Casey Anthony’s indigency hearing March 18, 2010, parts 1 through 3 (video)
Casey Anthony appeared in court Thursday to ask a judge to find her indigent. Her legal team claims she has no money to fund her defense and needs public funds for her expenses.
Judge Stan Strickland asked for an itemized list of funds that have been spent so far, and will take all the information given into consideration when he makes his final decision on Casey’s financial situation.
Casey is charged with killing her toddler daughter, Caylee Anthony, 2, in the summer of 2008. Her trial is slated to begin in May 2011.
