Hillary Clinton spent February 18 and 19 in Jakarta, the second stop in her four nation diplomatic outreach to Asia. High on her agenda was enlisting Indonesia's support in repairing relations with a Muslim world still seething over the U.S. invasion of Iraq. She hopes that diplomacy efforts will help bring about greater unity with Muslim nations in dealing with global problems. There is another invasion scenario that lurks in the background of Secretary Clinton's mind when conducting international diplomacy - the idea of an extraterrestrial invasion and the impact on global unity.
FOIA documents confirm that Hillary Clinton received a private briefing by Laurence Rockefeller on UFOs in August 1995. She then assisted Rockefeller’s efforts to get President Clinton to declassify UFO files. Whatever Hillary Clinton learned during Rockefeller’s UFO initiative, played a role in influencing her opinions about Hollywood movies of a possible extraterrestrial invasion and its unifying effects. For example, on January 14, 1999, she said:
we will have to join together as human beings to stave off attacks from aliens in outer space, and then we’ll have to put aside our really petty differences—differences in our own country and differences among people around the world—to stand up for our common humanity.
In other public comments, Clinton openly challenged Hollywood’s enemy stereotyping of extraterrestrial life: On June 17, 1999, for example, Clinton said:
many of the movies in recent years express our innate fears about what awaits us. … And often in these movies, for reasons that I question, we have space aliens who are always blowing up Washington, D.C., and the White House.
In questioning Hollywood portrayals of extraterrestrials as enemies, Clinton was signaling her preference for a more positive view. One in which diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial life could be promoted. Nevertheless, Clinton simultaneously combined her preference for diplomacy with the possibility of an extraterrestrial invasion and its unifying effects for humanity.
The process of creating enemy images is described in Sam Keen’s, Faces of the Enemy Reflections of the Hostile Imagination. In his book, he explains how the creation of enemy images is essential for national militaries to go to war against possible future enemies. Keen’s approach is exemplified in comments by General Douglas MacArthur over an unnamed extraterrestrial enemy. In his farewell address to the U.S. Military Army on May 12, 1962, he said:
You now face a new world, a world of change. We speak in strange terms, of harnessing the cosmic energy, of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy.
His views inspired the late Lt. Col. Philip Corso who served on MacArthur's intelligence team during the Korean War. Corso later wrote the best selling The Day After Roswell. where he revealed his role in a secret Pentagon program to release extraterrestrial technologies. Corso believed that a vigorous space weapons program was the answer to visiting extraterrestrial life. If elements of the U.S. military does genuinely believe extraterrestrials pose a future threat, then the role of Hollywood would be crucial in conditioning the public to accept such a scenario.

Is the public being influenced by Hollywood to create enemy images of extraterrestrials? Also, are policy makers being secretly briefed, in ways that get them to promote the idea of an extraterrestrial invasion? There is testimonial evidence that an extraterrestrial invasion could be contrived to manipulate the general public. According to Carol Rosin, a former aerospace defense contractor, the extraterrestrial invasion scenario is something Dr Werner Von Braun warned her about. She claims he told her:
remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie.
In the 2008 remake of the Sci-Fi classic The Day the Earth Stood Still, the earlier self-defense actions of the robot GORT, was changed. At the end of the remake, GORT became a life destroying mechanical virus that launched an unprovoked attack on humanity to save the planet’s environment. Was the Hollywood remake yet another effort by Hollywood to condition humanity into accepting enemy images of extraterrestrial life? If policy officials have been secretly being briefed about the unifying effects of an extraterrestrial invasion, it appears that Hollywood movies are a key component of such an effort.
Hillary Clinton is now Secretary of State and will be responsible for future diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial life. At some point, she is likely to access State Department X-Files and/or receive an official briefing on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. If as evidence suggests, extraterrestrials made diplomatic contact during the Eisenhower administration 55 years ago, then Secretary Clinton would be aware of the need to prepare the public for eventual disclosure. In doing so, she would be advised to begin an immediate public program where enemy images are abandoned. A public exopolitics debate over available evidence of the motivations of extraterrestrial life needs to begin. More constructive images of extraterrestrial life need to be vigorously promoted to counter a decades-long policy of conditioning the general public through Hollywood films and other means about fictional extraterrestrial invaders. During her visit to Indonesia, the world's most populous Muslim nation.Hillary Clinton promoted the benefits of cooperation, rather than violent conflict, between the Muslim world and the U.S. Similarly, it is best for humanity to be united by the benefits of future cooperation with extraterrestrial life, rather than reacting to a contrived extraterrestrial invasion scenario.

Hollywood goes for violent, sensational treatments on any subject. It's a low-cultural kind of salesmanship that we just have to live with, under the current economy. Hillary told Rockefeller she and Bill didn't want more info on aliens, years back. It seems she feared the secret machinery. But now, relations with e.t.'s are more than just a US item: it's global. As for me, I don't see it as either pro or anti-alien. Instead, it's best to tell all details, the truth, and expand it to include discussion about more than just one, abducting "gray" alignment.
So you think all aliens are benevolent creatures when they take people away against there will your all big fools.

