Jon Gosselin didn't wait long.
Only days after TLC revealed that the reality show that featured Jon would continue without him, he has lawyered up to throw a wrench into the new reality show "Kate Plus 8."
His attorneys have issued a demand that the immediately stop production.
"Effective immediately, no production crews are to enter Jon's family home for any reason," a letter from his attorney says, according to CBS News. "In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authorities to effectuate police action against any trespassers."
Jon owns the property jointly with his wife, Kate Gosselin. The date of the letter happens to be the very same day TLC announced Jon was booted from the show and that the reality series would get a new name.
Jon also had another change of heart after the news broke that he was off the show. He suddenly issued an apology for his past behavior, and filed documents to stop the divorce for 90 days.
He has steadfastly claimed that his children experienced no harm being on the show, but as soon as he finds out he is no longer part of the reality series its bad for his family.
