The 2009 X-Conference, held in the Washington DC metro area from April 17-19, will encourage the Obama administration to move forward with disclosure of X-Files on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Indeed Michael, we know this to be a reality based on my brother and I setting up the meeting with you and our source who is a United States Naval officer (Bob Vanderclock retired Army Intelligence was there also). This meeting was sanctioned by the working groups in order to push the disclosure process forward. It is part of what our source says that is needed to "crack the lid" of secrecy.
We are hopeful that President Obama and his administration will appoint those that want disclosure before contact. Can someone please explain why Obama would be inclined to bite the hand that granted him the presidency by announcing UFO reality? It's just not going to happen, regardless of how many conferences that take place that the general public never hears about.
Opening UFO files, though a first step, has already been done in several other countries with no affect on the on-going truth embargo. What is opening more files in this country with no fanfare or publicity from the controlled media going to do? Nothing I suspect.
Also, what is so magical about the year 2017? Please, no more predictions without tangible substantiations.

Sorry Bill Cain for the prediction. We don't like it anymore than the next guy. You made an important point that even with the release of the "redacted" UFO files from certain nation-states there appears to be little movement. I agree only that this pertains to the public arena. Again, this is a process. Obama is a process. Disclosure will be a process. Contact is not. Contact is just that. Contact.
Moreover, the prediction or fact depending on which side of the fence you're on was made by someone in the Navy, with credentials, before 6 researchers, in uniform, and in person. This now means that the credibility factor has to be weighed with the prediction. This alone should mean something, especially when this officer was active at the time! Has this ever happened before? Not to my knowledge. It is unprecedented.
Again, we are seeing a process in play. Obama's political appointments have yet to play out in full. We will wait to see what happens.

Yes, please, what makes you so certain about 2017? I've heard 2013, 2012, 2011, even 2009. Heck, I even remember hearing 2000. Forcing the issue of disclosure? Or, forcing the issue that contact will happen? Remember, that contact will not take hold unless it is unambiguous. Disclosure of the UFO/ET phenomena will lessen the severity and trauma on our complex society before contact takes place. I really do not see President Obama working to disclose much at all on UFO/ET phenomena.
I see him now showing his fears with his sometimes choppy speech and the way he is formulating his interview answers.

If you mean disclosure that is the point in question. If you mean contact (2017), it will according to our source without disclosure or with disclosure. If disclosure happens sooner, great. Perhaps it will speed up the contact timetable put forth by our source and by the ETs he has dealt with. Again, disclosure is a human political process. Contact on the otherhand appears to be an ET agenda. It is important that we disseminate between these two variables.

Recognizing the existence of AFOs in our Earth's atmosphere lead us to the following conclusions:
1. ETs use Free Energy in their spacecrafts. With time the Free Energy will be the main source for humanity, that will replace all other primitive source of energy: oil, coal, atomic, electric power stations that pollute and destroy our natural environment on the planet.

3. AFOs (Aliens Flying Object) represent for our scientists physical laboratory where people can observe unknown for us The Laws of Nature that ALOs are using in their technology. For example, from my observations I concluded that Newtonian Laws are not fundamental Laws of nature. They are limited and work only within classical mechanics but do not apply to the behavior of the body in the gravitational, magnetic, electric fields and etc. Another words, all laws of Physics have their meaning only in relation to their sufficient ground that is the 4th law of formal logic. Before all of these disclosure about the UFO. What would you do if Obama or USA's Government would announce that Aleins are TRUE? What would the World react? Would their be a choas going to happen in the public if they found out that USA's Government are working with Aliens for a long time?
For me, I think it's better if they would keep it first maybe this is not the right time. But the one that I hate is the part that they are experimenting mutated animals at the underground base.
