Ginger Simpson retired from the University of California to pursue her writing career. She considers herself a pioneer in the e-publishing industry and strives to acquaint people with the talent that abounds there. Five years and eight published novels later, she still seeks the elusive mainstream publisher who will make one of her stories available in a real brick and mortar store without her having to sneak one into Wal-Mart under her jacket. In the meantime, she lives in Tennessee with her husband of 13 years and spends the lion's share of her time with her 7-year-old grandson, Spencer. He's autistic, and the light of her life.
