There is another Bob Dylan release that will be available through legitimate retailers such as Amazon, but it is not on Dylan's label, and appears to be unauthorized, at least by Dylan and Sony.
Here's the release information, with some help from Olof (some are guesses based on limited information, especially track 9):
BOB DYLAN Live On Air CD: NW0003CD / PK: 265 / NORTHWORLD RECORDS

Additional Enhanced Bonus Tracks:

It's interesting to note that tracks 5 and 6 are in the reverse order of the original "World Of John Hammond" television special. On the premiere broadcast, it was a two-part PBS Soundstage special. Dylan's three song set - "Hurricane" (edit of two performances), "Oh, Sister", and "Simple Twist Of Fate" (in that order) - were shown at the end of part two. The program was later rebroadcast, in an edited and shortened version, with only two Dylan songs included- "Hurricane" and "Simple Twist Of Fate". On fan-traded compilation DVDs of Dylan television appearances, the songs appear in the same order as this audio disc. Note - the "clarinet" reference in "Simple Twist" is a reference to fellow Kennedy Center Honoree Benny Goodman, who also appeared on the program.
Some of this material is officially available on sanctioned CD, DVD and VHS releases by Dylan, Johnny Cash, and others.
