Michael Jackson's brother, Jermaine Jackson, appeared on CNN's Larry King Live to talk about his brother on June 25, 2010, the one year anniversary of the pop icon's death. In the year since Michael Jackson died at the age of 50, on June 25, 2009, there have been rumors of all kinds about what really happened. From day one, the Jackson family has made surprising allegations.

Jermaine Jackson talked about his father's controversial comment that Katherine Jackson was not attentive enough and the charges against Dr. Conrad Murray, who administered the anesthetic that cased Jackson's cardiac arrest.

Joe Jackson recently made a statement that Katherine Jackson should have been a more attentive mother. Larry King asked for Jermaine's comments about the controversial statement.

Jermaine Jackson said, 'You know, Larry, everybody has taken that out of context. ...I think my father my said that -- my father said that because my mother -- Michael -- my mother was very, very close to him. And she could get him to say and do things before my father and before any of us, so the fact that he said my mother should have -- a mother should have done that.

But the bottom line is we all were very busy in trying to tear down this wall that was surrounded -- that Michael surrounded himself with. These were the outside people who didn't want us in.

And that's what he meant by breaking that barrier or trying to. She should have been more attentive to trying to get through because he knew she had a -- and just a pass all the time. Not a pass, but just an OK, just to get through it. It was tough. Very tough.'

Jackson agreed with King that Joe Jackson still had a lot of pain about Michael, saying, 'Yes, he's still grieving, yes.'

King then asked about statements that Janet Jackson has made about Michael having a drug problem. Janet Jackson has said the the Jackson family tried several interventions with regard to the problem with drugs. King as if the family could have done more.

Jermaine Jackson said he wasn't always there for the intervention attempts, acknowledging that they did occur. Jackson said, things being said bWe all say that (we could have done more) after the fact, but some of the attempts of intervention, I wasn't there. …. I was out of the country. But I had heard about them, but Michael would never, ever, ever take his own life, and I -- if Michael were sitting here right now, and we were to say to him, Michael, you're not going to be here, and your kids are going to be left fatherless, he would say, oh, no, that would never happen.

And the fact that there's been so many ridiculous y Dr. Klein and all these idiots who were saying these horrible things now that he's not here. I'm very much against that.

Michael loved life. He was the type of person who saw a fly in the room, he wouldn't smash it against the wall. He would let it out. He would open the door to let the fly out. He loved preserving life and life for others. Why would he take his own life?

Doctor Conrad Murray Is charged with involuntary manslaughter. King asked if Jermaine Jackson will attend the trial scheduled for August, 2010.

Jjermaine replied that he would be there to support the family, saying, 'Yes. Yes. I'm there for support. There to keep my mother strong and my father and the family. And keep myself –'

King asked how Jermaine felt about Murray and the fact that a judge has allowed the doctor to keep his medical license.

Jermaine Jackson replied, 'You know, Larry, it's not even important whether he keeps his license or they take his license away. The bottom line is Michael is not here. What he administered in Michael should have been in a hospital setting and he did not act alone.

Jackson then alluded to the Jackson's belief that Michael Jackson's death was the result of a conspiracy theory, saying, 'I all feel, myself, Randy, Latoya, all of us feel that he's the fall guy. And knowing how this whole thing works, and knowing it's higher up than just the doctor, and he's there. And if you squeeze him hard enough, he will talk. '

If the family was being kept out by outsiders that surrounded Michael, then how would they know of a drug problem? Then Jermaine says Michael would not take his own life. Is he referring to the drug problem or giving himself propofol (which did not happen)? Why didn't someone do more? If it were that bad, didn't someone worry about his kids?

He didn't die of painkillers like the media tried to claim. He died from drugs all administered by one Conrad Murray.

Then you have quacks telling Michael that Buprenex is not addictive when in fact it is.

Regardless of what comes out, I do not blame Michael. He was so shammed by people basically his entire life, especially after the 1993 allegations.

When you have people on drugs it is hard to convince them otherwise. Especially people with money. It is not time to point finger it is too late but it is time now to treat the ones who are left behind with love and respect. I have heard so aweful things said about his family however they supported him through his trial and they were trying to intervene but it probably wasn't nothing they could do. The only one who could have helped was Conrad Murray by having a little ethics.

You people that are writing crazy things about Michael, I feel very sad for you. Michael's heart was very loving and he loved kids. You guys are not God so there for you can not judge him.I love Michael and will always love Michael. Ok, that he was on drugs. He was a human like everyone and he had his problems but over all he was a great great person. I respect Jermaine and his family for sticking up for Michael. People are silly and thats so sad. Jermaine if you read this keep fighting for your brother. You have plenty of fans that love him and ignore the ignorant ones...for they don't know any better.

Michael would never touch anyones children in a distasteful way. He is in heaven with God. Do you people realize that he has a family and kids left behind and your hurting them by saying cruel things about a man that loved life and the world literally. Of course, you probably don't care that you hurt them because you're ignorant. God is love and Michael was love and he was sent here to love and that he did. So, you try to keep putting him down and we will keep uplifting his family.

A doctor should never agree to be a fall-guy= hitman. Are hitmen innocent? Still there seems to be more to Michaels death than meets the eye.--Michael was practically the breadwinner for the extended family. Now all kinds of projcts are set in motion to bring in more money.Thome-Thome said Michael should be considered an institution,he was right and his death has profited many.A very tragig story.

