After his inauguration, President Obama will begin receiving daily intelligence briefings from his incoming Director of National Intelligence, Admiral Dennis Blair (ret.). The briefings will inform him of vital national security issues where he is required to make decisions that will become official U.S. policy. This will involve well known issues such as international terrorism, nuclear proliferation and global armed conflict where sanitized public statements are released. Some national security issues, however, are so highly classified that no public statements will be released at all. Among the vital national security issues that President Obama will receive classified briefings on is intelligence data on UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
The existence of UFOs and extraterrestrial life has long been the most highly classified issue in the world of military intelligence. In September 1950, Robert Sarbacher, a science consultant to President Truman’s Research and Development Board, revealed to a Canadian Transportation official, Wilbert Smith, that the issue of UFOs “is the most highly classified subject in the U.S. government at the present time.”
Documents have been leaked that reveal that Obama’s predecessors have received intelligence briefings on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The most credible is an alleged classified briefing that President-Elect Eisenhower received in November 18, 1952 by former CIA Director, Rear Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter,. The Eisenhower Briefing Document (EBD) contains startling information on crashed UFOs and the existence of extraterrestrial life. The EBD has been closely investigated by leading UFO researchers who support its authenticity.
A more recent document has emerged which is an alleged transcript of President Reagan receiving a highly classified intelligence briefing by former CIA Director William Casey and other officials on extraterrestrial life in March 1981. Circumstantial support for President Reagan receiving such an intelligence briefing is found in his subsequent public comments concerning extraterrestrial life. President Reagan made five famous public comments about the need for humanity to join together to respond to an extraterrestrial threat. Despite this circumstantial support, the alleged transcript of Reagan’s intelligence briefings on extraterrestrial life is not viewed as a credible document by most UFO researchers.

The national security implications of extraterrestrial life is a well kept secret even to many elements of the U.S. military. Reliable information has emerged detailing UFOs being seen in the vicinity of U.S. nuclear missile bases. On more than one occasion, all nuclear missiles in different locations have been deactivated by UFOs. According to retired U.S. Air Force Captain Robert Salas, official Air Force investigations of these incidents were stopped by more senior national security officials for unknown reasons.
UFOs have also been witnessed by trained military observers shooting down missiles being flight tested for carrying nuclear warheads. If such reports are accurate, the national security implications of UFOs makes them a vital national security issue that would be closely monitored by the intelligence community.
As a former Commander of the Hawaii based U.S. Pacific Fleet, Admiral Blair has knowledge of the underwater UFO activity witnessed near Hawaii and elsewhere in the Pacific ocean. Blair’s position and Naval experience indicates that he will at some point brief Obama on UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

Hi Michael! I wrote Steve Hammons, whose website posted that alleged transcript of the Reagan briefing. I asked Steve what his source was. Here's his reply: "The alleged transcript of the Reagan briefing was released to a guy in LA named Victor Martinez a year or two ago.
"Victor is allegedly the conduit, release point, for a group he calls the 'DIA 6' -- six current and former officials of the DIA. One reportedly recently passed on.
"This group reportedly release to Victor various information about 'Project SERPO.' Info on this is on serpo.org, including the Reagan info....
"Martinez reportedly has worked for 'five USG agencies,' though he is reluctant to say which agencies they were."
So, the Reagan briefing transcript appears to be in the vein of, and actually repeatedly mentions, "Ebens" and Serpo. Reportedly, our colleague analysts still have doubts about both Serpo and the Reagan briefing transcript. It's a fascinating read, nonetheless. Whoever wrote it, whatever its origins, it catches the diction and manner, the possible reactions of Reagan much as they might have been.
As for me, personally, I imagine that Reagan would have learned much more, would have been given tours of Wright Pat relics, those in DC area military bases and at Edwards AFB, possibly even the Groom Dry Lake facility---although that last one appears to be ATS, Above Top Secret. I also suspect that, given his clear public calls to be wary of some aliens, or an alien threat (about that much there is NO doubt), Reagan may have been kept at arms length by Bush Sr. and Rockefeller, who appear to have deliberately allowed deep penetration and basing by aliens, here on this planet. Citizens from all walks of life and all parts of the planet have been reporting their observations of unidentified aerial objects since long before our time. This is an ongoing and worldwide event of such possible magnitude to all of humanity, that we as citizens must demand disclosure. Regardless of the signifigance or meaning, no matter how shocking or devastating, this information is for everyone-not just the select few who have decided to keep it from the rest of us. It's all about choices, got to make demands and learn to ABOLISH APATHY.
It's way past time for full disclosure of extra terrestrial presence in and around our planet.

As Reagan said once if there were an ET threat all the nations would forget their petty wars and focus on the ONLY thing that would matter. The nations have not done so, ergo there is no such threat. President Obama paves the way. I believe that this presidency will see the first official disclosure of UFO existence and furthermore, that Brack Obama is definitely the man to usher in a brave new world. I also believe that this will not only define his presidency but also open up a whole new interest in the subtle sciences so long left out in the cold... if Gary Mckinnin was right and many believe he was (that some dept in the US) has zero point energy technology - Obama would surely want to get it out. best of luck, and peace be with us in our quest to make friends in space.

I for one believe that President Obama is a man that will never ever say anything about what he is briefed regarding UFO's. People believe that Obama will change everything for the good of America and the World because that's what he says but they have never wondered where he came from and how speedily he came to office and where did the money come from for his presidential campaign. $604 million dollars came to his campaign fund and one wonders where did so much money ccome from.
