Sucker Punch released their first PS3 title earlier this year with the release of inFamous. inFamous received high marks for the original plot and compelling story, but the gameplay was also a lot of fun and an overall enjoyable experience.Wasting no time, Sucker Punch is all ready working on the sequel. Or so it would seem.

“First voiceover/motion capture audition today for a video game. Re-casting of Cole in the sequel of Infamous. "I'll melt your face." e.g” – David Sullivan via Twitter.

As of now, Sucker Punch hasn’t released any official confirmation that the game is development, but with the success the first title received on both the sales and reviews front, it would be hard to imagine a sequel not happening. With voice-over auditions currently going on, the game won’t be released or shown for quite some time. The question that will sit in the mind of gamers now will be when and where will Sony and Sucker Punch showoff the inFamous sequel.

Even without Sucker Punch officially announcing the game, this is a good sign for PS3 owners and fans of the series. As for Sly Cooper fans, there's always the next game.