Looking for the truth? Truth is usually found beneath the depths of emotion that lye on the surface like a an oil slick which protects it. Trouble is, you have to dive deep where the pressure is immense and the sharks dwell in order to find the well head and source of the pollution. But beware, you might not like what you find once you get down there.

During the past few days we managed to understand why Mike isolated himself all these years and why he felt miserable. Its hard to see outsiders making a dime out of him, but to see the family doing that is horrendous. Had his family shown him pure love and affection and put HIM 1ST for once, he might have felt loved and started feeling someone cared about HIM & HIS WELL BEING. Sadly that is not the case. Sadly this is why we can count the No of his TRUE FRIENDS on the fingers of one hand.

Jermaine was "out of town"..Seriously is that a comment to make Jermaine? You should be ashamed of yourself. Cant you see that you and your other sibblings were not welcome in Mike's life due to your greed and dependency on him. All the family did was make Mike feel bad about himself, he was made to feel that he was not good enough, no matter how much he gave; it was not enough. Do you know what that does to a person? It kills them inside. The only victim here is Mike.

This mess didnt start now, its been going on 4ever. It just reached a point of no return where Mike had enough of it all. I wish he had a loving caring family that moved heaven and earth to show him time & time again that he was truly loved for HIM and not for anything else. Mike is such a lovable person, so easy to understand, yet everyone was too busy thinking about themselves and how to get on his good side for selfish reasons!! I truly hope he is in a better place now. God bless you Mike we love you so much.

I took offense at Janet Jackson's interview. For years she said that she would go for years without talking to Michael. But she did reveal a few things about herself. She has been iin alot of relationships with people w/dependecies, so what does that say about her. We learned also that she was not close to Michael Jackson at all. Her hesistancy was not so much out of grief, but because she didn't know. As strnage as it is Latoya seems to be telling the truth, she said the interventions were not for drugs but because of the people they felt had to much control.
How could MJ trust this family when a father is willing to allow a snake oil lawyer call his son whom his son fired and refuse to be representated by him call him an addict to get money from the estate. All of the finger pointing started when theyy learned they were left out of not just this will but the ones prior. Now go take care of yourselves. MJ did ewnough for you!

I agree with the autopsy report that plainly states he was healthy. He had arthiritis and scarring on the lungs from lupus, but what Murray said didn't add up to what the coroner determined. And the LA coroner is one of the most repsected in the world.
I think some of the Jackson's got together and decided that if it could be proven MJ was drugged out all the time, then he signed a bogus will. What they haven't considered is that if that will were to ever be overturned his children get it all.
All he certainly spent enough time rearing well mannered, kind children to be what they claim. I hope they never get a dime from his estate. Next they'll turn around and take it all back.

The Jackson family needs to rewind the tape and take a closer look at what truly happened, ask yoursleves why did Mike leave the J5? Why was he so upset during the Victory Tour? Why did isolate himself? How many times did you talk to him or visit him as a friend to see how he was doing? Why was he opening up to Elizabeth Taylor and not you? Did she have a magic potion, or was it because she took the time to understand this wonderful human being? Sit down and ask yourslves this before you jump on TV and do horrible interviews where you play the blame game. You are as much to blame!

I will continue to vent because I am so mad! I can sit down now and do endless pages of names of people who tried to make a dime off Michael, some family members included! The sad part is I CANNOT think of 10 names that I can truly call Mike's loyal friends. This has just got to be crazy. A man with so much to give, such a big heart, such talent; with no loyal friends who he could TRUST, IS THIS FOR REAL? Why was he so misunderstood? Why was he treated so badly? Why arent people asking THESE Qs? And people have the nerve to ask why he left it all? I mean really?

I'm guessing that the people that have posted these notes about Michael's family doesn't have a family. Family members get into it and they have problems and don't talk to each other. Also, when you have someone who is on drugs they don't have feelings and they only think about themselves. Michael's family loved him and thats no doubt. I wish everyone would stop blaming people. Michael is gone and we just need to bring harmony and love.

Michael was a great caring and loving person. he wouldn't want all of this blaming and confusion thats going on. Michael was LOVE in all kinds of ways. Its him we are remembering not his family and their faults. She love to this family they lost a brother and his parentas lost a son. Its ugly to judge and point fingers at them. We need to show them LOVE.

Yes, Omer is Michael Jackson son, and I am his mother, Michael family know me, and (Blanket) is my son too, Michael bought a tickets for me to go to England with Him. Omer was so happy about me going with them. Omer told me that we well be family at last, Omer wanted the same thing his father Michael wanted, to have a normal family, and I am not hiding no more. I can take DNA test to proof that I am their mother. I do not understand why Katherine Jackson Michael's mother hires baby-sitter for the children, Katherine know me and She knows that I am Mother to her grandchildren I do not understand why Jackson's do not want me to see my children? Jermaine you finally admitted that omer is Michael son what about me mother to both of Michael's sons. All of you Jackson's know me. And Janet is not to be a mother to my children, Why Janet can not have her own? Why Janet want's my children?

I just have a couple of questions for Halina. If you're Blanket and Omer's mom. Why aren't you in contact with the Jackson Family instead of on here with Michael's loving fans? Were you also stripped of your parental rights like Debbie Rowe? Did you make a deal with Michael? What is wrong with Janet helping her mother? Its just strange that you would be on here with us. I know many fans would love to help Mrs. Jackson or better yet just meet the Jackson. So, what is your deal?
