Dr. Michael Mann features prominently in a new parody video
that makes fun of the recent Climategate emails. (Minnesotans
for Global Warming)
Amidst the very serious discussion about the emails and documents from some of the world’s top climate scientists that were released on the Internet last week, at least one group has seen some humor in the event. Website “Minnesotans for Global Warming” has created a video making fun of the release and some of the key players in the global warming debate.
Set to the tune of "Draggin the Line" by Tommy James and the Shondells, the music video changes the words with the refrain “Hide the Decline” – a reference to one of the more controversial emails in the archive. Most prominently in the video featured is Dr. Michael Mann, author of the now debunked “Hockey Stick” graph. Former vice president Al Gore makes numerous cameos as well.

I would like to continue clearing up some of the false claims by the deniers using the e-mails:
"hide the decline" literally says to hide it using ACTUAL data - hmm, what? That's right, ice core and tree ring data from the other two research projects showed a larger decline than actual NOAA/GISS data, so the real, actual data had to be added in order to correct the INCORRECT decline shown by some of the other studies.
From 1960 on, ice core, tree ring, and actual NOAA temperature samplings were plotted to create a line graph. "Normalizing" the data plots from all three studies gives a mean average which can validate ice core and tree ring sampling data before NOAA records exist.
That was the entirety of what was being said in those e-mails and it is unfortunate the hackers were smart enough to steal e-mails but not smart enough to interpret the science being discussed.
Nice try Judson...
