Newly confirmed Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has long had an interest in UFOs and the existence of extraterrestrial life. She was given an informal briefing in August 1995 by billionaire philanthropist Laurence Rockefeller, on the best available UFO evidence. An August 4, 1995, memo by President Clinton’s Science Advisor, Dr Jack Gibbons, confirmed that the Clintons would be vacationing with Rockefeller at his Teton Ranch in Wyoming that summer, and they would discuss UFOs:
You will probably see Mr Rockefeller on your vacation in the Tetons. He will want to talk with you about his interest in extrasensory perception, paranormal phenomenon, and UFOs.
In the memo, Gibbons then attempted to dissuade the Clintons from pursuing Rockefeller’s agenda to disclose national security files concerning UFOs:
He knows that we are trying to be helpful in responding to his concerns about UFO’s and human potential … but I’ve made no secret about my conviction that we must not be too diverted from more earthly imperatives.
Both Clintons were involved in numerous attempts to force the release of national security files concerning UFOs. According to Grant Cameron, founder of the Presidential UFO website, the “Clintons tried to get UFO documents released as part of President Clinton’s 1995 Executive Order 12958.” Executive Order 12958, was similar to President Obama’s recent January 21, Presidential Memo on “Transparency and Open Government, where he instructed government agencies and departments to relax rules governing the release of national security files.
Cameron has made numerous FOIA requests on Clinton administration files and found “that there are literally thousands of pages of UFO files.” He concluded that this is “clear evidence of an administration that was active but unsuccessful on the UFO front.”
Hillary Clinton’s subsequent public statements concerning UFOs and alien life show that she was greatly concerned with the negative stereotypes created by Hollywood concerning extraterrestrials. In January 25, 1999 at the White House Fifth Millennium Evening, she said: "Most of the movies about the future show aliens descending from outer space determined to blow up the world, and somehow they always begin or end with Washington, D.C." Later that same year on June 17, in Paris, she explicitly questioned the rationale behind such movies:
... often in these movies, for reasons that I question, we have space aliens who are always blowing up Washington, D.C., and the White House.
Most revealing is a recent comment she made during the recent Presidential campaign on December 17, 2007:
Remember that movie Independence Day, where invaders were coming from outer space and the whole world was united against the invasion? Why can't we be united on behalf of our planet? And that's what I want to do.
Clinton’s criticisms of Hollywood stereotypes of invading aliens, alludes to her disapproval of secret national security policies concerning UFO evidence and ‘future’ relations with extraterrestrial life.
Next week, Hillary Clinton begins her first full week as the nation’s top diplomat. Her public statements and sustained interest in UFOs suggest that, if given the opportunity, she intends to create a very different national security policy concerning extraterrestrial life. As Secretary of State, Clinton will stress ‘galactic’ diplomacy over ‘future’ military confrontation with extraterrestrial life. That may represent a welcome departure to national security policies that have been secretly developed and implemented over six decades of the UFO phenomenon.

It is hard to believe that State Department Intelligence does not have a complete record of the above events.
That's fine, but as long as she realizes that there must be ET's of differing agendas and the like, and that we should evaluate and go from there. It is pretty evident though, if they had wanted to undermine us or do us in, they well would have done it by now.

With President Obama and VP Joseph Biden, several officers from CIA, NSA, Army, Navy and NASA will be present.
With exemplar sobriety Obama will recognize the cover up, and will invite NASA personnel to show pictures that give evidence of Intelligent Life in Mars. (Cities, Martians, etc.)
After that, smiling, the President will recognize that the gov is in contact with Aliens of several races, and probably, he will introduce some Aliens, perhaps a couple of Greys, some Reptilians and why not, a Tall White.
We cannot tell if the Aliens will talk to the press, or if they will remain silent.
The other possibility is that the President will disclose several secret agreements with the Aliens, but if this is so, a few ex civil servants will be in jail and Aliens will be considered also conspirators.
Later, President Obama will recognize that authorities are in control of several alien technologies that will solve the Energy and Environmental crisis and our health problems.
Now, the problem is that I cannot even imagine this happening, and since all of you are good, intelligent people, I believe that neither you can imagine this: Ideas welcome.

That very aloha feeling and expansiveness, positive universal attitude that Michael suggests will facilitate new developments. Michael is lucky enough to live near warm waters where dolphin community+ is easily accessed. But animals, birds in your backyard are an alternative (fine, light and fast-burst communications of birds are a wonder).
That aloha feel (you feel it the moment you dive into the surf---I do that in San Francisco during warmer months) amplifies the beauty and intensity of it all. And remember, that expansiveness allows you to communicate with actual native aliens of our surroudings, believe it or not, without even going there, without them buzzing our skies---aliens not of the grays' alignment, which appears to discourage us from such interactions, preferring instead to harp about a quarantine and preference for their alignment only. So, as I should point out to Alfred Webre, I am positive in all approaches to aliens, but it's a parameter that reaches out into our local and larger community. No exclusion of our actual, native neighbors. That's quite a swim!!
UFO's, planetary systems, surely are not all bizzare, weird, ugly, evil, as depicted mostly...but, one thing is certain, there is only ONE Jesus Christ, who saved all of us, the entire galaxy....so, we will have lots of work to do if we make contact.....get ready.

Extra terrestrial life - probable (there seems to be indications of biological activity on Mars).
E.T. intelligent life - possible, as there are planets in other star systems, but not necessarily habitable ones.
E.T. capable of faster than light speed travel - unlikely, as far as we know given our understanding of physics, but not necessarily theirs.
Results of two civilizations of vastly different levels of technology coming into contact - usually disastrous for the inferior.
Likelihood of humans getting along with each other, much less E.T. - slim and/or none.
Likelihood they will be frightened of Hillary - no comment.

the reason the government does not want proof of UFO's and ET's is that it would make everyone realize that it is not the USA against the Russians against the Chinese, etc... but instead is it possibly humans against ET's... and that would bring us together as a species but take away alot of power of the existing governments to rally us against each other. In other words... no more need for separate nations. It would be time for a unified Earth.

Je n’ose même pas imaginer le nombre existant dans tous l’univers ! Il est donc tout à fait normal que nous ayons, et très souvent ! de la visite. Le phénomène OVNI (UFO) n’a donc rien d’extraordinaire, et l’attitude du « secret absolu » de nos gouvernants, concernant ces machines extraterrestres est ridicule. C’est comme vouloir nier l’existence des chinois ! Ou de l’Inde !
Par divers canaux, nous savons aujourd’hui, que le crash de Roswell est authentique. L’armée des USA en 1947, a même ramassé les corps des pilotes décédés dans l’accident, et surtout récupéré un survivant !
Des milliers de personnes, tant aux États-Unis, qu’en Europe, sont « contactés » par ces entités venues d’autres planètes.
