President Obama’s National Security Advisor, General Jim Jones (USMC ret.) made a very curious comment at the 45th Munich Conference on Security Policy in Germany. He said:
Thank you for that wonderful tribute to Henry Kissinger yesterday. Congratulations. As the most recent National Security Advisor of the United States, I take my daily orders from Dr. Kissinger, filtered down through General Brent Scowcroft and Sandy Berger, who is also here.”
Jones’ comment appeared to be an unsuccessful attempt at dry humor – only a few in the audience actually laughed – in acknowledging Dr Henry Kissinger’s enormous influence in U.S. foreign policy which had been acknowledged a day earlier with a prestigious award. Many, however, immediately viewed Jones’ comment as an unguarded admission of who really is in charge of U.S. policy. Jones comment raises two serious questions. How much influence does Kissinger exert over the Obama administration and the policy making process? Furthermore, what influence does Kissinger have over U.S. policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life?
Kissinger’s influential role in setting U.S. foreign policy is generally viewed as starting with his role as President Nixon’s National Security Advisor in 1969 during the Vietnam War. Kissinger’s role in steering U.S. policy, and his failed efforts to bring an end to the Vietnam war have led to many criticisms against him. The most controversial is Kissinger’s role in the failure of President Johnson’s peace efforts during the final months of his administration in 1968. Released Presidential tapes reveal that Johnson concluded that Nixon’s associates were engaging in treason. Kissinger’s covert activities during both the 1968 Presidential campaign and later as National Security Advisor has led to accusations that he unnecessarily prolonged the Vietnam War for political gain.
Kissinger’s influence over U.S. foreign policy, however, dates from much earlier than the Vietnam War. His influence dates from experiences in Germany during World War II when he was part of the Army’s Counterintelligence Corps, and helped identify Nazi scientists familiar with advanced technologies of interest to the U.S. Some of the Nazi scientists retrieved in Operation Paperclip were directly involved in advanced technological projects that according to the father of modern rocketry, Hermann Oberth, had been assisted by knowledge of extraterrestrial life and technology. He said:
… we cannot take credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone. We have been helped." When asked by whom, he replied, "the peoples of other worlds."
Lt Col Philip Corso, who was in charge of the Foreign Technology Desk at Army Research and Development branch (1961-1963), confirmed that Nazi Germany had retrieved and developed extraterrestrial technologies. In a July 1997 interview he said:
There were crashes elsewhere, and they [the Germans] gathered material too. The Germans were working on it. They didn’t solve the propulsion system. They did a lot of experiments on flying saucers. They had one that went up to 12,000 feet. But where all, we and they, missed out was on the guidance system. In R&D we began to realize that this being [an ET] was part of the guidance system, part of the apparatus himself, or itself, as it had no sexual organs."
In 1952, Kissinger became a consultant to the Psychological Strategy Board (PSB) that was responsible for covert psychological operations. The PSB's main role was to persuade the American population that flying saucers and reports of encounters with extraterrestrial life were fabrications exploited by enemies to weaken the U.S. in the Cold War. Kissinger also served as an advisor to Nelson Rockefeller who was responsible during the Eisenhower administration for government reorganization and the contracting of classified research and development projects into the corporate world. According to whistleblower testimonies, Kissinger played a direct role in the development of U.S. foreign policy towards UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Kissinger was instrumental in covert operations that took a muscular “power politics” approach with visiting extraterrestrial vehicles. Shoot to kill orders against UFOs were implemented in an effort to retrieve advanced extraterrestrial technologies. Kissinger’s long history in the world of U.S. covert operations and extraterrestrial affairs means that he has “need to know” in areas denied to most political leaders and their advisors.
General Jones' joke/admission points to Henry Kissinger’s enduring role in influencing U.S. foreign policy which many would openly acknowledge. It is however in secret policy decisions over the release of information about extraterrestrial life and/or technologies that Kissinger’s influence is most felt. As the Obama administration deals with the growing number of UFO sightings from around the world (these grew to 5,000 in 2008 for the U.S.) eventually formal policy decisions will need to be made about disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial life to a largely unprepared public. As far as Jones' past interest in advanced technologies such as antigravity is concerned, the release of these files will also require the support of influential figures such as Kissinger.
A disturbing condition for the disclosure of information about extraterrestrial life and technology under an Obama administration appears to be the development of a “New World Order”. This condition is revealed in Kissinger’s response to a question about President Obama: “But he can give new impetus to American foreign policy partly because the reception of him is so extraordinary around the world. His task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, really, a new world order can be created. It's a great opportunity, it isn't just a crisis." Whether General Jones was making a frank admission or merely joking about getting his “daily orders” from Henry Kissinger, Kissinger’s historic influence in developing covert operations and foreign policy on many global issues, including extraterrestrial life and technology, cannot be underestimated.

From what i hear Kissinger is wanted in several countries for war crimes. We are all going to be in sad shape if we don't do something about letting these criminals run our country. Ufo disclosure is the last thing on their mind.

This is proof of nothing at all. Conspiracy and innuendo does not bolster your case of UFO's. The most egregious assertion is that captured UFO's gave us jet propulsion technology, that's like saying a captured horse and buggy gave us the space shuttle. I've long suspected that Kissinger is a major kingpin in the UFO Information Embargo. Whether or not one believes this, Kissinger must be brought to justice. Once this happens, many things will be set free.
Why is one individual such as Kissinger allowed to have so much influence on covert issues such as UFO's and ET's. That speaks volumes about what's wrong with our government and the isolation of such important issues out of the hands of the American people and their elected officials.

This was a major factor in securing the defeat of Democratic candidate Hubert Humphrey.13 Kissinger was not the kind of person to have betrayed his president on his own personal initiative. At the time Nixon’s campaign manager, John Mitchell (one of the very few in on the secret), told Hersh that “I thought Henry [Kissinger] was doing it because Nelson [Rockefeller] wanted him to. Nelson asked Henry to help and he did.14

Maybe Jones jokes about (85 year old Kissinger) because both Kissinger and Kissinger's lifetime boss, David Rockefeller, 94, are too old to really be competent now. A more ordered, decent mind can remain intact into old age, but Kissinger is wanted for crimes against humanity, and Rockefeller is much worse.

Very interesting unfortunately in this case the influential minorities that are continuing a "20th century" mentality into the present "21st century". These megalomaniacs brought up in the 40's looking down at us from their ivory towers don't and can't offer solutions for the present let alone tomorrow.
We need to realise that we are neither alone or the most superior beings in the neighborhood. Time to awaken from these illusionary and conflicting religions and recognise we are one. Instead abusing and using these celestial brothers in order to propagate our selfish desires against the so called "enemies" we should embrace these brothers and united begin a new chapter.
