Department of Justice attorney J. Christian Adams has now officially resigned over Obama's racist refusal to allow the prosecution of armed Black Panthers who openly intimidated voters during Election 2008.
In a letter to the Washington Times, he called the case "the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law" he had ever seen in his entire career at the Justice Department and condemned Obama's bigoted, dishonest handling of the case as "corrupt" and "indefensible."
From the letter:
Based on my firsthand experiences, I believe the dismissal of the Black Panther case was motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law. Others still within the department share my assessment. The department abetted wrongdoers and abandoned law-abiding citizens victimized by the New Black Panthers. The dismissal raises serious questions about the department's enforcement neutrality in upcoming midterm elections and the subsequent 2012 presidential election.
What was that about the "post-racial," "post-partisan" candidate for "change?"

And what you Bushitters neglect to mention is that it was a civil, not a criminal case, that the Obama Justice Dept. got an injunction against the guy with the stick doing it again and the cases were dismissed without prejudice - meaning if these bozos try something like it again, they not only face new court action but the resurrection of this one.
Everything this administration does is motivated by a lawless hostility for equal justice. To name only two examples:
- illegal firing of AmeriCorps Inspector General Gerald Walpin
- threatened Perella Weinberg into accepting the Chrysler restructuring plan proposed by the WH so Unions would be paid first before secured creditors, contrary to established bankruptcy law.
When a Presidential Administration is hostile to equal justice to such an extent that the Administration corrupts the law, the Administration may find itself face to face with a citizenry who has been "nudged" to the end of its tolerance and is forced to obtain equal justice for itself by force.
Let's face a few facts here:
Had the group in question been handing out leaflets or holding signs (instead of a club) reflecting a white ideology, i.e. political support for a white candidate, J. Christian Adams would have done as he was told and brought the full weight of the Justice Department down upon their heads.
