On his first full day as President, Barack Obama issued two Executive Orders and three Presidential Memorandum that will start an era of transparent and Open Government. The White House Office of the Press Secretary released a statement outlining the sweeping changes to be implemented by the Obama administration. In his Presidential Memorandum on Transparency and Open Government, and the Presidential Memorandum on the Freedom of Information Act, President Obama instructed
... all members of his administration to operate under principles of openness, transparency and of engaging citizens with their government. To implement these principles and make them concrete, the Memorandum on Transparency instructs three senior officials to produce an Open Government Directive within 120 days directing specific actions to implement the principles in the Memorandum. And the Memorandum on FOIA instructs the Attorney General to in that same time period issue new guidelines to the government implementing those same principles of openness and transparency in the FOIA context.
President Obama emphasized that his Administration “is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government.” He furthermore said in a press conference announcing his Memoranda:
For a long time now, there's been too much secrecy in this city. The old rules said that if there was a defensible argument for not disclosing something to the American people, then it should not be disclosed. That era is now over. Starting today, every agency and department should know that this administration stands on the side not of those who seek to withhold information but those who seek to make it known.
Obama’s bold initiative for Open Government reflects the influence of the Co-Chair of his Presidential transition team, John Podesta. Podesta has long been an outspoken advocate of Open Government. On September 16, 2008, he gave a speech before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution titled “Too Much Secrecy Puts Our Nation at Risk.”
Along with Leon Panetta, the new Director of the CIA, Podesta helped craft the Clinton Administration’s efforts to implement greater government openness through the passage of Executive Order 12958. Passed on April 17 1995, EO 12958 made it easier to declassify national security information that had been unnecessarily classified for decades. The Bush administration later neutralized key sections of EO 12958 thereby making it harder to declassify documents.
Less well known is that in October 22, 2002, Podesta petitioned for the release of UFO files that had been unnecessarily classified. He said: "I think it's time to open the books on questions that have remained in the dark on the question of government investigations of UFOs.”

President Obama has decided to act quickly and decisively in instructing all adminstration officials to take action to implement principles of Open Government and Transparency. In the case of classified X-Files dealing with evidence of UFOs and extraterrestrial life, Obama’s Memoranda will make it easier for the release of such files in cases where national security is not compromised. The consequences of the release of X-Files of different government agencies and military departments will be momentous if they confirm that extraterrestrial life is visiting Earth.

It is about time! We have been paying the salaries of the CIA and the secret agencies who are privy to information regarding UFOs. They do not want to disclose their findings to the American public. It dosen't matter to me if they disclose or not. I met a "grey" and it was not from this planet. The flying saucer performed like nothing on earth. It would be interesting to see what else they have covered up.
What is needed now is for us to more adequately develop the analysis and critique of alien-related subjects, i.e. the legal and non-legal framework, the bureaucratic precedents (Rockefeller's mafia move back in 1953), and the nature of any obstacles to a good, HONEST opening. While Bush-Rockefeller mafia cohorts are in repose, they will try to rely on corruption, and, more than any other factor, a climate of intimidation that exists precisely because those secret instrument are illegal--and we all know they're illegal, which poses subliminal threat.
More importantly, we need to actively and deeply open up our discussion, preparations, and (acceptable) contacts with aliens who aren't in any way connected with the gray alignment, which is THE obstacle to contacts with our real, native neighbors. In other words, we need to sort out and further develop our contacts with our native neighbors so that the alien part of this entire opening can proceed according to the prevailing standard.
The gray alignment's fear-mongering, manipulated assaults on human society, and their horrendous history of planet kills (and reliance on mind control, implantation and stifling of dissent) is not the kind of contact we need. Humankind is not eager to be colonized by deeply repressed aliens. The gray alignment tries to reduce terms of our discussion to low-order obeseance and herded non-competency (abductions, infliction of pain and trauma, implants, fear-mongering and other manipulations, etc.)
There are trillions of our galaxy neighbors out there, but we need to rise to the occasion. You'll notice, as you do so, that gray alignment hacks try to fill in all gaps in thought, then try to intimidate and confound clear-headed attempts of the sort---all of it part of their offensive hustle. It's a scam. Look to the Virgo supercluster, which is our community, which sets a higher standard. The gray alignment is an aberration led by so-called Verdants, a backward sexual population (and their antescedants) who, rather than acclimate to the more urbane and more humble yet more complex and multiply-involved Virgo supercluster standard, instead seeks to take predatory advantage of various new populations and makes confused stabs out into the empty space there, on the far, dark edge of Virgo. It's a backward, isolationist policy---I'm about to release a report about possibly first-ever explicit comments by competing aliens (very advanced and said they are from Virgo) on the subject (they identified themselves, as such in this case). They noted that the larger gray alignment, far out on a fringe of Virgo, may have been left out due to the exigencies of their circumstance.
