New Attorney General faces UFO diplomacy dilemma

Eric Holder at Senate Judiciary Committee. AP Photo.

Eric Holder is very likely to be confirmed on Monday as Attorney General by the full U.S. Senate after yesterday gaining approval by the Senate Judiciary Committee by a 17-2 vote. He will be the first African American to head the Department of Justice in U.S. history. Holder will be the top legal official responsible for dealing with a variety of complex legal issues that confront the Obama administration. He will have to hit the ground running when he starts his new job due to a highly unusual request from the Mayor of London. On January 26, Mayor Boris Johnson publicly requested President Obama drop all charges by the Department of Justice against a British computer hacker seeking UFO files.

In 2002, Gary McKinnon was charged by the U.S. Department of Justice for hacking into a series of computers in the Pentagon, NASA, and other sensitive military locations. McKinnon claimed he was seeking information on UFOs and says he found files dealing with “non-terrestrial officers” and “fleet-to-fleet transfers” involving ships not on any U.S. Navy registry. Not impressed by McKinnon's internet snooping for UFOs or alleged discoveries of classified information concerning non-terrestrial affairs, the U.S. Department of Justice began extradition proceedings. After a series of unsuccessful legal appeals McKinnon stands on the verge of being extradited to the U.S.

During his seven year battle against extradition, McKinnon gained increasing public sympathy in Britain. Mayor Boris Johnson wrote on behalf of his infamous London constituent in a manner that must have seemed manna from Heaven for the increasingly anxious McKinnon. Mayor Johnson demonstrated his intent clearly enough with his article’s title: “Gary McKinnon believes in little green men – but it doesn't make him a terrorist.”

After first congratulating President Obama on his stunning inauguration ceremony and overturning a number of diplomatic faux pas of the Bush administration policies, Johnson went on to describe the charges against McKinnon as “one more thing in his diplomatic in-tray.”  In colorful terms, Johnson described the charges as a form of dementia orchestrated from neo-conservatives embedded in the Department of Justice:

There is one last piece of neocon lunacy that needs to be addressed, and Mr Obama could sort it out at the stroke of a pen. In a legal nightmare that has lasted seven years, and cost untold millions to taxpayers both here and in America, the US Justice Department is persisting in its demented quest to extradite 43-year-old Londoner, Gary McKinnon.

Johnson’s main rationale is that many believe that what McKinnon did was understandable enough given the common belief of a U.S. conspiracy to hide the truth about UFOs.

Mr McKinnon believes in UFOs, and he is one of the large number of people who think that there is a gigantic conspiracy to conceal their existence from the rest of us, and that this conspiracy is organised by the US government.

In resolving the diplomatic dilemma confronting the Justice Department over the McKinnon case, Attorney General Holder might be advised to consult with fellow cabinet member, Hillary Clinton over at the Department of State. Holder will soon discover that the idea of a conspiracy to withhold the truth about UFOs is not just a bizarre belief held by many on the other side of the Atlantic. While McKinnon is prepared to plead guilty to escape extradition, many on both sides of the Atlantic have great sympathy for his hacking efforts to uncover the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

If they charge Gary McKinnon that is confirmation he did access the UFO files. If they drop the charges then its back to NS, then they are hiding public information.

UFO's, Crop Circles and FREE ENERGY are things the Government does not currently want us to know anything about because it will mean a QUANTUM shift in how we live. It would probably mean OIL COMPANIES AND THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX would hve to be shut down in favour of PEACE.

Frankly, as a person interested in UFOs, I'd like to see McKinnon extradited. It would give him U.S. defense attorneys who would have the right to subpeona NASA officials and require them to testify under oath. McKinnon would find he has friends here in the U.S. Perhaps the new Attorney General would agree to dropping the most serious charges and just charge McKinnon with a misdemeanor charge.

Would be nice if the endorsement for relief were from the Queen of England. He's been through 7 years of hell fighting this. Certainly enough of a deterrant warning to other psychics to leave it alone.Wonder if we'll be arrested for remote viewing and the dreams going into "restricted" areas.I am sure he's figured out the knowledge he gleaned wasn't worth what he's been through even worrying on Gauntanimo. It's obvious he wasn't some M16 hacker for England against us.

He shouldn't be extradited for his own well being. He did by some means psychic or what ever manage to hack in, but we've had many whistleblowers coming out of the "top secret" cabal signature which is just to protect this fossil fuels and government behind the government. If Obama is indeed for transparency then a signature should be easy for him to do, but with a warning further hackings will not be so lightly taken as it could screw up their computers and operations. What if a hacker stopped all the social security checks being mailed out hacking that government computer? He could give him misdemeanor charges with other charges being resumed if he does it again or ever discusses any thing or how he did it so other youths don't get ideas.

This would be the perfect reason for Obama to be able to get his own hands on this kind of classified information to check on the validity of Gary Mckinnon's claims. That way he could kill two birds with one stone by blowing the lid off of what the U.S. has been hiding all these years, and letting this poor guy go.

