Even though Osama Bin Ladin and Ayman al-Zawahiri are largely marginalized among their own followers with the exception of those that still claim they act in the name of al-Queda, their original fatwas have never been canceled, rescinded or revoked.
Here’s one:
"[t]he ruling to kill the Americans and their allies, civilians and military - is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it, in order to liberate the al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy mosque from their grip, and in order for their armies to move out of all the lands of Islam, defeated and unable to threaten any Muslim. This is in accordance with the words of Almighty Allah, 'and fight the pagans all together as they fight you all together,' and 'fight them until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah'. "
Both al-Aksa and the Ka’ba in Mecca are already in Muslim hands. So, I don’t know exactly what they are getting at but remember we are dealing with terrorists, their sympathizers and enablers. They don’t have to make sense, tell the truth, hold themselves accountable or do anything resembling civilized 21st century behavior.

But, you really need to go no further than the first sentence:
“To kill Americans and their allies, civilians and military – is an individual duty for every Muslim.”
To them our allies are all of the countries in the Muslim world that currently hold diplomatic and friendly relations with the United States.
That would include among others Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Somalia, the Philippines, as well as Israel would all have to be destroyed.
In addition they will continue to target Americans and any other westerners they deem responsible for their misery. Nothing less would be acceptable to the followers of extremist Islam.
We are all in danger.
And, much of that danger lurks right here in our own homeland. .
In 2007 a Pew Research poll showed that 10% of all American Muslims believe that suicide bombing and probably other forms of violence is acceptable in certain situations. Let me say that again so we are not confused here. One in ten Muslims in America looked at 9-11 and maybe said, “yes” when the rest of us were saying “no.”

The survey also showed that most American Muslims are well adjusted and spend their time like the rest of us chasing the American dream. But, there are also those who don’t.
If there are two million Muslims in this country and that is a low figure, that means that 200,000 Muslims of all shapes and sizes can potentially become enemies of the American people—and they might be living right next door.
From L.A to New York, the potential for death and destruction is huge.
How many Omar Hammamis and Nidal Hassans are we willing to create until we put a stop to it?

"Ana raicha Al Qaeda" is colloquial for "I'm going to the toilet". A very common and widespread use of the word "Al-Qaeda" in different Arab countries in the public language is for the toilet bowl. This name comes from the Arabic verb "Qa'ada" which mean "to sit", pertinently, on the "Toilet Bowl". In most Arabs homes there are two kinds of toilets: "Al-Qaeda" also called the "Hamam Franji" or foreign toilet, and "Hamam Arabi" or "Arab toilet" which is a hole in the ground. Lest we forget it, the potty used by small children is called "Ma Qa'adia" or "Little Qaeda".

That wasn't the kind of reading I had in mind for you. Semitic languages are based on roots. Roots of words are used to with different extensions to mean different things. The verb Qu ada can mean a lot of different things as long as you extend them the right way. That is how Arabic is built. al-Queda as the name of the terrorist organization applies in Enlgish would be translated as "The Base." Not the toilet. However, if that turns you on,I have no problem with it.