That aside, our neighbors in this galaxy aren't aggressively manipulating and abducting here, nor are they trying to occupy our surroundings like horny pigeons seeking opportunity. The fact that they aren't doing so, they aren't trying to scam us in order to lay claim to material resources, is yet another reason to brush the gray alignment aside and develop contacts with our higher standard neighbors. Try shutting out gray alignment noise---only then will you discern our neighbors. Imagine the horror of the Framers if they were to see our planet being victimized by an alien colonizer.
Ever hear a gray or a so-called Pleiadian explain their history (adequately) or critique their alignment? Probably not. But many have heard our neighbors critique them. UFOS can disguise themselves as clouds. I have seen this recently in Denver,directly over where I live. It looked like a side ways saucer with a bright yellow middle along the entire length of it except the edges. It was less than 200 ft. away. The rest looked just like a white cloud but moving on its own power fairly fast. It went into a cloud that was flashing due to lightning. I saw it for about 2 seconds. PRG Thank You
Over the past few months PRG has received a large number of emails, letters and phone calls - much more than usual - thanking PRG for the work it is doing and spurring it to proceed apace with the disclosure process. This kind of moral support is greatly appreciated and mitigates the difficulties of the advocacy work. For any who might not have gotten a thank you directly, please know your unqualified endorsement of PRG's efforts is most helpful.
PRG's Dilemma
For some time now PRG has been receiving an amount of email, letters, DVDs, books, requests for assistance, requests for involvement, etc. well beyond its capability to respond in a timely fashion - or at all. While frustrating and awkward, it is a good thing. It reflects the accelerating pace of disclosure and the growing excitement many are feeling about unfolding events. If you have not gotten a response to your query, it is not that your email got deleted or your letter lost in the ether. It is simply that PRG is overwhelmed. At this critical time it is essential to keep the focus on the goal - Disclosure - and keep all projects active. The pressure on the government to change the Truth Embargo policy must not let up. Eventually all correspondence and submissions will receive a response from PRG. Apologies in advance if that response is late or moot.
A PRG Special Comment
On a personal note: in the past I have noted that the end of the pre-Disclosure world would be intense and difficult for the "UFO community." There is an enormous amount of emotional energy which has accumulated over the six decades of the truth embargo. Thousands of UFO/ET researchers, activists and media have invested a great portion of their lives at considerable sacrifice (in many cases) to pursue the hidden truths and speak truth to power. With the finish line in sight this emotion is going to manifest in a myriad of ways - some good, some bad.
Old guard researchers are very concerned their work will not be properly recognized. They are suspicious their considerable efforts will be eclipsed by newer entrants into the field - particularly the activists and proponents of the exopolitical perspective. Personal and professional differences are going to intensify and break out in the open (if not already there). Anger, paranoia, envy, regret, contempt and every other human emotion will manifest. While in theory it doesn't have to be this way, the reality is the Disclosure shot heard round the world will set off a sort of "Oklahoma Land Rush" with thousands of "Conestoga Wagons" racing into the post-Disclosure world. Wheels will be flying off, wagons will overturn, some will be run over in the chaos, and perhaps much worse will transpire.
The simple truth? There is little that can be done about this. The magnitude of the issue, the unprecedented power of the event, the potential impact on everyone's life well transcend any desire for a particular outcome or hope for an orderly and convivial process.
However, there is no obstacle to at least anticipating the likelihood of this difficult transition and reflecting on how one might respond. There is potential for some degree of mitigation in that. With that in mind, allow me to state clearly PRG's intentions, which are the same today as they were 13 years ago.
1) actively support the past work of researchers and activists and make every effort to ensure that work is recognized by the mainstream media and mainstream science in the post-Disclosure period.
2) aggressively address efforts by previous skeptic/debunkers to recast themselves as the "true leading experts" on the phenomena they once derided and diminished.
3) aggressively address efforts by previously dismissive academics to shove into the background the work of those they would not dare touch and attempt to coopt the field by virtue of their "credentials" as member of an academic community which committed the most spectacular intellectual failure in history.
4) pressure the government to not only acknowledge the citizen/science effort but reward those specific individuals who pursued the truth the government denied by whatever manner of compensation and award possible and appropriate, including direct involvement in the post-Disclosure research, public education and policy making. And by pressure, what is meant here is the same public awareness efforts which helped bring the truth embargo itself to an end.
Without such appropriate rewards of acknowledgement and participation a message would be sent into the future that challenging the state is not worth the effort. And the next time the state misrepresents the very nature of the world to its citizens, no one will step up to demand otherwise.
However we behave, one thing is irrefutable. Everyone will cross the paradigm line together. It is not optional At that instance all will be in alignment, all will be at the starting line of a new world. Perhaps many will take the best of their nature forward and leave the worst behind. It would be as good a time as any for some of that.
