence known.

And who is to say that the whole "Controllers" scenario is not some elaborate intelligence psypos by a U.S. military-intelligence whose expertise is psychological operations?

Humanity’s Rights vs. Extraterrestrials’ Rights

There is something disturbing about the scenario unfolding behind Obama official state extraterrestrial disclosure, as disclosed by Source A and other sources connected to the Obama administration and U.S. government.

As an initial warning sign, the Source A scenario seems to ignore the independent, citizen whistleblower testimony that the U.S. has bases on Mars, and has carried out a strategic relationship with an intelligent civilization living under the surface of Mars for at least 40 years.

Why disclose covert relationships with exotic species like the Reptilians, Greys and the “Conformers” when the U.S. has an ongoing relationship with a human, Martian civilization much like our own, on our nearest planet?

Is Mars not the place to start with honest, straight-forward disclosure?

Secondly, There is documentation of secret agreements between the U.S. government with the Grey and Reptilian civilizations.

Why should we trust the covert diplomacy of U.S. Naval intelligence and other military-intelligence sources with Reptilians, Greys, and Conformers to safeguard human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?

There is no constitutional, transparent mechanism for public, democratic input and for adherence to democratic, universal values in these secret U.S. military-intelligence negotiations with extraterrestrial civilizations that may have an historical record of disregard of human rights.

Any official state disclosure by Barack Obama resulting from secret negotiations with Reptilian, Grey, or Conformer civilizations are likely fraught with peril for the future of human rights and civil rights on this planet.

Recent human political history has been driven a by a series of False Flag operations in which military-intelligence, and national and international governmental authorities, organizations, and elites have either participated, or have implemented the cover-up, or the ensuing loss of civil and human rights.  This trend was started by the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963, and supremely accelerated by the False Flag operation by U.S. military intelligence  of September 11, 2001, which Barack Obama uses publicly as his justification for expansive war.

Is the top ET/UFO story of 2009 – non-disclosure of an extraterrestrial presence of Reptilians, Greys and Conformers – a continuation of such a series of False Flag operations and psyops, carried out with the aid of cooperating Reptilians, Greys, and "Conformers"?
