I found out about, and started playing disc golf in 1978 when the sport was in its infancy. There was only 1 good course in Minnesota at that time, Acorn Park. I played for several years, and then took a while off. The sport is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, and I have gotten back a passion for the sport. I have been playing again for the past 2 years and want to do all I can to help promote new courses and new players. Disc golf is very inexpensive, good for exercise, and a lot of fun.
