Aerial UFO nocturnal lights over Vancouver B.C. have been filmed by Jon Kelly, the reverse speech expert and witnessed by 3 independent witnesses. The sighting occurred on September 12, 2009, shortly after the passage of a meteor widely reported by the news media.
Kelly, who filmed similar UFO nocturnal lights over Mt. Adams, WA during the 2009 Science, Spirit & World Transformation conference over the July 4 2009 weekend, states in a written witness statement that the Vancouver, BC noctural lights are “potentially extraterrestrial interdimensional vehicles communicating with earth-based observers in urban environments while being recorded on camera.”
The reported extraterrestrial interdimensional vehicles can be seen in a video below in this article. The photo (above) is a comparison chart of the photo of an interdimensional vehicle versus a Perseid meteor track.
Witness Statement of Jon Kelly
Kelly states, “At approximately 9:15pm on Saturday September 12, 2009 night I observed a large, high altitude luminous object traveling from west to east across the night sky over Vancouver. The sighting lasted for less than two minutes.
He continues, “I was accompanied by three other independent witnesses who also observed this event. We watched as the object traveled silently, absent of navigation lights, before fading from view against a clear night sky. I was able to record infrared video of the object just before it began to fade and observed that it maintained visibility in this spectrum of light for some period of time after it ceased to be visible to the naked eye.
“We were not the only people who saw luminous objects in the sky that night. Canwest News Service reports that "At approximately 8 p.m. Saturday night, a great, big ball of yellowy-white light streaked from east to west" and that "the fireball was probably a meteor".
Kelly states, “While the timing and direction of the object cited in the Canwest report are not a match for my documented observation, the report supports my statement that luminous objects were observed in the sky that night.
A comparison photo of the UFO nocturnal lights and a Perseid meteor track is included above in this article.
Kelly continues, “However, the video evidence reveals three different bodies - one which was visible to the naked eye and two which were only observed through infrared night vision. Sophisticated interaction was also demonstrated by one of the objects powering-up, magnifying its luminous intensity in the background behind the witnesses who were talking on camera.
He states, “Meteors that remain visible for several minutes at a time and display synchronized pulsations timed to the rhythm and language of spoken testimony are perhaps more mysterious than potentially extraterrestrial interdimensional vehicles communicating with earth-based observers in urban environments while being recorded on camera.
Kelly concludes, “In addition I would like to add that feel the message of these sighting and contact experiences is to tell us that "if we only knew who we really are we would relish the opportunity to live out our true potential as human beings on this earth".

Was Vancouver light show a meteor or space junk?
By Canwest News Service, Vancouver Proivnce September 13, 2009
VANCOUVER — "It wasn’t a bird and it wasn’t a plane. Was it a meteor?
"At approximately 8 p.m. Saturday night, a great, big ball of yellowy-white light streaked from east to west across the darkening sky.
"Astronomer David Dodge said that the fireball was probably a meteor — basically a rock falling from space.
“It probably wasn’t a piece of space junk. The reason why I say that is that it was going from east to west, and 99.9 per cent of space stuff sent up there is not going east to west.”
"He said meteors fall to Earth every day. Most burn up before they enter the Earth’s atmosphere.
Dodge said if it was a meteor, it might have landed somewhere along Vancouver Island’s west coast or in the Pacific Ocean — if it landed at all.

Dorothy Izatt: Vancouver BC UFO nocturnal aerial lights
Kelly’s UFO aerial lights filming is reminiscent of the UFO filming by Vancouver BC resident Dorothy Izatt, who in 30 years of filming has amassed 30,000 feet of film of UFO aerial phenomena over Vancouver B.C. An example of Dorothy Izatt’s UFO films can be seen by clicking here.