I am from the u.s.a. Most of you act as if this is some kind of joke. These are the facts. He will be put on trial in federal court. Our federal courts are packed full of neocon Bush style judges. He embaressed the pentagon during King Georges time in office. He admits his guilt but this will not help him. These judges will take away this young mans life, they will lock him up for 50 years or more.I he were a member of your family or a much loved friend you would not be treating this as some Joke!President Obama will not be able to help this man for many years if at all. Once he gets extradited he may never see British soil again. Our court system over here is not as fair as most of you think.Unless he is a rich man or has wealthy friends his life as he knows it will be over. Please help him. He was just a goof doing something dumb. Just the kind of guy they love to "throw the book" at to set an example of being "Tough on crime"!

If they can't keep their dirt under wraps with all they must spend on security, they should thank Mr. McKinnon for pointing out their flaws and offer him a job. Just a bunch of infantile tyrants embarrassed at being caught with their pants down.

Retired astronauts have come forward and admitted that they did have contact with beings from other planets. Mr. McKinnon found the truth, but illegally. There should be some repercussion to his choice of actions, but to be incarcerated for as long as the U.S.Gov't wants...no. NASA should face consequences for not taking better care of the information on their computers, by simply putting passwords on their machines. McKinnon should not face punishment for their negligence.

What’s really criminal & embarrassing in this case is that certain high ranking USA military and intelligence personnel had failed in their responsibility to protect the USA's national security interests by not ensuring that their departments were meeting the most basic of IT systems security protocols of maintaining and/or adhering to proper systems admin password protection. From what I’ve read the systems that Gary accessed either had no password at all or were still set to their default, easily guessed ‘install setup’ password. This would be akin to ancient Troy being conquered because the gatekeeper simply hid the key under the welcome mat. They should be grateful it was somebody like Gary who was guilty of only perusing their effectively defenceless systems for something that officially at least does not exist. Next person could be looking for of much more serious consequence.

Politics should have no part of justice. Let the judicial system operate as it should. A prosecutor should only drop charges if he or she believes they don't have enough evidence to convict. However in a case where a foreigner is being extradited the country that has been requested to extradite should carefully review the record of the requesting country to see if the accused will get a fair trial. It is not a given in this case. The Justice Department is now so politicized that it may be hit and miss as to whether a fair trial is even possible. This gentleman should not be extradited. American "justice" is not what it used to be.

I don't believe he found anything simply put, here is why:
I've been studying ufo for 25+ years, although I am a definite believer in ET visitation I in no way believe he found anything regarding ufo proof on any NASA computer...to start, why would NASA use dial-up? on windows? with not even a password, storing such secretive information and hidden proof of ET visitation on somebody's desktop computer??? left on all night??? without a password??OMG lol think about it.Stories like Roswell etc going on for fifty years but here we have NASA with this info on somebodies laptop?? Absolutely hogwash...So here comes Gary who searches these computers knowing full well at the very least...a simple screen image capturing program could be needed??.Basically hacking into the pentagon without any means of collecting any information he might find?? I think the people need to know Gary is playing the UFO card because he knows it's the only way to help keep him from a lengthy jail term. Meaning: Gary saying he found proof NASA has been lying to taxpayers for all these years.NASA knowing full well ET life is visiting earth, but still milking taxpayers, holding out their hand for more funding knowing full well that has already happened, for years... NASA would be in deep trouble. He hacked into somebodies "low security"desktop computer end of story. Everyones heard of the woman who claims she saw photos retouched at NASA.Don't get me wrong nobody more than me wanted him to show what he found, but it hasn't happened.I believe goverments of the world know nothing. They are dealing with an advanced culture of beings that can litterly do anything a god could do...If ET left behind anything deemed proof they'd take it away as easilly as taking candy from a baby....just my informed opinion folks...

The problem isn't that the gentleman hacked into a NASA computer, or that NASA isn't secure enough. The REAL problem is that the US govt. and others have deliberately chosen not to divulge the ET info themselves. Had they just made the knowledge public, the hacking would not have taken place. But then when was the last time the US govt was honest? I'd wager NEVER.

This is a no-brainer. Of COURSE all charges should be dropped! There IS a secret space program, and NASA HAS been lying to the American public, and we're all sick of it. He should tell us all how he did it so we can do it, too!

He also found that the pentagon is sitting on free energy for all, evil fooking baztards that they are. He was on dial up, and wasnt alone in the pentagons mainframe. Many other countries were there as well. Where are they in this hacking witch hunt? Immune, thats where. Gary is one of us, and thats what their biggest problem is. They will have to admit to their treasonous treaties with the aliens and their continued clousion with them for technology. Unconsionable. They should be held accountable, should be removed from power and all agreements made with any alien race null and void. If the aliens in question were benevolent, would they indeed need to be hidden from the general public? You answer logically and can see where this is going.

Well all the US have to do is prove that there is no conspiracy by looking at the data Gary found. Hopefully the Obama administration will investigate this and find the truth. I do believe theres a secret space program and that aliens are visiting us, we're an experiment by them...
Obama is releasing 6 decade old suppressed information about anti-gravity, how many skeptics out there that think they're scientific refused to believe this was even possible? A lot of info is yet to be discovered... Have a look into Blood Electrification for more great technology!
