Tracy and her husband Tom have three grown children. She has been a family child care provider since 1993 and is passionate about the importance of play in early childhood settings. She has an Associate of Arts degree in child development through Northern Oklahoma College and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies through the University of Oklahoma.