Hard undeniable fact is, no tangible proof about alien visitation on earth is available to the public. And if it existed people are far not evolved enough to deserve knowledge - otherwise ETs showed up for a while in an open and unambigous manner and Fermi's Paradoxon were solved. As many official scientific reports states clearly [e.g. Brookings-report] information about potential foreign existence should be kept eway from people to avoid social, religious and economic disruptions. What false hopes can do is devasting: Have a look on the Heavens-Gate incident to get a faint image of, what mislead people will do. President Obama and his staff are determined to follow that policy. Remember, even these countries, that published former secret UFO-files emphasizes clearly the unknown state of the phenomenon. So people shouln't trust into falso hope spreaders but into their governments. They know exactly what is good for their people. And people, that won't live with the unknown, can consume many SF movies and TV-shows.
Shol'va what do you mean we are not evolved enough to deserve knowledge. The knowledge of extraterrestrial life would provide mankind with freedom, freedom from suffering, fear, illness, slavery to the economy and freedom from being resource dependent, therefore do you not think mankind deserves freedom at least. It is not fair that mankind is kept within a veil, ignorant of the truth and it is this very reason that has prevented the higher evolution you speak of, surely the enlightenment of truth and the freedom gained by each individual will in turn allow this evolution to take place.
@Sean. Obviously, you haven't lost a microsecond of your life for a thought about the dangerous implications of a prematured open contact between humans with ETs (if existed, of coarse). You seam to believe into ET/UFO-religion, that promises salvation, doom (or both) from 'them'. Remember, in nature, there is nothing like a free lunch. If more evolved brought us advanced technology and infinite life, we lost our independence, since these are not things, we can control. Further, natural balance between birth and death were disturbed in a manner, population exploded, earth overpopulated and humanity extincted itself in cruel fights for resources. Stage of socio-cultural stage of evolution of humans is not far from monkeys. We need leaders and opinion-leadership to maintain a society. Without economical pressure and slavery, we can't live without becoming decadent and mentally degenerated. Freedom is particularly not that good humans need. Without laws, fines, prisons, electric chairs and lethal injection guerneys, terrans become criminals and ever want to conquer other humans. Imagine, interstellar space travel were given in our hands. We would spread war, greed and cruelty over the whole galaxy.
Final conclusion: Keeping humans in ignorance, until we will have reached the required maturity for becoming a type 1 civilisation is the best choice. And the overwhelming majority (billions of people) agree with this politics.
So we have to do our homeworks first, like fighting climat collapse, wars, criminality, poverty and have to learn to use resources in a sustainable manner. That might take us a couple of decades - if not centuries. If we haven't extincted ourselves, maybe we can become socios inter pares with other intelligent beings.

Shol'va while i appreciate your opinion, i think it is necessary to be open minded in the sense that we do not think of extraterrestrials as having the same motives as mankind and therefore their reasoning for doing things could be entirely different from our own. I can understand your cynicalness regarding open contact because you are making a direct comparison between man and them, thus assuming that everything they do could also be for power, control and material. However the truth is probably far different as they are so evolved that they have no desire for these negative things anymore, they have transcended desire for power and material, and are instead more concerned with what is more important such as having a greater understanding of love and experiencing that with all beings of the universe. In that respect we should be open minded and accept their advanced wisdom in order that we can reach a similar understanding. Furthermore there is some possibility that there is some long history between us which may connect us, and would also explain why they wish to assist. There is no doubt there is both good and bad in the universe, but that doesn't mean bad applies to every being.
I agree with Sean. I don't think Shol'va understands whats going on here and thats okay. In fact, that represents whats going on here. People's consciousness are growing each and everyday and thats good. We need different opinions in order to grow as a species. Some people in this world don't even want us to talk things like this. they would rather have us fighting with each other.
@Sean: You seem to start from assumptions and speculative considerations, that contradict facts: Fact #1: Laws of nature are valid throughout our universe. If nature has found a concept that works well, you will find it everywhere. This applies to all parts of science, like physics, chemistry, biology, sociology, etc.. Fact #2: Although we know nothing about alleged intelligent foreign species, we can derive a lot of universal properties from fact #1, our own behaviour and logic. One of the most important rules must be non-involvement into the life of other, lower evolved species to not disturb their evolution; as we have it with wild living animals. Then, we can be pretty sure, a spacefaring species is evolved enough, they had overcome greed, wars, racism, crime, terrorism, hunger and conquer. (At least within their own species) Not because they would be infected by some strange kind of love, but simply to assert enough social peace, nobody would came to the idea to abuse their powerful technology to blow up their own civilisation. Fact #3: We haven't experienced any open and unambigous contact to foreign species. Either, they do not visit us, or, they apply the fore mentioned rule of non-involvement. If hostile species existed, who wanted to harm us, they did it already.
Final conclusion: All these claims about governments hide aliens are simply fairy tales. Not governments are in power to disclose an alien presence, but aliens themselves. Once again: We have to evolve into a type 1 civil, BEFORE we can even consider to enter into an open relationship with foreign species. This may take us a couple of decades or centuries. Provided, we won't have extincted ourselves up then.

I'm certainly not not ignorant, but I'm used to turn on my brain. And it goes to DefCon3, whenever something is told without a proof, I should swallow. It seems, you haven't thought about the fact, it were out of the realm of the government of one single country to decide if (alleged) alien contacts may be published or not. Remember, America does not rule the world, so US government is physically unable to cover-up every extraordinary incident on the surface of this planet. Make a simple thought experiment to test that hypothesis: Imagine, US gvernment decided to cover up a very rare, but widespread animal on earth. Yes, they could collect every single animal in their own country and possibly within allied territory. Whenever one single animal in a distant country would be discovered by a private biologist - the whole cover-up failed gracefully. We have the same situation with (alleged) aliens: One single tangible proof about alien visitation on earth - and all previously conducted measures of secrecy failed. Once again: Hard fact is, there is not one single bit of a tangible proof available to the public an alien visitation ever took place on earth (or elsewhere in our solar system). All pseudo-knwoledge about (alleged) aliens is based on claims, rumors, hersay - business and lies.
Before you accuse your government, you should read my previous post again. Maybe, you started to understand, how systematic disinformation by our ever busy UFO/conspiracytainment industry works.
