Former Transformers star Megan Fox is under fire after debuting an odd "mask-like" face complete with an overdone "trout pout" at the L.A. premiere of her new film Jonah Hex.
Sources who saw Megan on the red carpet told The Sun she looked stunning except for her oddly smooth, puffy face and overblown fish lips.
'LOOKS UNNATURAL'
Fox, 24, is a regular on "sexiest women and "most beautiful" lists around the world, but her immobile forehead, glazed eyes and swollen lips have fueled speculation that she's become a Botox and plastic surgery junkie.
"Megan looked gorgeous, everyone's jaws hit the floor," said one onlooker. "But her boobs didn't look natural."
Fox, who was fired from the Transformers franchise in early June and replaced by Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, married longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green June 25 in Hawaii.

Rumors that the naturally gorgeous Megan has fallen victim to overzealous plastic surgery has some film and fashion execs slamming young Hollywood for getting too much cosmetic surgery too soon. For example, The Hills star Heidi Montag, who underwent a shocking 10 plastic surgeries in one day, was criticized by several top plastic surgeons for risking her health.
Hopefully, Fox -- who revealed she has OCD and eats only one meal a day -- won't go overboard like Heidi has.
"Megan was so naturally sexy, that's why she was considered the best-looking woman on Earth," says one insider. "But recently she's looked too skinny, stiff and a little fake." [see slideshow below]

No, she doesn't look beautiful. It's the plastic surgery that makes her look beautiful. So beautiful that now it's screwing her over, and she's not an angel on the inside. Out of the whole vid when you look at her when she smiles, all I see is Angie. Litteraly. Why do you have to be so insecure? You were so beautiful. Honestly. The Surgery wasn't terrible, and it is quite exaggerated on the face of the magazine. They pic a weird lookin picture of her for her surgery pic. I think she used to look better, but she needs to stop before it gets worse.
It's obviously a psychological thing, she probably has the pressure from Hollywood because she relies on her looks to make those dollars, and now she's addicted to plastic surgery, botox and lip injections. She was pretty after the work of her first surgeon in the Transformers movie, she looks a lot different now after getting some new stuff done to her face. But she's been getting work done for a very long time already probably so that she could have more of an appeal in Hollywood but it is pretty sad that her looks aren't natural anymore and some young girls look up to her. She was still pretty before surgery but I guess she was told she wouldn't make it in Hollywood.

Megan HAS gone overboard already. Her face keeps changing every few months, it's like looking at a different person. She's had as much as Heidi, just over a period of three years, and not all in one day.

have any of you cruel people ever considered that people who have extensive plastic surgery or enhancements are struggling with body dismorphia, a level of self hatred and loathing that most of don't understand- it drives some people to drink, others to gamble or over eat and some to self harm or starve themselves its a disease and a reflection of our society. Just because in her case it presents it's self as a desire to change what to us seems like a perfectly beautiful doesn't mean that she is not in pain on the inside- we see this in so many celebrities and young people today. I feel deeply sorry for her and i hope that she finds the helps and support that she needs to find the self confidence it will take to love herself as she is- lets face it we all find that difficult. Don't get me wrong i am by no means a fan of her work but as a woman i wish her luck xx

Never has been a natural beauty!! Before surgery she was always just a pretty girl or the girl next door. She has been told to improve on her looks in order to gain roles. If she never had surgery, she would basically be a nobody and she knows that. You guys need to stop being dumb and just admit that she has always had surgery.
This girl has been having surgery for years (dont be naive)!! My best friend who is an actress, is constantly having surgery ''to improve on looks'' Before she goes for an audtion, she has her lips injected. My friend was 18 when she first had surgery, this was a small nose job and that small procedure changed her whole face (you'd be suprised) Megan was never beautiful originally, she was just a pretty girl like most girls out there. Type Stacey slator-eastenders in google. Thats who megan fox looked like before. Now she looks like someone else! Her features have completely changed. Its her job to have surgery. She cant act, so working on her face is all this girl has!! Men know she's had surgery but they dont care, its still a vagina at the end of the day.

A good friend of mine who is a famous publicist repped Megan for awhile and knows for a FACT that she has had cheek implants, dental work, fillers, nose job, and multiple other procedures because the agency started complaining that she was starting to look different . She is only 24 and actually looked better before she started with all this plastic surgery. If you look at pictures of her at events in the natural daylight you can clearly see how obvious it is that she has had work done- A LOT!!! So sad :(

Megan was gorgeous before all this, especially in teenage drama queen and the first transformers where everyone adored her. QUIT TRYING TO BE AN ANGELINA JOLIE. Its so much better bragging about natural beauty than showing off something anyone could've gotten done for a couple thousand dollars.. but then again, she wouldn't have gotten the parts in movies that she's been in if it weren't for her "looks"
That's what she gets for pushing surgery too much. She banked on looks for too long and finally tried to see if she could get any "hotter." I don't find plastic women attractive. Personally, the Victoria's Secret models are much better because they're natural, authentic, athletic and have curves. Megan is skinny and looks very unhealthy.
