Exactly one year ago a consortium of citizen organizations authorized a Declaration to end what were claimed to be secret official agreements concerning extraterrestrial life. Based on first hand testimonies by a number of whistleblowers and civilian contractors, the Galactic Freedom Day Declaration asserts that agreements concerning extraterrestrial life have been secretly entered into by a number of government authorized agencies, departments and corporations. In some cases, these agreements involve representatives of advanced extraterrestrial civilizations whose existence has not been disclosed to the general public. On 08/08/08 individuals and citizen organizations around the world collectively joined in events calling for exposing and ending such agreements. A consortium of citizen organizations from Hawaii, USA, Canada, Britain, Spain, South Africa, and Hong Kong formally sponsored the Declaration and launched an online petition which currently has over 2000 signatures.
The Declaration affirms a number of citizen rights with regard to extraterrestrial life. These include the “natural right of all citizens to have safe and open contact with extraterrestrial visitors, and to engage in non-official diplomacy.” If extraterrestrial civilizations are visiting Earth, the natural right of private citizens to interact with such visitors is clearly an important issue requiring some kind legislative recognition. So far, the only government action in this regard is the July 1969 NASA regulation, the Extraterrestrial Exposure Law. This makes possible the indefinite detention of anyone coming into contact with extraterrestrial artifacts or life. While officially withdrawn from the Code of Federal Regulations and placed in reserve in 1991, the Extraterrestrial Exposure Law, provides a legal precedent denying citizen rights to interact with extraterrestrial visitors.
The Galactic Freedom Day Declaration further asserts “that national governments claiming to represent the interests of their citizenry have repeatedly failed to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life, and the principles and knowledge such life possesses, for over sixty years.” This is well supported by multiple sources confirming that the 1947 Roswell crash involved the retrieval of an extraterrestrial vehicle and bodies.
There are good reasons why evidence points to involvement of a number of corporations in secretly developing extraterrestrial technologies. In this regard, the Declaration declares: “these agreements allow for the manufacture and distribution of technology and knowledge deriving from extraterrestrial civilizations.” The Declaration concludes: “We declare these secret agreements are a violation of the sacred trust given to national governments to faithfully represent the interests of their citizens in open transparent negotiations with foreign nations including extraterrestrial civilizations.”
Claims concerning secret agreements concerning extraterrestrial life are among the most controversial in the field of UFOlogy and exopolitics. Yet many whistleblowers and corporate contractors have given first hand testimonies concerning various aspects of such agreements. The website created for the Galactic Freedom Day Declaration has a page with many of these first hand witness testimonies. The Declaration and its recommendations help bring into public debate issues that many credible people believe are ultimately behind the secrecy system created towards extraterrestrial life and technology. Dr. Salla's short commemoration of the so called Galactic Freedom Day, teaches us a lot. in fact more than any criticism.
This Declaration to end the secrecy about presumed contracts between ETs and Earth Corpor4ations, says Salla, is "Based on first hand testimonies by a number of whistleblowers and civilian contractors". (until now of course these 'sources gave just words, no Evidences.)
Salla remembers us that "On 08/08/08 individuals and citizen organizations around the world collectively joined in events calling for exposing and ending such agreements. (needless is to say that if these citizens got only 2000 signatures, the "Galactic Freedom Day " means nothing.

If we look at the amount of reports of UFO sightings in 2009, all the whistleblowers who're stepping up, all the new data coming back from Mars and the Moon (through NASA and the ESA!), the 60+ crop circles in the UK Wiltshire region alone (there are many more around the world!)...
Well, if the goal of 08.08.08 was to "end secret extraterrestrial agreements", then it's looking like a big success! Not even a year has gone by... Bear in mind that along with this, the planet's engulfed in a deep 'paradigm' shift affecting all major areas of our reality: the ET issue is just one of them. The others: Socio-economic upheavel, geo-magnetic re-arrangement, the 'energy revolution' and the 'expansion of consciousness' are the most apparent ones.
The latest scientific findings in theoretical physics conclude that "everything is interconnected." This 'interconnectedness' is hard to understand...

Michael Salla et al do a work of value for us, since they help to keep away really dangerous technologies from humanity for the next couple of centuries. Enforcing the NPT (Non-Proliferation Treaty) by means of intellegence (HUMINT) would take a lot of taxpayer's money, while exopliticians, world's major cults like Scientology and conspiracy writers do a hard job to channel all the desires of billions of easy believing people into their worlds of virtual reality. So it's all but a coincidence, Scientology ads appear just on all posts of Michel Salla.
Remember, if humanity were evolved enough, they could find out what's behind UAP - within months by appropriate scientific means. Since humanity on it's current stage of evolutation wants rather to believe than to know, nobody ever is interrested in truth: Exopoliticians and conspiracy-writers have a precious cash-cow, while military can hide real SAPs behind the ET-belief - and people have their beliefs. So simple is that.
Ever wonder why ETs would make secret agreements with the criminal leadership of this planet? A "leadership" that has effectively looted the world economy through greed and endless war? Think they have any plans of hanging around if things get too hot? Do they have agreements and plans to get out of here soon? Or do they have their own space fleet standing by? Perhaps they will cut out to South America or Australia - might be some secret spaceports down there. Or have they excavated them in "plain sight" everywhere? Just some thoughts. Of course this can only be contingent on their failure to re-inflate the world economy with worthless printed money and paper.
Whatever laws NASA comes up with only apply to NASA employees. NASA is a private corporation that works for the Federal Government who is also a private corporation if you didn't know that. NASA and the FEDERAL corporation pass statutory laws that which is not law, but force of corporate policy that only applies to those that submit to it. Unless of course you work for the government, then your screwed as long as you work for them.
And yes we have had ET's for several million years now on this planet. In-fact they created us and seeded all life here several times in our history as humans who were the guardians of earth at one time.
