Heidi Klum relies on egg white omelets and tough workouts to lose baby weight

Heidi Klum impressed everyone when, two months after giving birth to adorable baby Henry in September, she modeled in the Victoria's Secret lingerie show looking as slim and gorgeous as ever. The question posed by a People magazine interviewer recently: how DID Heidi succeed in saying "auf Wiedersehen" to her baby weight so quickly?

Heidi lost weight by relying on celebrity trainer David Kirsch, who put her through rigorous workouts of lunges, yoga, and core work, plus the elliptical trainer, which model Tyra Banks also uses.

The Project Runway star also followed a high protein/low-carb diet consisting of a protein shake and an egg-white omelet for breakfast, followed by more protein plus veggies throughout the day.
