Hillary Clinton is currently visiting Japan and other Asian nations to promote improved diplomatic relations. Clinton may be interested to learn that on December 20, 2007, the Japanese Defense Minister at the time, Shigeru Ishiba, publicly commented on his nation's defense policy concerning a possible extraterrestrial attack. He said: "If they descended, saying `People of the Earth, let's make friends,' it would not be considered an urgent, unjust attack on our country." Secretary Clinton might then recall her own public comment about numerous Hollywood depictions of extraterrestrials as invaders.
During the 2008 Presidential election campaign she commented about Hollywood movies of extraterrestrials invading earth and the unifying effect this would have. On December 17, 2007 she said: "Remember that movie Independence Day, where invaders were coming from outer space and the whole world was united against the invasion? Why can't we be united on behalf of our planet? And that's what I want to do.” She made similar comments while First Lady in the Clinton White House. Clinton’s views about the appearance or ‘invasion’ of extraterrestrial life playing a unifying planetary effect takes on special significance with her current role as U.S. Secretary of State.
Secretary Clinton’s views mirror comments by former President Ronald Reagan who also believed in the unifying planetary effect of an extraterrestrial invasion. The most famous in a series of public statements concerning an extraterrestrial invasion was President Reagan’s speech before the United Nations General Assembly on September 21, 1987:
In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside of this world. And yet I ask - is not an alien force already among us?
Reagan and Clinton were not the first prominent public figures in the U.S. to reflect on the unifying effect of an extraterrestrial invasion. On October 8, 1955, General Douglas MacArthur made the first of two public statements concerning the possibility of an extraterrestrial invasion:
The nations of the world will have to unite, for the next war will be an interplanetary war. The nations of the earth must someday make a common front against attack by people from other planets.
General MacArthur had knowledge of classified military involvement in the UFO issue starting from the Second World War. He was allegedly involved in the creation of an Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit (IPU) after the 1942 Los Angeles Air Raid involving UFOs. The IPU’s existence was eventually confirmed by Army responses to FOIA requests in 1984. Given MacArthur’s senior military assignments, and alleged role in the IPU, he was aware of official military records concerning UFOs. This contributed to his belief that extraterrestrials formed a national security threat that could unify the countries of the world.
Were both Clinton and Reagan publicly reflecting on an extraterrestrial invasion scenario that they had been privately briefed about from sources familiar with national security files? According to an alleged briefing document, President Reagan did receive an official briefing of extraterrestrial life by his national security advisors. While debate continues over the veracity over the Reagan Briefing Document, other events point to him having received an official briefing. According to Hollywood television producer, Jamie Shandera, Reagan confided to Stephen Spielberg after a special White House film screening his knowledge of the existence of extraterrestrial life. On June 27, 1982, Reagan allegedly whispered to Spielberg after watching the movie E.T.: “You know, there aren’t six people in this room who know how true this really is." Subsequent comments throughout his Presidency concerning a possible threat by extraterrestrial life is evidence that Reagan did receive an official briefing about an extraterrestrial invasion scenario.

It appears that President Reagan and other public officials have been briefed in ways that led them to conclude that extraterrestrials are the enemy. This enemy image making of extraterrestrials and Hollywood's role in promoting such images is something to which Clinton will eventually have to respond. Perhaps her Japan visit will provide her insights into how she could present a more diplomatic response to extraterrestrial life visiting Earth.

Any diplomatic representations by State Department People regarding extraterrestrial relations must include consideration of Eisenhower's alleged treaties in the 1950s, even though not reviewed by the US Senate. ET politics appears to be much like our own nation state relations. Some are friendly, some are unfriendly and most just do not care. The probability that large numbers of ETS already live in Earth skies, on the surface, underground, and under water moves the whole issue beyond the State Department. It would be nice to get some government information on et humanoids, grays, and reptilians so that we would know who we are negotiating with. The military aspect to all this probably leaves us at a disadvantage with scalar weapons and all.

I think, there is a fundamental problem with articles like this: They are based on assumptions, rumors and alleged incidents. Then, conclusions are drawn, what creates new rumors, easy believing people swallow as the truth - and colport it while doing free and dilligent marketing work for the author.

