Remember singer Clay Aiken? He was part of one of the most infamous American Idol shows. Even today, people still argue over the fact that Ruben Studdard won over him as American Idol. Yet, as celebrities like to say, “the show must go on” and Clay Aiken has. He’s been singing all over the country and even has his own fan base called the “Claymates.” So, Aiken is enjoying the fruits of his hard work. Who else is enjoying it with him? Clay’s pet dog Raleigh.
Raleigh is a small border terrier that you’ll often see Clay Aiken carrying in his arms. Border terriers are mild-mannered dogs that do well with children. So, Clay had the perfect dog in tow for when his son was born.

Hey, you forgot Clay's other little pooch, Durham! I think he adopted Raleigh in '04 & Durham the following year. They are an adorable match made in doggy heaven!
Clay Aiken hasn't given a concert since December 2007 and never even mentions his poor dogs anymore, either.
Oh man, wish I could have been at the concert in Las Vegas last night! Heard that Clay got a big standing ovation.

"He hasn't given a concert since December 2007" HAHAHA. Well, LAST NIGHT...... maybe there was a delay because he was starring on Broadway for 8 months, had a son, did Unicef work..... And those dogs are adorable. We used to have a border terrier - great dogs. Now I have Cavaliers - also great with kids.
