Yesterday we examined the appointment of Mark Loyd as Barack Obama's new 'chief diversity officer' or 'czar' at the Federal Communications Commission (the FCC).
After one examines the numerous statements made through the years by Loyd to seminar audiences, discussion panels, and in his published material, it is clear that he sees the role of the FCC as one of spearheading massive social and political change in America, modeled after Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.
Loyd is on the record many times praising the Communist revolution in Venezuela, which brought Chavez to power.

There is absolutely no doubt that Loyd is a Marxist who disdains private enterprise, private property owners, free markets, and even free speech as described in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. He has even said so himself.
But why would Barack Obama appoint such a person to such a key government post?
During the 2008 Presidential campaign Obama ran as a moderate. He even included key conservative principles in his campaign rhetoric--tax cuts for 95% of the population, examining line-by-line government expenditure to assess what can be cut, etc., etc.
Hindsight is now showing us that this was only rhetoric. Obama has absolutely no commitment to these principles.
Even when Obama began to name his cabinet nominees it appeared he would govern as a moderate, with centralists such as Leon Panetta at CIA, Bush appointee Gates at Defense, or even Hillary Clinton at State, for that matter.
However, one has to look at what Obama is doing beneath the surface in order to understand his true objectives. Ever since taking office, Obama has been appointing 'czars' who are charged with overseeing key policy initiatives, such as the 'car czar' who supervised the government takeover of General Motors.
Obama has surrounded himself with over 50 advisors, czars, 'officers,' and other appointees who represent the most radical far-left element in the country today.
Why does he need these people when he has a Cabinet? Why does he need extra 'oversight' of programs when Congress is charged with that responsibility?
I would like to postulate a theory, which we will explore more fully tomorrow. As Obama continues to add czars, officers, and advisors who are not approved by nor responsible to Congress, he is quickly approaching the time when there would be enough of these people to run the government without Congress or the Supreme Court.
Thus, Obama is forming a 'shadow government' that is responsible to no one but himself.
The question is, why? Obama's actions in this regard amount to declaring war on America. More on that tomorrow...

The coup is well underway, and Obama is rapidly consolidating his power. If I were Rohm Emanuel, I'd be looking over my shoulder... not for rightwing extremists, but from boss, the moment he's perceived as having too much power... i.e. Ernst Rohm. Believe there will be only 2 opportunities to stop this takeover... Elections in 2010 and 2012. There will doubtless be voter intimidation, and count irregularities, but if the margins are substantial, there's hope. If these usurpers are not swept from positions of power at the polls, it may not be possible later. The census numbers will be massively skewed, resulting in misrepresentation in Congress and misallocation of public funds. If Universal Healthcare and cap and trade are implemented, they will never be dismantled. The very existance of out Constitutional Republic hangs in the balance! Speak out! Stay Informed! Get behind fiscally responsible candidates, campaign, support them, and VOTE!!!!

The fact is nobody here or anywhere for that matter has one single shred of evidence that Obama has "declared war on America"- a fact that makes all of your pouting a moot point. However, there is plenty of evidence that Cheney tried and did set up a "shadow government", but I don't see you complaining about that.
How about a little more rational, logical, fact-based discussion and a lot less crying wolf.