Hard, undeniable fact is, although ETH is a valid hypothesis, no tangible proof about alien visitation on earth or elsewhere in our solar system is publicly available. [sic]
Politicians do speculate too - as every ordinary cititzens does. If such speculations are turned into exopolitical 'knowledge' than authors pretend scientific methodology about a topic with zero (!) factual knowledge. Not worth to mention, the most appropriate term for such a behaviour is pseudoscience. And it's proponents do not contriubute anything, but bury the truth even deeper and for longer.
According to our Navy source, ETs are generally considered not hostile by those closest to this phenomena in the pentagon. Our source has had direct contact with the Tall Whites, Reptilians and a silicon-based lifeform known as the Conformers. The name Conformer is just a name given by the working groups associated with this particular program. To understand or pronounce the name is impossible according to our source. However, they appear to be benevolent along with this specific race of Reptilians. In fact, the Reptilians want nothing to do with humans. The Tall Whites are enigmatic. It is only the Greys that seem to have their own agenda. The Conformers are somewhat ambivalent towards the Greys. It is impossible to read the Conformers, though. However, this particular sect of Reptilians loathe the Greys.
Now this might fly in the face of everything we have read on these species. Understandable. However, this comes from someone in the Navy who had spent three weeks with the Conformers and the Reptilians. The interaction of the Tall Whites by our source came in the early to mid-eighties at Area 51.

You natives offer as much amusement as you do functionality. In all of my perusing of your works I have yet to read the question what we call you? Aren’t you curious? Another interesting observation is the lack of proper communication. My counter and I have become permanently fluent in what you would value 3,587 different forms of communication. You communicate in such inaccurate styles per your own rules of language. It is trying to conceive that most natives only learn one form of communication.
Let me connect the proverbial dots for you. Yes there is what you call aliens. Yes there are conspiracies. Most do not have any concern for natives. Some are mischievous as this planet is not under law for all.
You look up in the sky and see all these crazy patterns. A few of you say that they are just exhaust from airplanes. All of you think ok. Actually it was a timing malfunction that day. We distribute the particulate mix in random patterns following natural cycles in your weather to avoid detection. We made a mistake that day. You caught us. It requires considerable planning and effort to follow weather patterns and hide. We discovered that it didn’t matter what we did in your skies. It became a bit of a game to draw all kind of crazy patterns. We would do a massive distribution in different parts of your world all coordinated with the exact same patterns. You all were too busy yelling and screaming at each other to notice. It sped up our delivery schedule by ten years. We just finished the main component last year.
You have doctors pulling our equipment out of your bodies, you have “Morgellons Disease” altering your DNA (nano-tech does not even begin to adequately describe that work of art), you have the most amazing patterns of our yummy concoction being drawn in your sky, and your world is being driven to the brink of total economic collapse.
We are even on your super bowl commercials rubbing it in your face, and you still do not get it. Look at the SOBE commercial and pay particular attention to the “trees” in the background. Now go and get a microscope, put some of your precious body fluid on a slide, and look at the “trees” growing in your body. Nope that was not there before we got you. Hulu is another rub it in your face while you sleep commercial. You want real proof? You have had it for all your lifetimes. Now we are just having a little fun. And the best part is telling the friends from the foes is about to get interesting. Not all of us hate you.

Wonderful article Dr. Salla! This is so informative with the article, the video and the links. These replies show me how far we have to go with disclosure. I agree with one poster who said ETs have so much to teach us. Why wouldn't we seek disclosure if we can 'learn' our way out of the horror our earth is experiencing? Why do we assume that there's only 1 ET species involved? Maybe some are good and some are bad. Or there are factions among the ETs. I mean, imagine if WE discovered alien life. Who speaks for the human species? The USA? the EU? Russia? China? Iran? India? Even if we restrict it to the USA, would it be Republicans, Democrats, or some other faction (big business, big science, whoever)? Or would we see a Byzantine struggle between individuals and factions, all struggling to edge out the others in the quest for control?
Assuming there HAS been ET contact, what can we discern about "Them" from the response of our various governments?

Every kind of possible extraterrestrial contact exhibited so far has been friendly to my knowledge. However, that does not guarantee that other species will not be hostile.
