Developer The Behemoth has announced that their XBLA title Castle Crashers is nearing 950,000 users and thus the cutoff for it's 'countdown to a million' challenge issued to fans of the game.

Earlier this month, the team happily revealed that their side-scroller had exceeded 900,000 users on the Xbox Live Leaderboards and that they would be holding an event for those to try and guess exactly when the game would hit the million user milestone.

The Grand Prize includes a personalized drawing from Behemoth head and artist Dan Paladin, a handmade limited edition castle display, a hand-cast bronze knight and more. With weekly gifts for random entries once the cutoff is reached until the game reaches the mark.

Check out the list of guesses so far and get your guess in soon (like now) as once the leaderboards pass 950,000 the guesses will be locked and no more entries will be allowed.
