A newly released video from the 2009 X-Conference describes the first 100 days of a behind the scenes effort by members of the Obama administration to disclose information concerning extraterrestrial life and technology. Starting with his first presidential memos and executive order on January 21, 2009, President Obama has issued a series of administration actions designed to declassify national security information. This free online video reveals how the Obama administration is conducting a behind the scenes exopolitical chess match over the extent and pace of disclosing information concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
In favor of disclosure are former Clinton era officials who have first hand knowledge of President Clinton’s failure to declassify national security files concerning UFOs. Opposed to Clinton’s disclosure initiative was a secretly appointed ‘control group’ of public and corporate officials who decided “need to know” access to UFO files. Not only were prominent members of the Clinton administration denied access, but also senior officials in the U.S. Navy. The video of my 2009 X-Conference presentation describes this behind the scenes alliance between members of the former Clinton administration and a covert U.S. Navy working group to promote UFO disclosure under the new Obama administration. They have been aided by George Soros and the Open Society Institute which provided intellectual resources and finances to create the Center for American Progress where a UFO disclosure strategy would be secretly developed under the leadership of John Podesta. Podesta's role as an advocate of UFO disclosure and as co-chair of Obama's transition tream was discussed at length.
The video describes how and why President Obama chose to align himself with a pro-disclosure alliance. There has been, however, a determined fight back by the secret control group which is aligned with corporations that are not in favor of UFO disclosure. Among the most prominent members of this control group is Richard Cheney who has a led a very public campaign to prevent any investigation into abuses by the Bush administration. What is not well known is that Cheney was among those given “need to know” access to UFO information. Cheney has been a powerful force in preventing UFO disclosure as I revealed in an earlier article.
The passage of Obama’s first 100 days in office marks a critical period in the secret effort to disclose information on extraterrestrial life and technology. If UFO disclosure is to occur during the first term of the Obama administration, then it will be due to the exopolitical policy framework laid out in a series of Presidential actions taken in the first 100 days. Obama appears, however, to be vacillating in following through on actions to implement key principles of Open Government and Transparency. He recently back tracked on a decision not to oppose an independent investigation into Bush administration abuses. He has also still to make key appointments that will greatly impact on UFO disclosure such as NASA administrator. The full story of the Obama administration’s first 100 day disclosure initiative is now available for free online. It presents a unique opportunity to share with others the truth of secret U.S. policies on extraterrestrial life and technology, and how different presidential administrations have tried to overcome the decades long secrecy system.

If Obama truly wants to be the "disclosure president", then he needs to take that enormous risk only after setting out a plan to counter the inevitable resistance he will encounter. He needs to get his facts straight through discussions with the top UFO researchers in the world, and he MUST equate UFO Disclosure with the energy situation and the efforts of those like Steven Greer.
Then he must understand his own personal safely and the need to protect himself. The longer he vascillates and equivocates, the more time those who oppose Disclosure will have to construct counter measures.
Ultimately, he has to decide whether to jump in on his own, or meakly slink away under the same pressure his predecessors have.
Based on what I've seen so far, I'm betting he slinks away.
Always great stuff!!

when is presidnt obama going to releast the ufo files
Obama appears to have forgotten about it then in my opinion because there hasn't been the slightest hint nor is there one now that he's even thinking about disclosing this information. He's dealing with 400 different issues- I doubt the UFO issue is one he's weighing heavily on...Unless he just simply has no way of getting that info out...
I agree Bill Cain.
Still waiting....
