Ken Schortgen is a billiards enthusiast with many years experience as a player, coordinator, and writer of the sport. Having participated in many of the different league associations, military championships, and state championships, Ken has a keen grasp on what is important to both casual and professional players alike. Billiards has gone through many eras, and many ups and downs in history, and the goal of any writer is to ensure that the new generations have an understanding of the people that make the sport what it is, and a vision of what the sport will become.
