"Give the anarchist a cigarette" - Bob Dylan, 1965
Amazon has posted the planned cover artwork for the upcoming box set, Bob Dylan - The Original Mono Recordings.
As you can see, the photograph features Dylan holding a cigarette. In recent years, cigarettes have been air-brushed out of album, singles, and poster artwork, including releases by Simon & Garfunkel and the Beatles.

I just read recently that he still smokes- though stopped for awhile after his heart scare.
I wonder how the choice was made to keep the butt in- There are quite a few iconic photos of Bob with a smoke in hand- glad they left this one in.
