On Sunday, police found an infant male stabbed and decapitated in a San Antonio, Texas home. His mother, Otty Sanchez, 33, was screaming the devil told her to do it.
Police arrived at the home at about 5 a.m. on Sunday and found Sanchez sitting on the couch and screaming that she killed her baby.
The baby, Scott Wesley Buchholtz-Sanchez, was only 3 ½ weeks old and was found mutilated in a bedroom. Police believe he died on Sunday morning.
San Antonio police spokesperson Joe Rios said, “She mentioned that someone or something told her to do it—she was hearing voices. So that leads us to believe that she was experiencing some type of mental crisis. The baby had obviously been decapitated.”
San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said Sanchez ate part of the baby’s brain, and performed other heinous acts he could not describe.
Sanchez was taken to a local hospital in critical condition with self-inflicted stab wounds to her stomach and chest. A machete, sword, and kitchen knife were removed from the home by investigators.
The attack occurred after the baby’s father had moved out. Sanchez’s sister and her sister’s two children were in the house at the time the baby was killed. She had helped Sanchez care for the baby, and gave him to Sanchez at about 1:30 a.m. The sister called police after finding the baby's body.
Sanchez is charged with capital murder and is being held on $1 million bail.

Ooh my gosh...i cant believe anyone could do such a thing. Why are people aloud to keep there children if they have been in and out of psycho wards.I got my children taken away for several months due to myself being the victim of domestic abuse. I did deserve if because I was putting my children in harms way. I got them back after spending a lot of money and taking a few classes (and devorcing the son of a bitch.) But why in sam hell can she be aloud to have a child beings that she is crazy and was diagnosed crazy.
It is obvious this lady had some type of mental deterioration. The ex-boyfriend really should have been there for her and if the signs were so prevalent, should have made sure she also had the appropriate care.
Crazy or not she knew what she was doing. I hope she gets CDC (human version of mad cow disease) and gets put to death. That poor baby was so beautiful. And the scary part is that she lived 2 miles away from me!
If this woman is that totally sick, she should not live through this. No matter how deranged you are, nobody kills an infant and eats its little brain. She has no life so end it and be done with it!
This lady was obviously mentally imbalanced. It just seems strange to me, though, that people get so mad that this could happen to a 3 week old, but they don't care when we kill millions of unborn babies, sometimes even late-term, through abortion. Doesn't that seem a little hypocritical?

i don't care what religion she was in she had no right doing what she did to that innocent baby, and she knew what she was doing and she only did that after the baby's father moved out and left her ass, so she decided to kill his child to get back at him but now she is on 1 million dollar bail, time to put her lights out ...
oh my gosh the devil made her do it, more like she was on drugs, so sick, they need to check her to see if she was on drugs, which i am sure they will, poor poor baby, my heart goes out to him, i can't believe they are saying she had post partum well, she may have had that, but she went way BEYOND that, that is SICK and disgusting someone will make her pay in jail, and jail is probably too good of a place for her, i adopted my nephew, because my sister lost custody of him due to her drug abuse, she never abused him well, acutually, i take that back, yes she did, her drugs did that, but anyway, he is doing well, and my sister has been sober for over 6 yrs, but the yrs of drug abuse have made her mind not well may God rest little Scotty in peace
