After her dog was fetched violently by a preying coyote, Jessica Simpson told directors of her new show, "The Price of Beatuy", the show must go on.

The 29-year-old Newlyweds star arrived back in the United States this week after spending time in Uganda filming for the new show, to be premiered on VH1 in 2010.

The star kept Twitter followers on the edge of their clean bed sheets, when she tweeted self-pics of a fearful Simpson hiding between two bed nets.

Hairstylist and BFF Ken Paves sent spider pictures to the star, quoting "Don't let the bed bugs bite" on her Twitter homepage.

Simpson's new TV show, "The Price of Beauty", explores two issues that hit home for most women, especially J.Simp - Beauty, self image and, well, the price women will pay to be admired.

After being internationally mocked for her weight gain and, naturally, her weight loss, the star came out in an interview with Glamour magazine and says disagrees with western obsession over what the female shape "should" look like.

Attached to her pouty pic behind bed nets, Simpson wrote, "WTF?!? Do I really have to sleep like this?" She followed up with a later tweet saying, "Bedtime in the tent is questionable." jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty jessica simpson price of beauty

But despite the sleeping conditions of her corridor the star seemed grateful for her experience and is leaving anticipated viewers wanting more.

To make her statement (and make her show), the star traveled to Uganda to capture what is said to be a very interesting reel of the native price women pay to be "beautiful".

Uganda, a country who once promoted female circumcision, came under a fiery wrath from westerners for allowing the practice of what is also referred to as female genital mutilation. The practice, institued to a female upon marriage, was considered a way to keep the society females safe from illness or disease.

Often interesting was opposing culture beliefs on Ugandans have for women who wear high heels. When polled, they believed high heels to be far worse a practice than female circumcision. Wonder if Jessica Simpson sported her sky-high heels (shown right) abroad?

Now, of course, female circumcision is a banned practice in Uganda but the country still takes part in interesting practices for beauty- As do all cultures.

On Sunday, Simpson tweeted her final good-byes to Uganda saying, it "was truly a beautiful adventure," mentioning she'll "carry the spirit of all the people" with her always.

Simpson's efforts behind the show come from an effort to overtake media obsession of female beauty.

The Texas-born star said in her interview with Glamour, that real beauty isn't ever the focus.

"All around the world women are going to extreme lengths to feel beautiful, but natural beauty should not be overlooked."

Simpson's trip to Uganda is one of many in which the celebrity blonde will encounter practices both painful and priceless in an effort to explore what women really want from the word "beauty".

Executive Producers include Jessica (herself) and father Joe Simpson (of course) as well as Chris Coelen, Claire O’Donohoe and Greg Goldman for RDF USA (Wife Swap, Secret Millionaire). The show will be produced by Jeff Olde, Jill Holmes, Alex Demyanenko and Sean Boyle for VH1 to air in 2010.
