Rev. Oreste Pandola Adult Learning Center at St. Leo’s School has recently posted their fall line up of Italian  cooking classes. There is something so “authentic" about taking Italian cooking classes in Little Italy with instructors whose names are Scalia, Brotto, Mirachi, Platerote, Ranieri, Ferraro and Maselli.

From Italian breads, homemade ravioli, pasta and sauces to making your own limoncello and amaretto there is something to bring out the Italian in everyone. Classes are either Thursday evenings or Saturdays. They are offering a new Kitchen Kidz classes this season.

Introduction to the Art of Baking
ITALIAN BREADS,
EASTER TREATS & BISCOTTI
Learn to bake delicious treats. Fee $23 (plus supplies).
Classes meet October 14, 21, 28 (7-9)

NEW “KiTcHeN KiDz!”
Children ages 5+ will create salads and healthy snacks.
