A full-time beer aficionado and part-time homebrewer, Lonnie holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Augusta State University, where he performed scholarly research on the subject of alcohol in English literature. He samples new beers almost daily and reviews extensively on BeerAdvocate.com (user name superdedooperboy), and serves as Historian in the Augusta Homebrewers Association.
