NIS America just revealed that Disgaea 3 will be getting the long awaited trophy patch next week. Sadly, once you get the new patch all previous save data will become unusable. It's your choice of wanting to start over or staying where you are.
I will be getting in contact with NIS America for a full list of trophies shortly. The total will be around 50, though.
