Critical time gap may be key to Michael Jackson homicide case

A critical 81 minute gap between when police indicate that Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, found the singer not breathing and when the doctor called 911 may be a key part of a criminal prosecution for the singer's death.
According to the LAPD, Murray found Jackson totally unconscious, but then called his office and remained on the phone call for a half-hour.
The timeline in a police affadavit does not bode well for the physician.
It indicates that on the day of the pop singer's death, Murray found Jackson not breathing at 11 a.m. At 11:18 a.m., the doctor called his office in Las Vegas for 32-minutes. At 11:49 a.m., Murray phoned to a second Las Vegas number and stayed on the line for three minutes. At 11:51 a.m., he made a third call, this time to Houston for 11 minutes. At 12:12 p.m. Murray made a fourth phone call to a Jackson staffer which lasted one minute.
That means that the phone bills are showing that Jackson's physician spent 47 minutes on the phone while his patient had stopped breathing. The 911 call wasn't made until 12:21 p.m.
Who was performing the CPR during this time?
So, although the focus has been on the dangerous drugs that caused Jackson's death, if Murray is charged with a crime, part of the case may involve him not making that 911 call for an unreasonable time while his patient was dying.
Murray's possible failure to administer CPR and bring needed help to his patient could provide prosecutor's with the level of criminal negligence required for a manslaughter or even a second degree murder charge.
